It is shown that activation of the process of oxygen diffusion in polycrystalline lithium-titanium ferrites heated by a beam of high-energy electrons in the range of temperatures 873–1173 K occurs due to two factors: gas medium ionization by an e-beam and acceleration of diffusion processes directly in the matrix in the irradiation field. 相似文献

Temperature dependences of real and imaginary parts of the complex permeability of a Li–Ti ferrite were obtained by measuring its capacitance and total electrical conductivity by the bridge method at temperatures lying in the range 77–500 K. The measurements were carried out at a frequency of 1 MHz and a standard signal voltage of 250 mV. Dipoles of two types are identified. The static permittivity, activation energy, and pre-exponential factors characterizing the reorientation time constants of each dipole and also of the quantities describing the charge-carrier transfer in an electric field are estimated by the method of regression analysis of the obtained dependences. 相似文献

Interaction of lithium-titanium polycrystalline ferrites with ambient air during their sintering is investigated using the
methods of electroconductivity and thermal gravimetry within the temperature interval T = 600–1300 K. It is found out that
the temperatures exceeding T = 1100 K correspond to effective course of reducing reactions in this material, which results
in the formation of an oxygen-deficient ceramic structure in the stage of isothermal tempering (T = 1280 K). It is shown that
in the final cooling stage the process of exchange of the ferrite ceramics with the ambient atmosphere exhibits a pronounced
oxidative character. The role of these redox processes in the formation of the oxygen non-stoichiometry of the sintered specimen
and the depth of its distribution are analyzed.
