Establishment of a quality system for nuclear analytical laboratories   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Comprehensive Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) Program is stated on the quality policy, organization, methods and records for nuclear analytical laboratories which are necessary for improvement of productivity, to upgrade the performance, credibility and reputation. The proper and complete identification of quality elements for management and technical requirements are being written in Quality Manual as well as analytical and organizational procedures and working instructions according to ISO 17025 standard. Technical ability of gamma, X-ray and a/b laboratories in the Center has been checked by participation in proficiency test, critical technical variables, and quality results. Performance of quality system has been controlled by external audit inspection, progress reports and service to clients. The present study is a framework of the model project of IAEA, coded RER/2/004, which has resulted self-sustainable accreditation from the national body, TURKAK. Designing new inhibitors having less side effects is a need which also could reduce cholesterol levels. To fulfill this aim, we have carried out a molecular docking study toward 3-hydroxy-3-methyl-glutaryl-CoA (HMG-CoA) reductase. A set of designed structural derivatives of statin drugs, eight ligands which are used as HIV-1 integrase inhibitor candidates, a set of terpenoids, and ligands downloaded from Zinc15 database were docked to HMG-CoA reductase enzyme which contains atorvastatin in crystal structure. The analysis of docking studies revealed that statin derivative ligands are more appropriate for inhibition of HMG-CoA reductase. To define the contribution of the molecular properties to the binding of ligands to enzyme structure; the highest occupied molecular orbitals-lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals, hardness, electronegativity, and chemical potential properties of ligands have best score in their sets calculated by quantum mechanical tools.  相似文献

An American option (or, warrant) is the right, but not the obligation, to purchase or sell an underlying equity at any time up to a predetermined expiration date for a predetermined amount. A perpetual American option differs from a plain American option in that it does not expire. In this study, we solve the optimal stopping problem of a perpetual American option (both call and put) in discrete time using linear programming duality. Under the assumption that the underlying stock price follows a discrete time and discrete state Markov process, namely a geometric random walk, we formulate the pricing problem as an infinite dimensional linear programming (LP) problem using the excessive-majorant property of the value function. This formulation allows us to solve complementary slackness conditions in closed-form, revealing an optimal stopping strategy which highlights the set of stock-prices where the option should be exercised. The analysis for the call option reveals that such a critical value exists only in some cases, depending on a combination of state-transition probabilities and the economic discount factor (i.e., the prevailing interest rate) whereas it ceases to be an issue for the put.  相似文献

We demonstrate burst-mode operation of a polarization-maintaining Yb-doped fiber amplifier capable of generating 60 μJ pulses within bursts of 11 pulses with extremely uniform energy distribution facilitated by a novel feedback mechanism shaping the seed of the burst-mode amplifier. The burst energy can be scaled up to 1 mJ, comprising 25 pulses with 40 μJ average individual energy. The amplifier is synchronously pulse pumped to minimize amplified spontaneous emission between the bursts. Pulse propagation is entirely in fiber and fiber-integrated components until the grating compressor, which allows for highly robust operation. The burst repetition rate is set to 1 kHz and spacing between individual pulses is 10 ns. The 40 μJ pulses are externally compressible to a full width at half-maximum of 600 fs. However, due to the substantial pedestal of the compressed pulses, the effective pulse duration is longer, estimated to be 1.2 ps.  相似文献

Two different growth mechanisms are compared for the fabrication of Si/SiO2 nanostructures on crystalline silicon (c-Si) to be used as hetero-emitter in high-efficiency solar cells: (1) The decomposition of substoichiometric amorphous SiOx (a-SiOx) films with 0 < x < 1.3 and (2) the dewetting of thin amorphous silicon (a-Si) layers.The grown layers are investigated with regard to their structural properties, their passivation quality for c-Si wafer substrates and their electrical properties in order to evaluate their suitability as a nanodot hetero-emitter. While by layer decomposition, no passivating nanodots could be formed, the dewetting process allows fabricating nanodot passivation layers at temperatures as low as 600 °C. The series resistance through Ag/[Si-nanodots in SiO2]/c-Si/Al structures for dewetting is similar to nanostructured silicon rich SiOx films. Still, a nanodot hetero-emitter which exhibits both a satisfying passivation of the substrate and induces a high band bending by doping at the same time could not be fabricated yet.  相似文献

In this study, two ligands and their ruthenium complexes are synthesized and their photovoltaic properties for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) of new substances substituted by 4,5-diazafluorenone-9-hydrazone groups is investigated. The structures of the compounds are determined by FTIR, UV-Vis, HNMR, CNMR, and MS spectroscopic techniques. The photovoltaic and electrochemical properties of these compounds are investigated and the applicability in DSSCs as photo sensitizers is studied. Photovoltaic cell efficiencies (PCEs) of the devices are in the range 0.08-1.54% under simulated AM 1.5 solar irradiation of 100 mW/cm2, and the highest open-circuit voltage (Voc) reaches 0.43 V. When the photovoltaic performance of the DSSC devices is compared, it indicates that PCEs assume the following: P1–Ru > > P2–Ru > P1 > P2. The PCE value of 1.54% is obtained with DSSC based on P1–Ru under AM irradiation (100 mW/cm2). DSSC based on the P1–Ru produced efficiency of 1.54% whereas DSSC-based P1 exhibits the device performance with an efficiency of 0.08% under illumination. These results suggest that a larger π-conjugated bridge and a richer electron donor of P1–Ru are beneficial for the photovoltaic performance of DSSC.  相似文献

Two distinct analytical methods have been described for analysis of W in tungsten ores. For the proposed study, thick and thin samples were analyzed by using X-ray fluorescence technique with great accuracy. Standard comparison method is based on the measurement of K line for tungsten. Also, W has been determined in similar ore samples by neutron activation analysis followed by X-ray spectrometry employing a238Pu-Be neutron source. The measured Re K-X rays are emitted in internal conversion of137W produced during thermal neutron activation.  相似文献

Previously the two of the authors defined a notion of dual Calabi-Yau manifolds in a G2 manifold, and described a process to obtain them. Here we apply this process to a compact G2 manifold, constructed by Joyce, and as a result we obtain a pair of Borcea-Voisin Calabi-Yau manifolds, which are known to be mirror duals of each other.  相似文献

Previous reports of the thermal behaviour of antimony trioxide show significant disagreement on the values for the temperatures associated with specific thermal events. In this reappraisal, samples of both polymorphs of Sb2O3 (senarmontite and valentinite) have been analysed using X-ray diffraction and simultaneous differential thermal/thermogravimetric analysis techniques. The senarmontite-valentinite phase transition has been observed to occur as a multi-stage event commencing at temperatures as low as 615±3 °C—evidence of oxidation to Sb2O4 under inert atmosphere may indicate that the depression is related to surface- or bulk-bound water. Valentinite produced by mechanical milling of senarmontite exhibits the reverse phase transition to senarmontite at a lower than normal temperature (445±3 °C). Oxidation temperatures of 531±4 °C for senarmontite and 410±3 °C for mechanically derived valentinite were also recorded.  相似文献

Trace element levels in hair of individuals living in urban areas were determined by energy dispersive XRF. Two groups of subjects were investigated, the first group was assumed to be from a healthy environment, the other one was exposed to a high level of contamination due to working conditions. The results were compared to data reported in the literature. The concentrations of Ca, Fe, Cu, Zn and Pb in the scalp hair were determined and the correlation between hair trace element levels and environmental effects was discussed. The results given by the second group show that environmental exposure effects hair trace element levels which are related to body trace element concentrations.  相似文献
