本文提出了用分析型HPLC仪器制备β-大马酮标准品的方法及用HPLC测定β-大马酮含量的方法。制备色谱柱为Zorbax SIL 9.4 mmφ×25cm,流动相为石油醚(30~60℃)/乙醚98.5/1.5。分析用色谱柱为Shim CLC SIL 6 mmφ×15cm(岛津全多孔硅胶柱),流动相为石油醚(60—90℃)/无水乙醇99.88/0.12,检测器为紫外可见分光光度检测器。波长253nm或302nm,标准曲线的线性范围0~1.4mg/ml。峰高或峰面积均可用于测定,回收率100.7%。  相似文献

Glycosylation reactions are significant as they provide access to model compounds that are useful for elucidating biochemical pathways. Herein, we describe the development of glycosyl ortho-alkynylbenzoates as novel, bench-top stable, and readily available glycosyl donors. Glycosylation is promoted by inexpensive trimethylsilyl triflate (TMSOTf) in combination with N-iodosuccinimide (NIS) under mild reaction conditions; hence, the novel glycosyl donors are promising reagents for the synthesis of glycosides.  相似文献

取代γ-丁内酯是一类非常重要的精细化学品。N-杂环卡宾(NHC)催化α,β-不饱和醛发生共轭极性反转后,与芳香醛、三氟甲基酮、酮酸酯或邻二酮等发生环化反应可一步生成不同取代的γ-丁内酯化合物。该方法具有原子经济性高、路径简捷、反应条件温和等明显的优势。本文主要结合笔者课题组的研究方向,从不同催化剂前体和不同反应底物两方面进行分类,介绍近年来NHC催化合成取代γ-丁内酯的方法及其研究进展,归纳总结了不同催化体系的优缺点,并在此基础上展望了NHC催化合成取代γ-丁内酯反应的发展趋势和应用前景。  相似文献

The aim of this present work is to investigate the interaction between doxorubicin and bovine serum albumin (BSA) in simulated physiological conditions by spectroscopic methods to reveal potential toxic effects of the drug. The results reflected that doxorubicin made the fluorescence quenching of BSA through a static quenching procedure. The binding constants at 293, 298, and 303 K were obtained as 2.53 × 105, 8.13 × 104, and 3.59 × 104 M–1, respectively. There may be one binding site of doxorubicin on BSA. The thermodynamic parameters indicated that the interaction between doxorubicin and BSA was driven mainly by hydrogen bonding and electrostatic forces. Synchronous fluorescence spectra and circular dichroism (CD) results showed doxorubicin binding slightly changed the conformation of BSA with secondary structural content changes. Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) study revealed high possibility of energy transfer with doxorubicin-Trp-212 distance of 3.48 nm. The results of the present study may provide valuable information for studying the distribution, toxicological and pharmacological mechanisms of doxorubicin in vivo.  相似文献

The application of ion chromatography with the column‐switching technique for the simultaneous analysis of peroxydisulfate and conventional inorganic anions in a single run is described. With this method, conventional inorganic anions were separated by consecutive elution through both the guard column and separation column, but peroxydisulfate that only passed through the guard column had a good peak shape and short retention time. A series of standard solutions consisting of target anions of various concentrations from 0.01 to 75 mg/L were analyzed, with a correlation coefficient (r) ≥ 0.9990. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.49–9.84 μg/L based on the S/N of 3 and a 25 μL injection volume. RSDs for retention time, peak area, and peak height were all <1.77%. A spiking study was performed with satisfactory recoveries between 97.6 and 103.4% for all anions. The quantitative determination of peroxydisulfate and conventional inorganic anions in surface waters was accomplished within 18 min by this column‐switching technique.  相似文献

Photoelectrochemical(PEC) biosensors have shown great promise in bioanalysis and diagnostic applications in recent years. In this work, the CuO/Cu_2O nanowire array(CuO/Cu_2O Nanowire) supported on copper foam was prepared as a photocathode for detection of tyrosinase though quinone-chitosan conjugation chemistry method. The in-situ generated quinones that were the catalytic product of tyrosinase acted as electron acceptors, which were captured by the chitosan deposited on the surface of the electrode. Direct immobilization of electron acceptor on the electrode surface improved the photocurrent conversion efficiency and thus sensitivity. The as-prepared biosensor can realize a rapid response in a wide linear range of 0.05 U/mL to 10 U/mL with the detection limit as low as 0.016 U/mL of tyrosinase. The current work provides a new perspective to design and develop highly sensitive and selective PEC biosensor.  相似文献

合成了一系列有机-无机杂多酸类离子液体, 并将其应用于超声作用下的催化模拟汽油氧化脱硫反应. 结果表明, 在超声波辅助下, 不仅反应时间大大缩短, 而且脱硫效率也大幅提高. 在合成的一系列催化剂中, Zr0.25[BMIM]HPW12O40表现出最佳的催化活性. 考察了超声波功率、 超声/间隙时间、 催化剂用量、 H2O2用量、 反应温度及反应时间等因素对脱硫效果的影响. 以Zr0.25[BMIM]HPW12O40为催化剂, 在优化的条件下[n(Cat.)=0.008 mmol, V(H2O2)=40 μL, V(模拟油)=10 mL, V(乙腈)=1 mL, 温度25 ℃, 时间10 min, 超声功率300 W, 超声时间2 s, 间隙时间1.5 s], 二苯并噻吩(DBT)的脱硫率达到97.8%; 该催化剂循环使用5次后, 脱硫率仍为81.9%; 其对不同硫化物的催化活性顺序为DBT>4,6-二甲基苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)>乙硫醚>苯硫醚>正丁硫醇>甲基苯基硫醚>苯并噻吩(BT)>噻吩.  相似文献

The reaction kinetics of bisphenol-S epoxy resin with methyl-acrylic acid in the presence of quaternary ammonium salt catalyst was studied. The reaction rate constants at different temperatures were determined. The reaction is first order with respect to epoxy group, zero order with respect to methylacrylic acid and 0.71 order with respect to quaternary ammonium salt catalyst, respectively.
