Amination of 1,3-dihalo-2-nitrosobenzenes

1,3-Dichloro-2-nitrosobenzene and 1,3-dibromo-5-fluoro-2-nitrosobenzene reacted with amines to give previously unknown nitrosobenzene derivatives containing alkylamino groups in positions 3 and 5.     

Reaction of N-Alkyl-6(4)-bromo-2,1,3-benzoxadiazol-4(6)-amines with terminal alkynes

N-Alkyl-6(4)-bromo-2,1,3-benzoxadiazol-4(6)-amines reacted with terminal alkynes to give aminosubstituted 2,1,3-benzoxadiazoles containing acetylenic fragments directly attached to the carbocycle.     

The reaction of polyhalonitrosoarenes with 1-morpholinocyclohexene

The addition of 1-morpholinocyclohexene to the nitroso group of polyhalonitrosoarenes gives N-(2-morpholinocyclohex-2-enyl)-N-(polyhalophenyl)hydroxylamines. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 1, pp. 130–132, January, 2007.     

Reactions of polyhalonitrosoarenes with phenylacetylene

Phenylacetylene reacts with polyhalonitrosoarenes to give two isomers of 1-phenyl-1,2-bis(2,4,6-trihalophenylnitrono)ethane.
