During our systematic study on the species of genus Linaria (Scrophulariaceae) present in Italy, we examined the glycosidic fraction of Linaria capraria Moris et De Not., a species endemic of Tuscany archipelago. This fraction is particularly complex and we considered in this article only the medium polarity components. In accordance with previous studies, L. capraria shows acyl derivatives of antirrhinoside 1 as specific chemotaxonomic iridoidic markers. L. capraria exhibits a complex composition, with regard to iridoidic constituents, with several chromatographic problems to be resolved. We then isolated, besides the known antirrhinoside 1, two acyl derivatives of antirrhinoside, the 6'-O-senecioyl derivative, 2, and the 6'-O-angeloyl derivative, 3. In addition a glucoside of an acyclic monoterpene, 4, was also isolated, which may be correlated to the other monoterpenic glycosides isolated from other species of Scrophulariaceae.  相似文献

This work is concerned with the numerical simulation of fixed-bed corn drying using MSU (Michigan State University) drying model. The classical numerical procedure for MSU model relies on an explicit method of finite differences which requires certain stability conditions between the step sizes of the time and space variables. The objective of the present paper is to establish a stable implicit method based on backward finite differences, in both time and space variables, which takes into account some specific empirical aspects of the problem. Computational results illustrate the efficiency and the flexibility of method.  相似文献

From the hexane and MeOH extracts of Annona coriacea Mart . (Annonaceae) seeds, two novel acetogenins, coriapentocins A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.) were isolated. The known acetogenin bullacin ( 3 ) was also isolated from the hexane extract. The structures of compounds 1 – 3 were elucidated by NMR and MS analysis, and relative configurations were established by comparison with literature data.  相似文献

Some very relevant optical, electrical, and structural properties of SnO2 doped with rare-earth ions Er3+ and Eu3+ are presented. Films are produced by the sol–gel-dip coating process, and may be described as a combination of nanoscopic dimension crystallites (about 3–10 nm) with their respective intergrain potential barriers. The Er3+ and Eu3+ ions are expected to act as acceptors in SnO2, which is a natural n-type conductor, inducing a high degree of charge compensation. Electron trapping and emission spectra data are presented and are rather distinct, depending on the location of the rare-earth impurity. This behavior allows the identification of two distinct centers: located either in the SnO2 lattice or segregated at the particles surface. Based on a model for thermally activated cross-section defects, the difference between the capture energy of the photo-excited electron and the intergrain potential barrier is evaluated, leading to distinct values for high and low symmetry sites. A higher distortion in the lattice of undoped SnO2 and SnO2:Eu (1 at.%) was evaluated from Rietveld refinements of X-ray diffraction data. This was confirmed by Raman spectra, which are associated with the particles size and disorder. By comparing the samples with the same doping concentration, it was found that this disorder is higher in Eu-doped SnO2 than in Er-doped SnO2, which is in agreement with a higher energy for the lattice relaxation in the trapping process by Eu3+ centers.  相似文献

Paper spray mass spectrometry (PS-MS) combined with partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) was applied for the first time in a forensic context to a fast and effective differentiation of beers. Eight different brands of American standard lager beers produced by four different breweries (141 samples from 55 batches) were studied with the aim at performing a differentiation according to their market prices. The three leader brands in the Brazilian beer market, which have been subject to fraud, were modeled as the higher-price class, while the five brands most used for counterfeiting were modeled as the lower-price class. Parameters affecting the paper spray ionization were examined and optimized. The best MS signal stability and intensity was obtained while using the positive ion mode, with PS(+) mass spectra characterized by intense pairs of signals corresponding to sodium and potassium adducts of malto-oligosaccharides. Discrimination was not apparent neither by using visual inspection nor principal component analysis (PCA). However, supervised classification models provided high rates of sensitivity and specificity. A PLS-DA model using full scan mass spectra were improved by variable selection with ordered predictors selection (OPS), providing 100% of reliability rate and reducing the number of variables from 1701 to 60. This model was interpreted by detecting fifteen variables as the most significant VIP (variable importance in projection) scores, which were therefore considered diagnostic ions for this type of beer counterfeit.  相似文献

The ASACUSA (the Atomic Spectroscopy And Collisions Using Slow Antiprotons) collaboration is planning to measure the cross sections of antiproton annihilations at kinetic energy 100 keV on targets of various mass numbers (C,?Ni, Sn, and Pt) using the Antiproton Decelerator (AD) of CERN. No previous measurement exists in this region where the A-dependence of the cross section is expected to deviate from the A $^{\frac{2}{3}}$ (Batty et al, Nucl Phys A 689:721, 2001) as reported by the Obelix collaboration. A beam profile monitor based on secondary electron emission with a grid of electrode pads fabricated on an FR4-type glass-epoxy circuit board was developed for this measurement. The advantage of this kind of detector is that it is simple, lightweight, and low cost. It was used to measure the spatial profile of 100-ns-long beam pulses containing > 6 × 104 antiprotons with an active area of 40?mm?× 40 mm and a spatial resolution of 4 mm.  相似文献
