Synthesis of 3-(2-(phenylsulfonyl) ethynyl)-2H-chromen-2-one is described. Reaction of β-ketosulfones with semicarbazide hydrochloride in ethanol at reflux temperature gave the corresponding semicarbazones, which on oxidative cyclization with selenium dioxide resulted in the formation of the corresponding 1,2,3-selenodiazole derivatives. These on pyrolysis gave the titled compounds.

Novel amino-pyrazolone, amino-isoxazolone and amino-pyrimidinone derivatives were prepared from ethyl 4-phenylsulfonyl-2-(2'-phenylsulfonylethyl)-2-cyanobutyrate (1), ethyl 4-arylsulfonyl-3-aryl-2-cyanobutyrate (7) and ethyl 4-arylmethylsulfonyl-3-aryl-2-cyanobutyrate (8). The lead molecules have been tested for their antimicrobial activity and antioxidant property.  相似文献

A chiral iridium carbene-oxazoline catalyst is reported that is able to directly and efficiently hydrogenate a wide variety of ketones in excellent yields and good enantioselectivity (up to 93 % ee). Moreover, when using racemic α-substituted ketones, excellent diastereoselectivities were obtained (dr 99:1) by dynamic kinetic resolution of the in situ formed enolate. Overall, the herein described hydrogenation occurs under ambient conditions using low hydrogen pressures, providing a direct and atom efficient method towards chiral secondary alcohols.  相似文献

A “zigzag” naphthodithiophene‐based copolymer, poly[4,9‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy)naphtho[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]dithiophene‐2,7‐diyl‐alt‐1,3‐(5‐heptadecan‐9‐yl)‐4H‐thieno[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐4,6‐dione] (P1) is synthesized and its properties are compared to “linear” naphthodithiophene‐based copolymer, poly[4,9‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy)naphtho[2,3‐b:6,7‐d′]dithiophene‐2,7‐diyl‐alt‐1,3‐(5‐heptadecan‐9‐yl)‐4H‐thieno[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐4,6‐dione] (P2). The field‐effect carrier mobilities and the optical, electrochemical, and photovoltaic properties of the copolymers are systematically investigated. The results suggest that the backbone of the copolymer structure significantly influences the band gap, electronic energy levels, carrier mobilities, and photovoltaic properties of the resultant thin films. In this work, the zigzag naphtho[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]dithiophene‐based copolymer displays a good hole mobility and a high open‐circuit voltage; however, polymer solar cells in which the linear naphtho[2,3‐b;6,7‐d′]dithiophene‐based copolymer is used as the electron donor material perform better than the cells prepared using the zigzag naphtho[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]dithiophene‐based copolymer. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. TBAI/TBHP mediated oxidative cross coupling of phenols and carboxylic acids with ketones has been reported under metal-free, base free, solvent free conditions enabling environmentally benign synthesis of aryloxyketones, acyloxy ketones and benzofurans. Phenoxyketones and acyloxylcarbonyl compounds were synthesized in good to high yields, where as benzofurans were synthesized in moderate yields. This method is operationally simple, works under mild conditions, using commercially available as well as inexpensive TBAI and an oxidant TBHP.  相似文献

The direct N-alkynylation of heteroarenes, imidazoles, and pyrazoles with 1,1-dibromo-1-alkene has been carried out for the first time using [Cu(Phen)PPh3Br] (as a catalyst) and Cs2CO3 in DMSO at 80 °C. The products are formed in good to high yields (66-85%) within 3 h. No side products could be detected.  相似文献

A simple, practical, and efficient approach to new series of imidazole containing bisazetidinones ( 7a , 7b , 7c , 7d , 7e , 7f , 7g , 7h , 7i , 7j and 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d , 9e , 9f , 9g , 9h , 9i , 9j ) was prepared by Staudinger [2 + 2] cycloaddition reaction, and bisthiazolidinones ( 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j and 10a , 10b , 10c , 10d , 10e , 10f , 10g , 10h , 10i , 10j ) were obtained by cyclization of bisimines with thioglycolic acid. The bisimines ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j and 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j ) were synthesized by the condensation of 3‐(1‐(3‐aminobenzyl)‐4, 5‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl) aniline ( 3 , 4 ) with a series of different substituted aromatic aldehydes. All the newly synthesized target compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial activity against two Gram‐positive bacteria and two Gram‐negative bacteria. Additionally, these synthesized compounds were tested for their antifungal activities. Few compounds showed very good antibacterial and antifungal activity.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive high‐performance liquid chromatographic method was developed and validated for simultaneous estimation of pioglitazone and felodipine in pig serum. The present method consists of protein precipitation, extraction of analytes from pig serum into dichloromethane and separation using reversed‐phase C18 column. Nitrendipine was used as an internal standard and the eluent was monitored by UV detector at 240 nm. The mobile phase used was acetonitrile and 50 mm ammonium acetate buffer at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The retention times for pioglitazone, felodipine and nitrendipine were found to be 5.12, 10.53 and 7.14 min, respectively. The intraday and inter‐day coefficient of variation and percent error values of assay method were less than 7% and mean recovery was more than 94% for each analyte, and the method was found to be precise, accurate and specific during study. The method was successfully applied for pharmacokinetic study of pioglitazone and felodipine from bioadhesive buccal tablet after buccal administration to pigs. The CMax, TMax, and AUC0–24 of pioglitazone and felodipine from buccal tablet were found to be 394.6 ng/mL, 5.6 h, 2624.2 ng h/mL and 44.4 ng/mL, 5.5 h, 275.8 ng h/mL, respectively. In the present work, we reported a combined experimental and theoretical study on molecular structure, vibrational spectra and NBO analysis of 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan (NBD-Chloride). The FT-IR (400-4000 cm(-1)) and FT-Raman spectra (50-4000 cm(-1)) of NBD-Chloride were recorded. The molecular geometry, harmonic vibrational frequencies and bonding features of NBD-Chloride in the ground-state have been calculated by using the density functional B3LYP method with 6-311++G (d, p) as higher basis set. The energy and oscillator strength calculated by time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) result in DMSO and CDCl3 solvents complements with each other. The calculated HOMO and LUMO energies show that charge transfer occurs within the molecule. Finally the calculation results were applied to simulate infrared and Raman spectra of the title compound which show good agreement with observed spectra.  相似文献
