The present investigation describes the development and validation of a sensitive liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) method for the estimation of dorsomorphin in rat plasma. A sensitive LC‐MS/MS method was developed using multiple reaction monitoring mode, with the transition of m/z (Q1/Q3) 400.2/289.3 for dorsomorphin and m/z (Q1/Q3) 306.2/236.3 for zaleplon. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a reverse phase Agilent XDB C18 column (100 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 5 mm ammonium acetate buffer (pH 6.0) 90:10 v/v, at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The effluence was ionized in positive ion mode by electrospray ionization (ESI) and quantitated by mass spectrometry. The retention times of dorsomorphin and internal standard were found to be 2.13 and 1.13 min, respectively. Mean extraction recovery of dorsomorphin and internal standard in rat plasma was above 80%. Dorsomorphin calibration curve in rat plasma was linear (r2 ≥ 0.99) ranging from 0.005 to 10 µg/mL. Inter‐day and intra‐day precision and accuracy were found to be within 85–115% (coefficient of variation). A general approach for the preparation of dinuclear η5- and η6-cyclic hydrocarbon platinum group metal complexes, viz. [(η6-arene)2Ru2(NNNN)Cl2]2+ (arene = C6H6, 1; p-iPrC6H4Me, 2; C6Me6, 3), [(η5-C5Me5)2M2(NNNN)Cl2]2+ (M = Rh, 4; Ir, 5), [(η5-C5H5)2M2(NNNN)(PPh3)2]2+ (M = Ru, 6; Os, 7), [(η5-C5Me5)2Ru2(NNNN)(PPh3)2]2+ (8) and [(η5-C9H7)2Ru2(NNNN)(PPh3)2]2+ (9), bearing the bis-bidentate ligand 1,2-bis(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)benzene (NNNN), which contains two chelating di-pyridylamine units connected by an aromatic spacer, is reported. The cationic dinuclear complexes have been isolated as their hexafluorophosphate or hexafluoroantimonate salts and characterized by use of a combination of NMR, IR and UV-vis spectroscopic methods and by mass spectrometry. The solid state structure of three derivatives, [2][SbF6]2, [3][PF6]2 and [4][PF6]2, has been determined by X-ray structure analysis.  相似文献

Copper doped zinc sulfide nanoparticles were prepared by chemical precipitation method. The size of the particles was varied by changing the concentration of capping agent. The XRD studies indicate that most of the samples are cubic in nature. The broadening of peaks tends to increase with increasing capping agent concentration showing decrease in particle size. The crystalline size computed using Scherrer formula is found to be in range of 3–10 nm. Absorption spectra show absorption edge in UV region. The edge was found to shift towards shorter wavelength as the capping agent concentration is increased. This indicates increased effective band gap and hence reduced particle size. The nanoparticle size has been estimated in the range 5–10 nm using effective mass approximation model. For electroluminescence (EL) study of ZnS:Cu nanocrystals, the EL cells were prepared by placing ZnS:Cu nanoparticles between SnO2 coated conducting glass plate and aluminum foil. Alternating voltage of various frequencies was applied and EL brightness (B) at different voltages (V) was measured and reported in this paper.  相似文献

Magnetically retrieval CuFe2O4@MIL-101(Cr) metal–organic framework was successfully prepared from easily available starting materials and characterized using various spectroscopic and analytical techniques such as powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray, transmission electron microscopy, elemental mapping, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller, vibrating sample magnetometer, and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy. The catalyst was then used in the synthesis of benzodiazepines containing a triazole moiety in water. The advantages of this protocol include high yields, reusability of the catalyst, and gram-scale synthesis.  相似文献

Unlike conventional optical holography which requires coherent radiation, zone plate coded holography (ZPCH) offers the possibility of encoding 3D information of an incoherent radiation source. But ZPCH with its coherent optical reconstruction (COR) is unsuitable to be used in the visible regime. However, proposed digital ZPCH scheme for visible regime uses digital decoding instead of COR and overcomes this limitation. This paper discusses the issues of visible regime ZPCH and presents experimental results of applying the modified scheme to encode and successfully decode a visible source, for the first time, to our knowledge. In addition to imaging of incoherent radiation sources, visible regime incoherent holography may find use in constructing holograms of live cells or objects, like retina, where coherent illumination can be detrimental.  相似文献

In recent years, Raman spectroscopy has shown substantive promise in diagnosing bladder cancer, especially due to its exquisite molecular specificity. The ability to reduce false detection rates in comparison to existing diagnostic tools such as photodynamic diagnosis makes Raman spectroscopy particularly attractive as a complementary diagnostic tool for real-time guidance of transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT). Nevertheless, the state-of-the-art high-volume Raman spectroscopic probes have not reached the expected levels of specificity thereby impeding their clinical translation. To address this issue, we propose the use of a confocal Raman probe for bladder cancer diagnosis that can boost the specificity of the diagnostic algorithm based on its suppression of the out-of-focus non-analyte-specific signals emanating from the neighboring normal tissue. In this article, we engineer and apply such a probe, having depth of field of approximately 280?μm, for Raman spectral acquisition from ex vivo normal and cancerous TURBT samples. Using this clinical dataset, a diagnostic algorithm based on principal component analysis and logistic regression is developed. We demonstrate that this approach results in comparable sensitivity but significantly higher specificity in relation to high-volume Raman spectral data. The application of only two principal components is sufficient for the discrimination of the samples underlining the robustness of the algorithm. Further, no discordance between replicate spectra is observed emphasizing the reproducible nature of the current diagnostic assessment. The high levels of sensitivity and specificity achieved in this proof-of-concept study opens substantive avenues for application of a confocal Raman probe during endoscopic procedures related to diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer.

A novel S,S′-diallyl carbohydrazonodithioate derivative 3 of rhodamine B hydrazone was developed as a chemodosimeter for selective detection of mercury ions based on Hg2+ promoted cyclization. The allyl groups of 3 play a key role in the binding and selection of Hg2+ ions. The probe responds selectively to Hg2+ over various other competitive cations with marked chromo- and fluorogenic changes. The formation of stable oxadiazole derivative 8 was a strong driving force for this high selectivity. Practically, this probe is more promising because of the remarkable high selectivity, faster response, low detection limit, and aqueous solubility of 3.  相似文献

Class-based storage implementation decisions have significant impact on the required storage space and the material handling cost in a warehouse. In this paper, a nonlinear integer programming model is proposed to capture the above. Effects of storage area reduction on order picking and storage space cost are incorporated. A branch and bound algorithm is developed to solve the model. Computational experience with randomly generated data sets and an industrial case shows that branch and bound algorithm is computationally more efficient than a baseline dynamic programming algorithm. It is further observed that the class based policy results in lower total cost of order picking and storage space than the dedicated policy.  相似文献

Novel red emitting organic luminescent complexes, namely Eu0.5Ln0.5(TTA)3 Phen (Eu: europium, Ln: Y/Tb, Y: yttrium, Tb: terbium, TTA: thenoyl tri fluoro acetone, Phen: phenanthroline) were synthesized by solution technique, maintaining stoichiometric ratio. These complexes were characterized by various techniques such as XRD, optical absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. Electroluminescence cells were designed by sandwiching Eu0.5Ln0.5(TTA)3Phen between indium tin oxide (ITO) and aluminum (Al). Voltage?current characteristics and voltage?brightness characteristics of the developed electroluminescent cell were carried out. Turn on voltage of both the devices was found to be 9 V. These devices emit intense red emission at 611 nm, proving their potential applications as organic light emitting diodes and displays.  相似文献
