The only relevant source for human exposure to dinitropyrenes is diesel engine emissions. Due to this specificity, dinitropyrenes may be used as biomarkers for monitoring human exposure to diesel engine emissions. Only few analytical methods have been described for the quantitation of dinitropyrenes and their metabolites, aminonitropyrenes, and diaminopyrenes. Therefore, for dinitropyrenes, aminonitropyrenes, and diaminopyrenes were selected as model compounds for the development of a sensitive HPLC-MS/MS method (high performance liquid chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry) was to quantify polyaromatic amines and nitroarenes in biological matrices was developed optimal methods by comparing electrospray ionization (ESI), atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI), and atmospheric pressure photoionization (APPI) sources. Dinitropyrene was not effectively ionized and diaminopyrene yielded mainly [M(.)](+) ions by electrospray ionization. With APCI and APPI, precursor ions of diaminopyrene and aminonitropyrene were [M + H](+) and [M(.)](-) for dinitropyrene. Precursor ions with [M - 30(.)](-) for dinitropyrene and [M - 30 + H](+) for aminonitropyrene were observed. Reversed and normal phase HPLC-MS/MS with ESI, APCI and APPI were optimized separately with respect to unequivocal analyte identification and sensitivity. Normal phase HPLC coupled to APPI-MS/MS gave the highest precision and sensitivity for aminonitropyrene (6%/0.2 pg on column) and dinitropyrene (9%/0.5 pg on column). The limit of detection in spiked rat plasma was 5 pg/100 microL for aminonitropyrene (accuracy 82%) and 10 pg/100 microL for dinitropyrene (accuracy 105%). In plasma of rats treated with dinitropyrene by oral administration, no detectable levels of dinitropyrene but higher aminonitropyrene levels compared with intratracheal instillation were observed. These findings clearly demonstrate that dinitropyrene was absorbed after oral and intratracheal application and that a reduction of nitro groups occurs to a high extent in the reductive environment of the intestine. To our knowledge, this is the first time that aminonitropyrene was observed in plasma after intratracheal or oral administration directly demonstrating the reductive metabolism of dinitropyrene in vivo.  相似文献

The structure of the lithium complex with1,3,5-tris[oxymethylene(N,N-dicyclohexyl)carboxyamido]cyclohexanehas been determined by the X-ray method.The compound is triclinic, space group P¯1,a = 15.623(3), b = 19.279(4),c = 19.295(4)Å = 102.32(3), = 92.45(3), = 105.67(3)0, V = 5436(2)Å3, Z = 4. Itscomposition is represented by the formulaC48H82N3O6LiI 0.5H2O. The lithium cationis encapsulated in a polar pseudo-cavity of six oxygen atoms of the ligandmolecule and displays a distorted trigonal prism coordination. Power conversion efficiency (PCE) of phenylenevinylene‐based copolymer with BF2 azopyrrole complex (PB)/modified PC70BM, that is, CN‐PC70BM bulk heterojunction solar cells improves from 2.16 to 4.90% using a processing additive and drying condition. The results demonstrate that a processing additive and drying condition provides an effective means to control both the surface roughness and finer interpenetrating networks to enhance the exciton dissociation into free charge carriers, charge transportation, and collection. Taking into the account of simple device fabrication process without thermal annealing, the PCE of the polymer solar cell can further improved by chloronapthalene (CN) additive under the fast drying condition. The average carrier lifetimes extracted from the impedance spectra and found to correlate with measured PCEs. At short circuit conditions and illumination, the average charge carrier lifetime was found vary from 16.8 to 32 μs with power conversion efficiencies ranging from 3.0 to 4.9%. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A determination of sin2 θ w based on measurements of elastic scattering of muon-neutrinos and muon-anti-neutrinos on atomic electrons is described. These purely leptonic processes were studied using the CHARM calorimeter exposed to neutrino and antineutrino wide-band beams at the CERN super proton synchrotron. A total of 83±16 neutrino-electron and 112±21 antineutrino-electron events have been detected. From the measurement of the ratio of muon-neutrino and muon-antineutrino cross-sections a value of sin2 θ w =0.211±0.037 was obtained.  相似文献

It is well known that apparently similar discretization schemes of Maxwell's equations in Fourier series may provide very different convergence performances because of truncation. We argue that this work performed in grating theory can be applied to other electromagnetic theories relying on expansions over series different from Fourier series. This generalization is supported by an intuitive argument and by a simple numerical example with Hermite–Gauss functions.  相似文献

The optimal concentration of a blue dye solution with 'tracer' properties, enabling a pollutant to be marked was determined by the use of numerical, theoretical and experimental approaches. Experimental investigations were performed on a transparent Hele–Shaw cell and the concentration distribution was analyzed using an optical technique based on dye light absorption properties. The injected optimal concentration was established thanks to a theoretical and experimental study carried out on the output signal dynamics. Using the same experimental conditions, numerical simulations were performed. The very good agreement between the data (experimental and numerical) clarified that: (i) the choice of the blue dye optimal concentration was valid and (ii) the concentration-dependent density should not be neglected in flow and transport equations even if it concerns a so-called 'tracer'. Following this remark, a theoretical aspect was developed in order to determine the analogous conditions between a Hele–Shaw cell and a porous medium for the variable density transport phenomenon. The structure of the concentration-dependent dispersion tensor used in the numerical code was obtained by homogenizing the Stokes flow of a bi-component mixture. The numerical results show that, as long as the tracer density does not exceed a certain value, it is not necessary to take into account a density contrast in terms of the dispersion tensor. The classical form of the Taylor dispersion tensor can be used successfully.  相似文献

We give a stability and error analysis of linearly implicitone-step methods for time discretization of non-linear parabolicequations. We derive precise error bounds for Rosenbrock andW-methods, and we explain the error reduction by Richardsonextrapolation of the linearly implicit Euler method which occursin spite of the breakdown of asymptotic expansions. The parabolicequations are studied in a Hilbert space framework that includessemilinear and quasilinear parabolic equations, and also stiffreaction-diffusion equations with reactions at different timescales.  相似文献

A sensitive and specific liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method based on the combination of constant neutral loss scans (CNL) with product ion scans was developed on a linear ion trap. The method is applicable for the detection and identification of analytes with identical chemical substructures (such as conjugates of xenobiotics formed in biological systems) which give common CNLs. A specific CNL was observed for thioethers of N-acetyl-L-cysteine (mercapturic acids, MA) by LC-MS/MS. MS and HPLC parameters were optimized with 16 MAs available as reference compounds. All of these provided a CNL of 129 Da in the negative-ion mode. To assess sensitivity, a multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode with 251 theoretical transitions using the CNL of 129 Da combined with a product ion scan (IDA thMRM) was compared with CNL combined with a product ion scan (IDA CNL). An information-dependent acquisition (IDA) uses a survey scan such as MRM (multiple reaction monitoring) to generate "informations" and starting a second acquisition experiment such as a product ion scan using these "informations." Th-MRM means calculated transitions and not transitions generated from an available standard in the tuning mode. The product ion spectra provide additional information on the chemical structure of the unknown analytes. All MA standards were spiked in low concentrations to rat urines and were detected with both methods with LODs ranging from 60 pmol/mL to 1.63 nmol/mL with IDA thMRM. The expected product ion spectra were observed in urine. Application of this screening method to biological samples indicated the presence of a number of MAs in urine of unexposed rats, and resulted in the identification of 1,4-dihydroxynonene mercapturic acid as one of these MAs by negative and positive product ion spectra. These results show that the developed methods have a high potential to serve as both a prescreen to detect unknown MAs and to identify these analytes in complex matrix.  相似文献
