Basic ideas and results which characterize quantum diffusion of defects in quantum crystals like solid helium as a new phenomenon
are presented. Quantum effects in such media lead to a delocalization of point defects (vacancies, impurities etc.) and they
turn into quasiparticles of a new type—defectons, which are characterized not by their position in the crystal lattice but
by their quasimomentum and dispersion law. Defecton-defecton and defecton-phonon scattering are considered and an interpolation
formula for the diffusion coefficient valid in all interesting temperature and concentration regions is presented. A comparison
with the experimental data is made. Some alternative points of view are discussed in detail and the inconsistency of the Kisvarsanyi-Sullivan

The model of a spatially restricted liquid-crystal system with microscopic impurities homogeneously distributed in the system is considered. The thermodynamic correlations of the director-orientation fluctuations and the correlations of the scalar order parameter characterizing impurities in the system are investigated for this system. It is shown that the impurity correlations are weaker than in a pure isotropic liquid. The correlations in the director deviations depend essentially on the wavevector and can be substantially weakened in the presence of impurities. 相似文献

Mn-, LaMn- and LaCaMn-citrates were synthesized at 60–120°C in ethylene glycol medium using chlorides or nitrates as metal
sources. Their composition, IR spectra and thermal decomposition were studied. Equimolar La/Mn ratio has been established
in the complex, prepared from chloride solution with the same initial composition of the metals. In the isolated three-metallic
complex the molar ratio of the metals deviates from the composition in the initial solution. The final products of the heating
of Mn- and mixed-metal LaMn-citrates at 1000°C are phase-homogeneous Mn3O4 (hausmannite) and LaMnO3 respectively. Parasitic phase(s) are observed in LaxCa1−xMnyO3, produced from LaCaMn-citrate. 相似文献

A Preparative Method for Crosslinking Proteins to DNA in Nuclei by Single-pulse UV Laser Irradiation
Abstract— Photocrosslinking of proteins to DNA by single-pulse UV laser has been used only in analytical experiments, carried out with reconstituted complexes of a single DNA binding protein and a labeled target sequence. Here we propose a large-scale technique for irradiation of nuclei, generating preparative quantities of covalently linked protein-DNA complexes for further analysis of the partner molecules. The use of a flow cuvette allows a milligram of DNA in either nuclei or chromatin to be irradiated by a single pulse within few minutes. The efficiency of crosslinking varies from 6 to 12% of the total nuclear proteins. The presence of histones and other chromosomal proteins in the crosslinked protein-DNA complexes was demonstrated by using specific antibodies. Zusammenfassung Die Komplexbildung des p-Methylbenzamidoxims (pMB) mit Ni2+ wurde in neutraler und alkalischer Lösung spektrophotometrisch untersucht. In neutraler Lösung wird ein grüner Komplex 11 gebildet, dessen Bildungskonstante 1=1,12 ist. In alkalischer Lösung werden zwei Komplexe (11 und 12) gebildet mit Bildungskonstanten 1=4·105 und 2=0,2.

Nickel complexes with p-methyl benzamide oxime
The complex formation of p-methyl benzamidoxime with Ni2+ was studied spectrophotometrically in neutral and in alkaline solution. A green complex 11 is formed in neutral solution. Its formation constant is 1=1.12. In alkaline solution two complexes (11 and 12) are formed. Their formation constants are 1=4·105 and 2=0,2 resp.
