An effective method was developed for generation of insulating tubular boron nitride (BN)-sheathed nanostructures. ZnS nanowires and multilayered Si-SiO2 nanowires were successfully sheathed with insulating tubular BN-forming nanocables. Both the semiconductor nanowire cores and the BN sheaths are crystalline with well-uniform morphologies.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer containing mixed ligands, namely [Ni(S_2COiBu)_2(DBPMF)·(CHCl_3)]_∞(DBPMF = 2,7-dibromo-9,9-(4-pyridylmethyl)fluorine), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffractions. X-ray structural analysis reveals that each Ni atom is coordinated by two isobutyl xanthogenate molecules and two nitrogen atoms from two DBPMF ligands to form octahedral coordination geometry. DBPMF acts as a bridge to form a coordination polymer. Fluorescence property of this coordination polymer displays a broad emission band at λ = 413 nm. Thermal analysis shows that the solvent molecule CHCl_3 can be stabilized in the crystal structure until 140 ℃.  相似文献

以芳香基三唑类杀菌剂三唑酮为先导物设计并合成了5个含N,N-二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯的芳香三唑类化合物, 通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对其结构进行了表征. 用X射线单晶衍射测定了[α-(4-甲氧基苯甲酰基)-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)]乙基-N,N-二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸酯的晶体结构, 晶体属于三斜晶系, 空间群, 晶胞参数为: a=0.73482(15) nm, b=1.1051(2) nm, c=1.1209(2) nm, α=90.32(3)°, β=101.97(3)°, γ=105.13(3)°, V=0.8578(3) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.357 g/cm3, F(000)=368, µ=0.324 mm-1. 生物测试结果显示这5种有机化合物都具有杀菌性和植物生长调节活性  相似文献

分别在苏打石灰玻璃、Mo箔、无择优取向的Mo薄膜以及(110)择优取向的Mo薄膜四种不同衬底上,采用共蒸发工艺沉积约2 μm厚的Cu(In,Ga)Se2薄膜,用X射线衍射仪测量薄膜的织构,研究衬底对Cu(In,Ga)Se2薄膜织构的影响.在以上四种衬底上沉积的Cu(In,Ga)Se2薄膜的(112)衍射峰强度依次逐渐减弱,(220/204)衍射峰从无到有且强度逐渐增强.在苏打石灰玻璃和Mo箔衬底上的Cu(In,Ga)Se2关键词: 择优取向 Cu(In 2薄膜')" href="#">Ga)Se2薄膜 太阳电池  相似文献

Crystal structure of the title compound, Cu(phen)(H2O)2·ClO4(phen=1,10-phenanthroline), was deter-mined by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with lattice parameters a=1.49071(4)nm, b=1.38594(4)nm, c=0.70292(1)nm, β=108.509(1)° and Z=4; The Cu(Ⅰ) ion is chelated by a phen ligand and two aqua ligands in cis arrangement and assumes a C2 symmetric square-planar geometry with the CuN2O2 core. Eight Cu(phen)(H2O)2·ClO4 molecules are interconnected by strong hydrogen bonds between coordinated water molecules and uncoordinated perchlorate anions to form a molecular scale cavities along c axis. The bond distances of Cu-N and Cu-O are 0.2003(4)nm and 0.1973(3)nm, respectively. CCDC: 197600.  相似文献

1-Acetyl-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(4-methylphenyl)-2-pyrazoline has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Density functional (DFT) calculations have been carried out for the title compound by using the B3LYP method at the 6-311G** basis set level. The calculated results show that the predicted geometry can reproduce well the structural parameters. Predicted vibrational frequencies have been assigned and compared with experimental IR spectra and they are supported each other. On the basis of vibrational analyses, the thermodynamic properties of the title compound at different temperatures have been calculated, revealing the correlations between C(0)(p, m), S(0)(m), H(0)(m) and temperatures.  相似文献

The ligand of N-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)-1,8-naphthalimide (HL) and its metal complexes of CuL2 (1) and CoL2 (2) have been synthesized. Elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction characterizations for 1 and 2 have been carried out. In the complexes of 1 and 2, the central metallic ions of Cu2+ and Co2+ coordinate with two deprotonated ligands of L-, respectively and adopt distorted square planar geometries. The thermal analysis result shows that the two complexes undergo two similar decomposition processes because of their similar geometric configurations. For the two complexes, fluorescence spectra measurements indicate that complex CoL2 emits stronger blue fluorescence than HL and the complex CuL2 does not emit fluorescence at all.  相似文献

利用不同过渡金属盐在溶剂热中合成了2个新型杂核化合物{[CuEu2(INAIP)3(HCOO)(H2O)3]·3H2O}n1)和{[NiEu2(INAIP)4(H2O)4]·4H2O}n2)(INAIP=异烟酰胺吡啶基异酞酸根),并对其进行了元素分析、IR及X-射线衍射法表征。晶体结构研究表明:配合物12都属于三斜晶系,P1空间群。晶胞参数:配合物1a=1.0887(3)nm,b=1.5158(4)nm,c=1.5644(2)nm,V=2.3332(10)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.955g·cm-3,μ=3.203mm-1,F(000)=1352,Rint=0.027,R1=0.0505,wR2=0.1309。配合物2a=1.0134(3)nm,b=1.0836(6)nm,c=1.3741(2)nm,V=1.4530(9)nm3,Z=1,Dc=1.878g·cm-3,μ=2.554mm-1,F(000)=818,Rint=0.0458,R1=0.0341,wR2=0.0869。配合物1是由配体异烟酰胺吡啶基异酞酸连接而成的三维二重贯穿sqc27拓扑结构,而配合物2是由配体异烟酰胺吡啶基异酞酸连接稀土铕离子形成二维层状结构,该二维层通过Ni-O和Ni-N键连接成三维非贯穿网络结构。配合物12具有典型的稀土铕离子红色荧光和高的热稳定性。  相似文献
