The features of processes of ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene manufacture of waste technological polytetrafluoroethylene by hydrothermal method and thermal degradation with an exhaustive fluorination in the presence of cobalt trifluoride were studied. Compositions and properties of gaseous and solid products of pyrolysis and recycling in ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene manufacture were determined. Methods of use of ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene, gaseous products, and spent catalyst were developed. On the basis of the experiments a closed scheme of producing ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene was proposed in view of its application with recycling of accompanying gas fraction, and separating manufacture waste with recycling of cobalt trifluoride catalyst and using the resulting cobalt difluoride for producing composite coatings and lubricants. 相似文献

In this paper, we develop an approach to solving integer programming problems with interval data based on using the possibilities of varying the relaxation set of the problem. This is illustrated by means of an L-class enumeration algorithm for solving a dicrete production planning problem. We describe the algorithm and a number of its modifications and present results of a computational experiment for families of problems from the OR Library and with randomly generated initial data. This approach is also applied to obtain approximate solutions of the mentioned problem in its conventional setting. 相似文献

Nickel-fluoroplastic cathodic and aluminum oxide-fluoroplastic anodic composite coatings were prepared. In this paper we define the notion of the stability with respect to the objective function for a wide class of integer linear programming algorithms. We study the stability of some of them under small variations of coefficients in the objective function. We prove the existence of both stable and unstable versions of the L-class enumeration algorithms. We show that some branch and bound algorithms, as well as some decomposition algorithms with Benders cuts, are unstable. We propose a modification of the considered decomposition algorithms that makes the latter stable with respect to the objective function. 相似文献

Composite electrochemical coatings based on nickel, zinc, and chromium were studied. The dispersed phase of these coatings is constituted by graphite, diamond, and polytetrafluoroethylene produced from wastes formed in manufacture of fluoroplastic and ultradispersed diamond produced from industrial waste. The conditions in which high-quality coatings with best characteristics, such as microhardness and corrosion resistance, were determined. The wear resistance was additionally found for the chromium-diamond coating. 相似文献

New -amino phosphonates containing different alkyl and aryl substituents at the -carbon atom were synthesized in high yields by the Kabachnik—Fields and Pudovik reactions. These compounds were studied as carriers of several -hydroxy carboxylic and dicarboxylic acids through liquid impregnated membranes. These -amino phosphonates studied are capable of molecular recognition of oxalic acid among structurally similar -hydroxy carboxylic and dicarboxylic acids. The efficiency and selectivity of mass transfer of oxalic acid increase with an increase in the lipophilicity of the -amino phosphonate. 相似文献
