Synthesis and characterization of some rhodium(III) cyclometallated complexes of 2-substituted benzylideneamino thiazoles

Summary Schiffs bases derived from 2-aminothiazole and substituted benzaldehydes were reacted with [RhCl(PPh₃)₃] or [Rh(-Cl)(COD)]₂ (COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) in the presence of four equivalents of PPh₃ to give Rh^III cyclometallated complexes of the type [RhHCl{(X-benzylidene) thiazole}(PPh₃)₂], in which the imine C-H added oxidatively to the metal. The complexes were characterized using i.r., u.v. and n.m.r. spectroscopy. The disposition of the hydride ligand was inferred as trans to a N-donor ligand.     

Microwave versus ultrasound assisted synthesis of some new heterocycles based on pyrazolone moiety

Different pyrazolone derivatives were prepared by microwave irradiation and ultrasound assisted methods besides the traditional ones. They were used for synthesis of some derivatives of spiropiperidine-4,4′-pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole, dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole, pyrazole-4-carbothioamide, 4-(2-oxo-1,2-diphenylethylidene)-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one, azopyrazole, arylmethylenebis-1H-pyrazol-5-ol and araylidene-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one via reactions with different reagents applying the ultrasound method in some cases.     

A route to dicyanomethylene pyridines and substituted benzonitriles utilizing malononitrile dimer as a precursor

The conditions of the reaction of malononitrile dimer with enaminones and arylidenemalononitrile could be adapted to yield either pyridines or benzene derivatives. A new synthesis of pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines from the reaction of malononitrile dimer 1 and 2-phenyl-3-piperidin-1-yl-acrylonitrile (11) is described. Compound 1 condensed with DMFDMA to yield an enaminonitrile that reacted with hydrazine hydrate to yield N',4,6-triamino-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-5-carboxamidine (17).     

萃取色层分离测定含铀腐蚀液中6种元素的方法研究——ICP-AES

采用萃取色层分离电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定含铀腐蚀液中Cr、Te、Sr、Ru、Rh、Ce 6种元素,腐蚀液试样中铀用HNO3转化为硝酸铀酰后,经过CL-TBP萃淋树脂分离,一次性使基体铀与待测元素分离,测定铀化合物样品中6种元素的质量分数.并对影响测定的各种因素进行了较详细的试验研究,确定了测定的最佳条件.方法平均回收率在84.8%-112.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)优于士10%.     

Synthesis of some thienopyrimidine derivatives

Thioxothienopyrimidinones, alkylthio- and arylalkylthiothienopyrimidinones, thienopyrimidinones, thienopyrimidines a thienopyrimidinedione and a thienotriazolo-pyrimidinone were prepared from 2-amino-3-carboethoxy-4,5-disubstituted thiophenes and 2-amino-3-cyano-4,5-disubstituted thiophenes via reactions with different reagents.     

Intercalation ofn-alkylamines into α-titanium phosphate from aqueous solutions

The intercalation reactions betweenn-alkylamines and -titanium phosphate in aqueous media have been investigated. The compounds with the maximum intercalation have the formula -Ti(HOPO₃)₂ · 2 C _n H _2n+1 NH₂ · H₂O (n=1–10). Defined crystalline phases with lower amine content are described, the general formula being -Ti(HOPO₃)₂ · _m C _n H _2n+1 NH₂ ·pH₂O (m=1.0 1.3, 1.5, 1.7). Whenm=1.0 then-alkylamines form a monomolecular layer. Whenm>1.0 the layer is bimolecular. The inclination angle and the packing density of then-alkylamines in the interlayer space is determined.     

One-pot multicomponent synthesis of some 5,6-dihydro-benzo[h]quinoline derivatives

5,6-Dihydrobenzo[h]quinoline derivatives 4a–f and 5a–c were prepared via condensation of the corresponding arylidenes 2, with 1-tetralone in the presence of ammonium acetate and sodium methoxide, respectively, following thermal, microwave and ultrasound methodologies. The yields of 4a–f were moderate when the latter two methodologies used, but the products were pure. Ultrasound and microwave irradiation methods were also used in the synthesis of 4-aryl-3-cyano-1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-benzo[h]quinoline-2-ones (6a–e) and its analogues 7a,b. The majority of compounds 4–7 were synthesized via one-pot multicomponent reactions of aldehydes, active cyanomethylene compounds, 1-tetralone and ammonium acetate. Attempts to cyclocondensation of the aminocyano derivative 4a,d with acetic anhydride in presence of conc. H₂SO₄ failed; instead the acetylamino derivative 8 was isolated. On the other hand, refluxing of 4d with formamide in DMF led to the formation of dihydrobenzo-pyrimidoquinoline 9 giving good yield. All prepared condensates were structurally elucidated by various spectroscopic methods. Screening of the potential cytotoxicity for compounds 4a–f on five cell lines, namely: colorectal carcinoma (HCT-116), Hepatocellular carcinoma (HEPG2), Human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF7), Cervix adenocarcinoma (HELA) and Glioblastoma (U251), did not show any cytotoxic activity.
