Influence of Conditions of Zinc Selenide Oxidation with Atmospheric Oxygen on the Composition of Volatile Products

The qualitative and quantitative composition of volatile products of zinc selenide oxidation with atmospheric oxygen was determined. The influence of the process conditions on quantitative composition of the volatile products was studied.     

Magneto-optic and luminescent properties of tellurite glass TeO<Subscript>2</Subscript>-ZnCl<Subscript>2</Subscript> doped with rare-earth elements

Tellurite glasses were synthesized on the basis of the binary system composed of 70 mol % TeO₂ and 30 mol % ZnCl₂ and doped with Nd³⁺, Pr³⁺, Tb³⁺, Er³⁺, Yb³⁺, Ho³⁺. Oxidation of Polycrystalline Zinc Selenide with Atmospheric Oxygen

Oxidation of granulated polycrystalline zinc selenide (grain size 0.2-6.5 mm) with atmospheric oxygen at 430-700°C was studied. The optimal conditions for the oxidation were found. An installation for the oxidation of kilogram amounts of zinc selenide was designed and fabricated.
