The present study aimed to apply fragility index (m) of polymers in the determination of the optimal amount of plasticizer in polymer films. The fragility index of different Eudragit polymers (RS, RL, EPO) was assessed by differential scanning calorimerty (DSC), applying the Arrhenius connection (logq–1/T g). The fragility of Eudragit EPO films proved to be the highest, while in the case of RS and RL, the increase of the alkyl-chain length caused the increase of fragility. Studying the effect of plasticizer (triethyl citrate, TEC) on the m value of Eudragit RL and RS films, a near linear reduction of the fragility index could be observed between 5–30% TEC concentration, but above 30%, this value leveled out to constant.  相似文献

Iron N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes have received a great deal of attention recently because of their growing potential as light sensitizers or photocatalysts. We present a sub‐ps X‐ray spectroscopy study of an FeIINHC complex that identifies and quantifies the states involved in the deactivation cascade after light absorption. Excited molecules relax back to the ground state along two pathways: After population of a hot 3MLCT state, from the initially excited 1MLCT state, 30 % of the molecules undergo ultrafast (150 fs) relaxation to the 3MC state, in competition with vibrational relaxation and cooling to the relaxed 3MLCT state. The relaxed 3MLCT state then decays much more slowly (7.6 ps) to the 3MC state. The 3MC state is rapidly (2.2 ps) deactivated to the ground state. The 5MC state is not involved in the deactivation pathway. The ultrafast partial deactivation of the 3MLCT state constitutes a loss channel from the point of view of photochemical efficiency and highlights the necessity to screen transition‐metal complexes for similar ultrafast decays to optimize photochemical performance.  相似文献

Tolperisone HCl is a central muscle relaxant, which was incorporated in a matrix system formulated with poly(ethylene oxide)–PEO, in order to achieve adequate gastric residence time. This tablet presents considerable analytical difficulties in the quantitative determination of the drug, because the PEO matrix causes significant increase of viscosity in the samples. Our purpose was to develop a reproducible sample preparation method, which is adapted from parameters of the in vitro dissolution test and validate an LC-UV analytical method, which allows good recovery of the drug (99.97%). The developed analytical method was suitable for quantitative analysis of tolperisone HCl in matrix tablets.  相似文献

N-aminopyridyl ketone salts were reacted with formamide to yield heteroaromatic pyrido[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazinium salts. Upon storage of these products in the presence of water, formation of covalent hydrates have been observed. Reaction of the same starting compound with urethane yielded 3-chloropyrido[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazinium salt which readily reacted with secondary amines to afford 3-amino derivatives. An analogous ring closure reaction of 2-formylaminomethyl- and formaminobenzylpyridine allowed the synthesis of the partially reduced 3,4-dihydropyrido[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazinium compounds. The cyclization procedure was also applied for the synthesis of the related pyrimido[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazinium salt.  相似文献

The optically active dibenzoyltartaric acid, tartaric acid, and its sodium salts were successfully applied to the optical resolution of (1R,2S)(1S,2R)-2-(methylamino)-1-phenylpropan-1-ol (EPH) and (1R,2R)(1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)propane-1,3-diol (AD) as resolving agents. It was observed that both compounds’ resolution using a mixture of salts of quasi-racemic resolving agents showed a change in chiral recognition under the same conditions compared to the result of the use of the single enantiomeric resolving agent. The changes are followed by detailed analytical (XRD, FTIR, and DSC) studies. Meanwhile, the DASH indexing software package was also tested on powder XRD patterns of pure initial materials and intermediate salt samples of high diastereomeric excess.  相似文献

The goal of this work was to present two high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method that could be applied for the determination of the total radioactive purity of 2-deoxy-2-[18F]fluoro-D-glucose ([18F]FDG) and O-(2-[18F]fluoroethyl)-L-tyrosine ([18F]FET). The separation of [18F]fluoride ions, [18F]FET and [18F]FET intermediate was accomplished on LiChrosper RP-18, 250?×?4 mm, 5 µm (Merck) analytical column. For mobile phase 10 mM potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer at pH7 (A) and acetonitrile (B) was used: 0–2 min: 15% B; 2–12 min: 85% B; 12–15 min: 15% B, respectively. Analysis of [18F]FDG was performed using LiChrosper 100 NH2, 250?×?4.5 mm, 5 µm (Merck) analytical column. The initial mobile phase composition was 10 mM KH2PO4 buffer (pH7) and acetonitrile (15:85, v/v) and the acetonitrile ratio was decreased to 15% at 2 min after the sample injection and held for 5 min. Complete elution of [18F]fluoride ions from stationary phases could be achieved by adding 10 mg/mL K[19F]F to radioactive samples in a ratio 1:1 during the sample preparation. Recovery of [18F]fluoride ions ranged from 99.5 to 100.6%. The validation of the developed methods showed good results for linearity (r2?=?0.9981–0.9996), specificity (RS?=?3.7–10.2), repeatability (%Area RSD%?=?1.2–4.3%) and limit of quantitation (LOQ?=?1.6–4.5 kBq). During the cross-validation similar radiochemical purity values were obtained by the novel HPLC methods and thin layer chromatography performed according to the recommendations of the Ph. Eur. monographs.
