It is shown that hybrid Dirac and Weyl semimetals can be realized in a 3D Luttinger semimetal with quadratic band touching (QBT). This is illustrated using a periodic kicking scheme. In particular, the focus is on a momentum-dependent driving (nonuniform driving) and the realization of various hybrid Dirac and Weyl semimetals is demonstrated. A unique hybrid dispersion Dirac semimetal with two nodes is identified, where one of the nodes is linear while the other is dispersed quadratically. Next, it is shown that by tilting QBT via periodic driving and in the presence of an external magnetic field, one can realize various single/double hybrid Weyl semimetals depending on the strength of external field. Finally, it is noted that in principle, phases that are found in this work can also be realized by employing the appropriate electronic interactions.  相似文献

In this work, we have been investigating an organic tandem solar cells composed of PF10TBT:PCBM by using optical modeling and simulation method to investigate the correlation between thickness and photocurrent. Possible thickness pairs of tandem cell are provided when front layer and back layer absorb same amount of photons. In order to obtain the possible thickness pairs for different wavelengths, photocurrent has been simulated as function of back and front layer thickness. Energy dissipation in term of distance along cell and wavelengths were analyzed to interpret the optimal geometry of tandem cell. In order to find the appropriate materials for maximum efficiency, energy dissipation as function of optical constant (n) and wavelengths were simulated to derive the optimal condition.  相似文献

Multilayered nanostructured TiO2 thin films were prepared by sol–gel and dipping deposition on quartz substrate followed by thermal treatment under reducing atmosphere (20 %H2–80 %Ar). Heat treatment at progressively higher temperatures caused structural, morphological, and optical changes, which were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and UV–Vis spectroscopy. The conductivities of the thin films were also measured by 4-point probe method. The XRD results showed that the calcined TiO2 thin films consist of single anatase phase which was completely transformed into rutile phase after heat treatment at 1,000 °C. The grains of films grew by intra-agglomerate densification after heat treatment at higher temperatures. The root mean square roughness of the samples was found to be in the range of 0.58–3.36 nm. The partially reduced TiO2 samples have red-shifted transmittance bands due to new energy band formed by oxygen vacancies. The electrical conductivity of the films was also enhanced after heat treatment in reducing atmosphere.  相似文献

Silver nanoparticles were prepared using complexing agent method in which citric acid was used as the complexing agent. The effect of ammonium hydroxide and nitric acid addition on size, morphology, purity and surface area of nanoparticles were studied and compared. XRD, TEM, EDAX and BET were used for the characterization of synthesized nanoparticles. Addition of ammonium hydroxide led to smaller size of the silver nanoparticles. However, lower purity of nanoparticles was obtained when ammonium hydroxide was added to the mixture. However, the morphology of nanoparticles in both conditions is same. Also the experimental studies of nanoparticles surface areas show their tracking by size as we expected. These effects can be explained by the role of ammonium hydroxide and nitric acid on the direction of equilibrium reaction and affecting the solubility of silver citrate.  相似文献

In this paper, an equivalent electrical circuit for response of a high-temperature superconductor (HTS) system for arbitrary time varying transport current is considered and as well as an analysis of the generated resistance losses is given. Also, for the pancake coil made with superconducting Bi-2223/AgMg tape, hysteresis behavior on the voltage-current curve is examined as a function of the current rate during ramp up and down at liquid nitrogen temperature. Behavior of voltage versus current is in good agreement with considered theory.  相似文献

To conduct this study, zinc sulfide (ZnS) thin films deposited on germanium (Ge) substrates were prepared by an evaporation method. The effects of deposition rate and annealing on the optical properties and adhesion of the ZnS thin films were investigated. The transmission intensity and the X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of the samples showed that the transmittance of the samples decreases by increasing the evaporation rates. However, with the increase of the annealing temperature, crystallinity of the thin films improves which, in turn, results in the enhancement of the transmission intensity in a far infrared region. The maximum grain size was obtained at the annealing temperature of 225 °C. Our experimental results also show that evaporation rate and annealing influences the adhesion of ZnS thin films to Ge substrates.  相似文献

The decoherence of a harmonic oscillator under two-dimensional quantum Brownian motion on a noncommutative plane is investigated. The interaction with the environment is considered by two separate models so-called coupled and uncoupled. The two-dimensional master equation and its noncommutative counterpart are derived for both employed models. The rate of the linear entropy (predictability sieve) is chosen as a criterion to investigate the purity in the presence of the space noncommutativity. Besides, a two-dimensional charged harmonic oscillator on a plane which is imposed by a perpendicular magnetic field is introduced as a realization of our model. Therefore, our approach provides a formalism to investigate the influence of the magnetic field on the decoherence of the pure states. We show that in the high magnetic field limit the rate of the decoherence will be decreased.  相似文献

In this research, polyacrylamide-based gels were made at 25°C and aged in an oven at 90°C for 24 hours. The bottle testing results indicated that gel composed of 15000 ppm partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA) and 2500 ppm chromium(III) acetate exhibited an acceptable strength. The strain sweep test results showed that elastic modulus is fixed on 6 Pa below strain of 100%. According to frequency test results, linear viscoelasticity region was observed at the frequency limits from 0.1 to 10 s?1. Moreover, elastic modulus decreased from 8 Pa at 25°C to 4 Pa at 90°C. Furthermore, gelation time for gelant with the same composition was obtained (14, 13, and 20 minutes) in sequence.  相似文献
