The leaves of Colchis ivy (family Araliaceae) have yielded polar glycosides — hederacolchisides E and F — and their structures have been established. It has been shown on the basis of the results of methylation and of acid and alkaline hydrolysis that these glycosides are hexaosides of oleanolic acid and of hederagenin.  相似文献

Five triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the stems of Hedera colchica K. Koch, Araliaceae. Two of them are new natural substances. HCSt-A (1): 3-O--D-arabinopyranoside; 28-O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 4)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-arjunolic acid. HCSt-B (2): 3-O--D-xylopyranoside; 28-O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-hederagenin. The derivative of arjunolic acid is described for the first time in Araliaceae family. Five individual triterpene glycosides — A, B, D, E, and F — which are hederagen-in mono- and biosides, have been isolated from the roots ofCaltha polypetala (Great Marsh Marigold), familyRanunculaceae. Glycosides E and F proved to be new compounds for which, on the basis of the results of acid and alkaline hydrolyses, methylation, methanolysis, and physicochemical methods of investigation, the following structures are proposed: E — hederagenin 3-0-D-glucopyranoside, 28-O-L-rhamnopyranoside; and F — heteragenin 28-O-[O-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 6)-D-glucopyranoside].I. Fifteen triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the berries of Hedera colchica and their structures established on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. Among them, two are new compounds: coichiside A (3) and colchiside B (15) and four are described for the first time in the berries of Hedera colchica (compounds 1, 8, 9 and 11).  相似文献
