Capillary column gas chromatography-ammonia chemical ionization mass spectrometry was found to be an excellent technique for the trace detection and identification of underivatized trichothecene mycotoxins. Abundant (M + H)+ and/or (M + NH4)+ pseudo-molecular ions were observed for T-2 toxin, HT-2 toxin, T-2 triol, diacetoxyscirpenol, deoxynivalenol and verrucarol under the conditions developed. This method was successfully applied to the analysis of human blood samples spiked with mycotoxins in the 0-500 ng/g range during a recent interlaboratory exercise. T-2 toxin and diacetoxyscirpenol were detected in these samples in the 2-180 ng/g range. Detection limits of 0.7 and 3.6 ng/g for T-2 toxin and diacetoxyscirpenol, respectively, were possible owing to the specificity of the method. 相似文献

Recently, esters have received much attention as transmetalation partners for cross‐coupling reactions. Herein, we report a systematic study of the reactivity of a series of esters and thioesters with [{(dtbpe)Ni}2(μ‐η2:η2‐C6H6)] (dtbpe=1,2‐bis(di‐tert‐butyl)phosphinoethane), which is a source of (dtbpe)nickel(0). Trifluoromethylthioesters were found to form η2‐carbonyl complexes. In contrast, acetylthioesters underwent rapid Cacyl?S bond cleavage followed by decarbonylation to generate methylnickel complexes. This decarbonylation could be pushed backwards by the addition of CO, allowing for regeneration of the thioester. Most of the thioester complexes were found to undergo stoichiometric cross‐coupling with phenylboronic acid to yield sulfides. While ethyl trifluoroacetate was also found to form an η2‐carbonyl complex, phenyl esters were found to predominantly undergo Caryl?O bond cleavage to yield arylnickel complexes. These could also undergo transmetalation to yield biaryls. Attempts to render the reactions catalytic were hindered by ligand scrambling to yield nickel bis(acetate) complexes, the formation of which was supported by independent syntheses. Finally, 2‐naphthyl acetate was also found to undergo clean Caryl?O bond cleavage, and although stoichiometric cross‐coupling with phenylboronic acid proceeded with good yield, catalytic turnover has so far proven elusive. 相似文献

In learning and memory tasks, requiring visual spatial memory (VSM), males exhibit superior performance to females (a difference attributed to the hormonal influence of estrogen). This study examined the influence of phytoestrogens (estrogen-like plant compounds) on VSM, utilizing radial arm-maze methods to examine varying aspects of memory. Herein, we establish the preparation, characterization, and reactivity of a new diphosphine ligand, 1,2-bis(di(3-dicyclohexylboraneyl)propylphosphino)ethane (P2BCy4), a scaffold that contains four pendant boranes. An entryway into the coordination chemistry of P2BCy4 is established by using nickel, providing the octaboraneyl complex [Ni(P2BCy4)2]—this species contains a boron-rich secondary coordination sphere that reacts readily with Lewis bases. In the case of 4,4′-bipyridine, an air-sensitive coordination polymer is obtained. Characterization of this material by solid-state NMR and EPR spectroscopy reveals the presence of a charge-transfer polymer, which forms as a function of intramolecular Ni→4,4′-bpy electron transfer (ET), providing an array of oxidized nickel sites and reduced 4,4′-bpy radical anion sites. Notably, the related intermolecular reaction between the model fragments [Ni(dnppe)2] (dnppe=1,2-bis(di-n-propylphosphino)ethane) and a bis(boraneyl)-protected 4,4′-bpy, provides no ET. Overall, the P2BCy4 fragment provides a unique opportunity for Lewis base activation, in one case allowing for the facile construction of monomers for incorporation into redox-active macromolecules. 相似文献

In this paper Jeffery–Hamel flow has been studied and its nonlinear ordinary differential equation has been solved through homotopy analysis method (HAM). The obtained solution in comparison with the numerical ones represents a remarkable accuracy. A suite of 12 widely used pharmaceuticals (ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen, bezafibrate, gemfibrozil, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, carbamazepine, primidone, sulphamethazine, sulphadimethoxine and sulphamethoxazole) commonly found in environmental waters were separated by highly sulphated CD-modified MEKC (CD-MEKC) with UV detection. An experimental design method, face-centred composite design, was employed to minimize run time without sacrificing resolution. Using an optimized BGE composed of 10 mM ammonium hydrogen phosphate, pH 11.5, 69 mM SDS, 6 mg/mL sulphated beta-CD and 8.5% v/v isopropanol, a separation voltage of 30 kV and a 48.5 cm x 50 microm id bare silica capillary at 30 degrees C allowed baseline separation of the 12 analytes in a total analysis time of 6.7 min. Instrument LODs in the low milligram per litre range were obtained, and when combined with offline preconcentration by SPE, LODs were between 4 and 30 microg/L. 相似文献

Opioids such as morphine are the cornerstone of pain treatment. The challenge of measuring the concentrations of morphine
and its active metabolites in order to assess human pharmacokinetics and monitor therapeutic drugs in children requires assays
with high sensitivity in small blood volumes. We developed and validated a semi-automated LC-MS/MS assay for the simultaneous
quantification of morphine and its active metabolites morphine 3β-glucuronide (M3G) and morphine 6β-glucuronide (M6G) in human
plasma and in dried blood spots (DBS). Reconstitution in water (DBS only) and addition of a protein precipitation solution
containing the internal standards were the only manual steps. Morphine and its metabolites were separated on a Kinetex 2.6-μm
PFP analytical column using an acetonitrile/0.1% formic acid gradient. The analytes were detected in the positive multiple
reaction mode. In plasma, the assay had the following performance characteristics: range of reliable response of 0.25–1000 ng/mL
(r
2 > 0.99) for morphine, 1–1,000 ng/mL (r
2 > 0.99) for M3G, and 2.5–1,000 ng/mL for M6G. In DBS, the assay had a range of reliable response of 1–1,000 ng/mL (r
2 > 0.99) for morphine and M3G, and of 2.5–1,000 ng/mL for M6G. For inter-day accuracy and precision for morphine, M3G and
M6G were within 15% of the nominal values in both plasma and DBS. There was no carryover, ion suppression, or matrix interferences.
The assay fulfilled all predefined acceptance criteria, and its sensitivity using DBS samples was adequate for the measurement
of pediatric pharmacokinetic samples using a small blood of only 20–50 μL. 相似文献
