A poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane sensor for holmium ions was fabricated based on N‐[(Z)‐1‐(2‐thienyl)‐ methylidene]‐N‐[4‐(4‐{[(Z)‐1‐(2‐thienyl)methylidene]amino} phenoxy)phenyl] amine (TPA) as a new ion carrier, acetophenon (AP) as plasticizing solvent mediator and sodium tetraphenyl borate (NaTPB) as an anion excluder. The electrode shows a good selectivity towards Ho3+ ions respect to other inorganic cations, including alkali, alkaline earth, transition and heavy metal ions. The constructed sensor displays a Nernstian behavior (19.5±0.3 mV/decade) over the concentration range of 1.0×10−6 to 1.0×10−2 mol·L−1 with the detection limit of the electrode being 4.6×10−7 mol·L−1 and very short response time (ca. 5 s). It has a useful working pH range of 3.2–9.8 for at least 8 weeks. The electrode was successfully applied as an indicator electrode for the potentiometric titration of a Ho3+ solution with EDTA and holmium determination in some alloys. The proposed sensor accuracy was studied by the determination of Ho3+ in mixtures of three different ions. 相似文献

A facile protocol for the one-pot, multicomponent reaction of indole, 4-hydroxycoumarin, and aromatic aldehydes was developed using copper octoate as an inexpensive, commercially available, and efficient catalyst. This highly selective reaction eliminates the formation of homodimeric by-products (bisindoles and biscoumarins) and selectively results in the formation of heterodimeric adducts containing both indole and coumarin heterocycles. 相似文献

A novel and simple fluorescence enhancement method for selective pyrophosphate(PPi) sensing was proposed based on a 1:1 metal
complex formation between bis(8-hydroxy quinoline-5-solphonat) chloride aluminum(III) (Al(QS)2Cl), (L) and PPi in aqueous solution. The linear response range covers a concentration range of 1.6 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−5 mol/L of PPi and the detection limit of 2.3 × 10−8 mol/L. The association constant of L-PPi complex was calculated 2.6 × 105 L/mol. L was found to show selectively and sensitively fluorescence enhancement toward PPi over than I3-, NO3-, CN−, CO32−, Br−, Cl−, F−, H2PO4− and SO42−, which was attributed to higher stability of inorganic complex between pyrophosphate and L. 相似文献

The increase use of ion sensors in the fields of environmental, agricultural, and medical analysis is stimulating analytical chemists to develop new sensors for fast, accurate, reproducible, and selective determination of various ions. In this study a new samarium membrane sensor was constructed and for the first time, it was applied as a probe in indirect determination of hyoscine, homatropine, and tramadol drugs in their pharmaceutical formulation. The proposed membrane sensor was constructed based on a membrane containing 2% sodium tetraphenyl borate (NaTPB) as an anionic additive, 63% dibutyl phthalate (DBP) as solvent mediator, 5% ionophore, and 30% poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). The proposed Sm(III) electrode exhibits a Nernstian response of 19.35±0.2 mV per decade of samarium concentration, and has a lower detection limit of 1.0×10?7 M. The linear range of the sensors was 1.0×10?7–1.0×10?1 M. It works well in the pH range of 3.0–8.0. 相似文献

Room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs), 1‐n‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, [bmim]BF4, and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used for improvement of a praseodymium carbon paste ion selective sensor response. [bmim]BF4 can be a better binder than mineral oils. MWCNTs have a good conductivity which helps the transduction of the signal in carbon paste electrode. The characteristics of these electrodes as potentiometric sensors were evaluated and compared with PVC membrane sensor. The results indicate that potentiometric sensor constructed with ionic liquid shows an increase in performance in terms of Nernstian slope, selectivity, response time, and response stability compared to Pr(III) PVC membrane sensor. 相似文献

for simple and fast determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide in pharmaceutical formulation and urine was constructed.
For the membrane preparation, DXM-tetraphenylborate complexes were employed as electroactive materials in the membrane. The
wide linear range (10−6–10−2 M), low detection limit (1 × 10−6 M), and fast response time (∼5 s) characterize the proposed sensors. Validation of the method shows suitability of the sensors

Dicloran pesticide is used to inhibit the fungal spore germination for different crops. Because of the increasing application of pesticides, reliable and accurate analytical methods are necessary. The aim of this work is designing the highly selective sensor to determine the dicloran in biological and environmental samples. Multi-walls carbon nanotubes and a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) were used as modifiers in the sensor composition. A dicloran MIP and a nonimprinted polymer (NIP) were synthesized and applied in the carbon paste electrode. After the optimization of electrode composition, it was used to determine the concentration of analyte. Parameters affecting the sensor response were optimized, such as sample pH, electrolyte concentration and its pH, and the instrumental parameters of square wave voltammetry. The MIP-CP electrode showed very high recognition ability in comparison with NIP-CP. The obtained linear range was 1 × 10?6 to 1 × 10?9 mol L?1. The detection limit was 4.8 × 10?10 mol L?1. This sensor was used to determine the dicloran in real samples (human urine, tap and river water samples) without special sample preparation before analysis. All important parameters were optimized, improving the sensor response considerably. 相似文献
