We present the growth morphology, the long-range ordering, and the evolution of the valence band electronic states of ultrathin films of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) deposited on the Au(1 1 0)-(1 × 2) reconstructed surface, as a function of the organic molecule coverage. The low energy electron diffraction patterns present a (5 × 3) reconstruction from the early adsorption stages. High-resolution UV photoelectron spectroscopy data show the disappearance of the Au surface states related to the (1 × 2) reconstruction, and the presence of new electronic features related to the molecule-substrate interaction and to the CuPc molecular states. The CuPc highest occupied molecular orbital gradually emerges in the valence band, while the interface electronic states are quenched, upon increasing the coverage.  相似文献

In this paper we study a Ginzburg–Landau model which describes the behaviour of a superconducting material including thermal effects. We extend the traditional formulation of the problem, by introducing the temperature as an additional state variable. Accordingly, together with the Gor’kov–Eliashberg system, we introduce an evolution equation for the absolute temperature. We examine in detail the case which allows only variations of the concentration of superconducting electrons and of the temperature, neglecting the electromagnetic field. For this problem existence and uniqueness of the solution are shown. Finally we analyze the asymptotic behaviour of the solutions, proving that the system possesses a global attractor.  相似文献

HIV‐1 integrase (IN) is a very promising and validated target for the development of therapeutic agents against AIDS. In an effort to design and synthesize biological isosteric analogs of β‐diketoacid‐containing inhibitors of IN, we prepared a series of substituted isoxazole carboxylic acids. Several of these compounds inhibited catalytic activities of purified IN at micromolar concentration range. With an aim to prepare a large number of analogues based on the isoxazole pharmacophore we focused our study on a series of 3,5‐disubstituted isoxazole isomers. For a rapid structural analysis we discovered a convenient 1H‐nmr method for distinguishing between isomeric structures based on their H‐4 assignments. This “finger print” approach to isomer identification will be useful in combinatorial chemistry settings where a mixture can be further derivatized.  相似文献

Recent experimental evidence has led to the conclusion that short, strong hydrogen bonds can stabilize transition states of enzyme catalyzed biochemical reactions. Evidence for such hydrogen bonds is the low value of the isotopic fractionation factor, phi, which is defined as the equilibrium constant for the generic reaction, R-H + DOH <--> R-D + HOH, where H is the hydrogen atom participating in the low-barrier hydrogen bond in a molecule R-H. In this work we assess two approximation methods for computing the isotopic fractionation factors for single and multidimensional systems containing a low-barrier hydrogen bond. These methods are WKB and an approach that corrects the classical partition function via a quantum correction factor. We find that the latter approach is universally accurate and applicable in both single and multidimensional systems containing a low-barrier hydrogen bond. We also assess two different models for the coupling of a molecule's low-barrier hydrogen bond to other degrees of freedom, both internal and external to the molecule, and show that each leads to a lowering of the fractionation factor.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Addition of trimethylsilyl cyanide to ketimines derived from (R)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl methyl ketone to generate a quaternary stereocenter has been achieved with high yields and excellent diastereoselectivity. The stereoselectivity was found to be temperature and solvent dependent. The beta-hydroxy-alpha-amino nitrile of syn configuration was the major compound in kinetically controlled reactions, whereas the anti stereoisomer was obtained in excess in thermodynamically controlled reactions. Double stereodifferentiation under kinetic control conditions was successful, and the cyanation reaction occurred with complete syn diastereoselectivity using the matched pair. The versatility of the resulting amino nitrile as a synthetic intermediate was tested by performing the synthesis of orthogonally protected (R)-(2-aminomethyl)alanine.  相似文献
