A novel quadridentate, N2O2 type Schiff base, synthesized from 1,4‐bis‐(o‐aminophenoxy)butane and 2‐hydroxynaphthalin‐1‐carbaldehyde, forms stable complexes with transition metal ions such as Co(II), Cu(II) and Ni(II) in DMF. Microanalytical data, elemental analysis, magnetic measurements, UV‐visible and IR‐spectra as well as conductance measurements were used to confirm the structures. Electrochemical measurements show that metal complexes undergo quasi‐reversible one‐electron redox processes. The voltammetric results also revealed that the CuL complex has the highest electron transfer rate indicating that both the Cu(II) and Cu(I) forms appear in a similar planar configuration, so the electron transfer does not require larger reorganization of the complex.  相似文献

A novel and efficient synthesis of N-substituted dipyrrolo[1,2-a:2′,1′-c]pyrazine derivatives has been developed. The synthetic strategy relies on the synthesis of 4′,5′-dihydro-1H,3′H-2,2′-bipyrrole, followed by the reaction with propargyl bromide. Various substituents were introduced to the alkyne functionality using the Sonogashira coupling reaction. Aromatization of the dihydropyrrole ring followed by an intramolecular cyclization reaction between the alkyne functionality and the pyrrole nitrogen atom was catalyzed by Pd/C at high temperature to furnish the desired dipyrrolo-pyrazine skeleton.  相似文献

5‐Benzoyl‐4‐(substituted phenyl)‐6‐phenyl‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐2‐thioxopyrimidines ( 4a‐d ) were synthesized using the Biginelli three component cyclocondensation reaction of an appropriate β‐diketone, arylaldehyde, and thiourea in acetic acid under reflux condition in approximately 52‐65% yields. The acetylation of compounds 4a‐d gave 3‐acetyl thioxopyrimidine derivatives 5a‐d . Also, pyrimidothiazine compounds 6a‐d were prepared by a simple one‐pot condensation reaction of starting pyrimidine derivatives 4a‐d and 3‐bromopropionic acid. The structures of compounds were characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, 1H and 13C‐NMR spectra.  相似文献

The new 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylic acid 2 , pyridazin‐3(2H)‐one 3 , and their various derivatives were prepared by the reactions of the 4‐benzoyl‐5‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐2,3‐furandione 1 and 2,5‐dichlorophenylhydrazine. Pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyridazine 7 was obtained from cyclization of the pyrazole‐3‐carboxylic acid 2 with 2,5‐dichlorophenylhydrazine. The reaction of 1 and pyrazole‐3‐carbonitriles 6 gave the new oxazin‐4‐one 9 derivatives. The structures of compounds were characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, mass, IR, 1H, and 13C NMR spectra. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
