[reaction: see text] Complex 1 bearing a diphosphinidenecyclobutene ligand (DPCB-OMe) catalyzes highly stereoselective hydrosilylation of diethynylarenes with HSiMe2Ph to afford (Z,Z)-bis(2-silylethenyl)arenes. Treatment of the hydrosilylation products with N-bromosuccinimide causes bromodesilylation in a stereospecific manner, giving (Z,Z)-bis(2-bromoethenyl)arenes in high geometrical purity (>98%).  相似文献

New palladium(0) complexes with a variety of coordinated olefins [Pd(olefin)(PMePh2)2] (II) (olefin = styrene, ethyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, methyl acrylate, methacrylonitrile, and dimethyl maleate), were prepared by the reactions of [PdEt2(PMePh2)2] (I) with corresponding olefins in toluene. These complexes were characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and the chemical reactions. The dissociation of the coordinated olefin from complex II in solution was confirmed by spectroscopic studies of [Pd(mma)(PMePh2)2] (mma = methyl methacrylate). From the variable temperature NMR study, kinetic parameters for the dissociation process were determined as Ea = 7 kcal/mol, and ΔS3 (293 K) = -30 cal/deg · mol. Some new hydrido complexes, [Pd(H)ClL2] (IV) (L = PMePh2, PEtPh2 and PEt2Ph), were prepared by the reactions of [Pd(olefin)L2] with dry HCl.  相似文献

The scattering function of rods with a constant radius, 8 Å, and a length distribution of the Schulz–Zimm type was calculated on a computer as a model of helical synthetic polypeptide. The influence of length and length distribution on the scattered intensity of small-angle x-ray scattering was clarified. As length grows and length distribution broadens it is difficult to obtain reliable values of molecular weight and radius of gyration from a Zimm plot. The influence of length distribution on the mass per unit length, Mq, and the radius of gyration of the cross section, 〈S1/2, from the Guinier plot of the cross-sectional factor decreases as the length increases, and reliable values of Mq and 〈S1/2 can be obtained even for rods with wide distribution for rods more than 600 Å long. In particular, it is pointed out that the value of 〈S1/2 is little influenced by length and length distribution.  相似文献

Trypanocidal constituents of dried leaves of Laurus nobilis L. (Lauraceae) were examined. Activity-guided fractionation of the methanol extract resulted in the isolation of two guaianolides, dehydrocostus lactone (1) and zaluzanin D (2), and a new p-menthane hydroperoxide, (1R,4S)-1-hydroperoxy-p-menth-2-en-8-ol acetate (3). The minimum lethal concentrations of these compounds against epimastigotes of Trypanosoma cruzi were 6.3, 2.5, and 1.4 microM, respectively.  相似文献

Integrated intensities of X-ray reflections from a barium chloride fluoride single crystal were measured at 24, 180, 289, 402, 467 and 610°C. The intensities were used for the determination of the anharmonic potential parameters up to the third order. Harmonic potential parameters for each ion were obtained from the temperature dependence of thermal parameters, and anharmonic potential parameters were determined by the least-squares procedures, utilizing the temperature factor formalism based on the cumulant expansion. As a result, it has been found that the Ba2+ and Cl? ions show an anharmonicity, while no significant anharmonic effect was detected for the F? ion. From the potential calculated around the Cl? and F? ions, it was found that both Cl? and F? ions diffuse more easily within the (001) plane than along the c axis.  相似文献

Normalization of input vector is essential for a competitive learning neural network using the inner product. In this paper we propose a transformation method of input vector without losing the norm information. To conserve the norm information, an additional vector component concerning the norm is introduced besides the original normalized components of the input vector. By applying the method to Kohonen’s self-organizing feature map, its usefulness is demonstrated. We also propose an optical apparatus for its realization.  相似文献

A new furostan-type saponin (1) was isolated from the methanolic extract of Brunfelsia grandiflora leaves, together with four known compounds. The chemical structure of 1 was determined by spectroscopic analysis and chemical reaction to be 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 22alpha-methoxyfurost-3beta,26-diol 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->3)-{beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2)}-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranoside. Compound 1 showed potent leishmanicidal activity in vitro against Leishmania major.  相似文献

Electronic conductivity of molecular wires is a critical fundamental issue in molecular electronics. π‐Conjugated redox molecular wires with the superior long‐range electron‐transport ability could be constructed on a gold surface through the stepwise ligand–metal coordination method. The βd value, indicating the degree of decrease in the electron‐transfer rate constant with distance along the molecular wire between the electrode and the redox active species at the terminal of the wire, were 0.008–0.07 Å?1 and 0.002–0.004 Å?1 for molecular wires of bis(terpyridine)iron and bis(terpyridine)cobalt complex oligomers, respectively. The influences on βd by the chemical structure of molecular wires and the terminal redox units, temperature, electric field, and electrolyte concentration were clarified. The results indicate that facile sequential electron hopping between neighboring metal–complex units within the wire is responsible for the high electron‐transport ability.  相似文献

Infrared spectra of methyl iodide clusters produced in a supersonic jet have been observed in the CH3 bending region at 8 mum by cavity ring-down spectroscopy. The dependence of the spectral features on the mixing ratio of CH3I to He and on the stagnation pressure has allowed us to assign the absorption peaks, with the help of the previous results obtained by matrix-isolation technique [Ito et al., Chem. Phys. Lett. 343, 185 (2001)] and infrared cavity ring-down spectroscopy in the C-H stretching region [Ito et al., Chem. Phys. 286, 337 (2003)]. Ab initio calculations at the MP2 level have been carried out up to tetramer to confirm the assignments. It has been found that the frequency shifts upon clustering (relative to monomer) observed in the bending region are not monotonic, in contrast to those in the C-H stretching region. The observed frequency shifts are discussed in terms of dispersion interaction and its variation upon vibrational excitation.  相似文献
