The thermal stability of the Schiff base ethylacetoacetate-o-chlorobenzylamine (bdII), N-o-chlorobenzyl-C-benzoyl acetamide (bdIII), and N-p-chlorobenzyl-C-benzoyl acetamide (bdIV) were studied by thermogravimetric analysis. II Gave N,N'-di(o-chlorobenzyl) urea (bdIa) at 60° C, whereas the thermogravimetric curves of III and IV indicate that reactions other than formation of I may occur. The urea derivatives (I) have also been prepared from benzylamines and the corresponding β-ketoester and identified.  相似文献

Ethyl 3‐amino‐4‐chlorothieno[3,2‐c]quinoline‐2‐carboxylate ( 4 ) is a versatile synthon, prepared by reacting an equimolar amount of 2,4‐dichloroquinoline‐3‐carbonitrile ( 1 ) with ethyl mercaptoacetate ( 2 ). Ethyl 5‐alkyl‐5H‐1‐thia‐3,5,6‐triazaaceanfhrylene‐2‐carboxylates 9a‐c , novel perianellated tetracyclic heteroaro‐matics, were prepared by refluxing 4 with excess of primary amines 7a‐c to yield the corresponding amino‐thieno[3,2‐c]quinolines 8a‐c . Subsequent reaction with an excess of triethyl orthoformate (TEO) furnished 9a‐c . Reaction of 4 with TEO in Ac2O at reflux, gave the simple acetylated compounds, thieno[3,2‐c]‐quinolines 12 and 13 . Refluxing 4 with benzylamine ( 7d ) gave 10 , and subsequent treatment with TEO gave the tetracyclic compound 11 . Refluxing 13 with an excess of alkylamines 7a‐d gave the fhieno[3,2‐c]quino‐lines 15 . Refluxing the aminothienoquinolines 8b with an excess of triethyl orthoacetate gave thieno[3,2‐c]quinoline 17 , while heating with Ac2O gave 18 and 19 , with small amounts of 16 . Reaction of 8a,b with ethyl chloroformate and phenylisothiocyanate generated the new 1‐thia‐3,5,6‐triazaaceanthrylenes 20a,b and 21a,b , respectively. Diazotization of 8a‐c afforded the novel tetracyclic ethyl 5‐alkyl‐5H‐1‐fhia‐3,4,5,6‐tetraazaaceanthrylene‐2‐carboxylates 22a‐c in good yields.  相似文献

A novel synthesis of thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines 4(a–e), pyrido[2′,3′:4,5]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines {5(a–e), 6(a–e), and 7(a–e)}, pyrano[2′,3′:4,5]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines 8(a–e), and benzo[4,5]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazoloine9(a–e) derivatives starting from 2-(Bis-methylsulfanyl-methylene)-5,5-dimethyl-cyclohexane-1,3-dione 2 as efficient α,α dioxoketen dithioacetal is reported and the synthetic approaches of these types of compounds will provide an innovative molecular framework to the designing of new active heterocyclic compounds. In our study, we also present optimization of the synthetic method along with a biological evaluation of these newly synthesized compounds as antioxidants and antibacterial agents against the bacterial strains, like S. aureus, E. coli, and P. aeruginosa. Among all the evaluated compounds, it was found that some showed significant antioxidant activity at 10 μg/mL while the others exhibited better antibacterial activity at 100 μg/mL. The results of this study showed that compound 6(c) possessed remarkable antibacterial activity, whereas compound 9(c) exhibited the highest efficacy as an antioxidant. The structures of the new synthetic compounds were elucidated by elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR.  相似文献

In this paper, a new dynamic model is presented for the experimental data generated by the Madison Symmetric Torus (MST) machine. The model is based on a modified sine-Gordon (SG) dynamic equation. The modified sine-Gordon equation model effectively captures the behavior of the slinky mode in reversed-field pinch experiments. In addition, this paper demonstrates how the derived model accurately describes the behavior of the localized magnetohydrodynamic mode (slinky mode) that appears in reversed-field pinch toroidal magnetic confinement systems. The modified SG equation model is solved analytically by using the perturbation method. The resulting model is fit to match a variety of experimental results in the MST reversed-field pinch experiment. The efficacy of the newly developed model in effectively representing the slinky mode is verified by comparing obtained analytical solution to experimentally measured data.  相似文献

The MHD mode trajectory in the Madison Symmetric Torus reversed-field pinch has been found to obey the sine-Gordon equation. Corresponding to experiment, a perturbation analysis predicts the locations of mode locking to be at the vacuum chamber poloidal and/or toroidal gaps. The mode's energy dissipates when it locks, as shown by a decaying spiral phase-plane trajectory. Unlocked modes travel around the torus without an abrupt energy loss. By varying key machine parameters obtained by statistical analysis, the probability of locking in accordance with the experimental results can be predicted.  相似文献

The main theorem of this paper states a relation between the first nonzero eigenvalue of the Laplace operator and the squared norm of mean curvature in irreducible compact homogeneous manifolds under spatial conditions. Forced convection heat transfer of non-Newtonian nanofluids in a circular tube with constant wall temperature under turbulent flow conditions was investigated experimentally. Three types of nanofluids were prepared by dispersing homogeneously γ-Al2O3, TiO2 and CuO nanoparticles into the base fluid. An aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) was used as the base fluid. Nanofluids as well as the base fluid show shear-thinning (pseudoplastic) rheological behavior. Results indicate that the convective heat transfer coefficient of nanofluids is higher than that of the base fluid. The enhancement of the convective heat transfer coefficient increases with an increase in the Peclet number and the nanoparticle concentration. The increase in the convective heat transfer coefficient of nanofluids is greater than the increase that would be observed considering strictly the increase in the effective thermal conductivity of nanofluids. Experimental data were compared to heat transfer coefficients predicted using available correlations for purely viscous non-Newtonian fluids. Results show poor agreement between experimental and predicted values. New correlation was proposed to predict successfully Nusselt numbers of non-Newtonian nanofluids as a function of Reynolds and Prandtl numbers.  相似文献
