PLLA microspheres were aminolyzed in hexanediamine/propanol solution to introduce free amino groups on their surface, which were further transferred into aldehyde groups by a treatment of glutaraldehyde. Chitosan‐graft‐lactose was then covalently coupled via Schiff base formation. Morphological variation and chitosan‐graft‐lactose immobilization were characterized. In vitro culture of rabbit auricular chondrocytes demonstrated that the PLLA microcarriers could effectively support the cell attachment and particularly induce cell aggregation on their surface. The formed cell aggregates/microcarriers composite showed higher viability and extracellular matrix production. Thus, the PLLA microcarriers can be potentially used as an injectable delivery system for cartilage repair.

由纳米α-Fe2O3的前驱体,经一定的SO^2-4离子的浸泡制得SO^2-4/Fe2O3纳米固体超强酸。分别测定了在不同的温度下、不同SO^2-4含量和不同焙烧时间三种状态下的红外吸收光谱(IR),就其对乙酸乙酯的合成催化作用进行了初步的讨论。结果表明,纳米固体超强酸SO^2-4/Fe2O3劈裂多重的特征谱图有别于对应的普通粒子固体超强酸,谱带劈裂与宽大现象与酯产率成正比关系。  相似文献

酸性介质中,NO2与过量4-羟基香豆素迅速反应,其产物经Na2S2O3还原后在碱性介质中能发较强的荧光,在适量β-CD存在下,由于β-CD的包络作用PO 光大大增强,λex/λem=332/457nm,亚硝酸盐(NaNO2计)在1~1200mL范围内与荧光强度呈良好线性关系,检出限40pg/mL,据此建立的亚硝酸盐荧光测定法灵敏度高,选择性好,数据稳定且操作简便,用于饮用水和肉制品中亚硝酸盐测定。  相似文献

The curing reaction and kinetics of o‐cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin (o‐CFER) with polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane of N‐aminoethyl‐γ‐amino propyl group (AEAP‐POSS) were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The thermal, mechanical, and dielectric properties of o‐CFER/AEAP‐POSS nanocomposites were investigated with thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), torsional braid analysis (TBA), tensile tester, impact tester, and electric analyzer, respectively. The results show that the activation energy (E) of curing reaction is 58.08 kJ/mol, and the curing reaction well followed the ?esták‐Berggren (S‐B) autocatalytic model. The glass transition temperature (Tg) increases with the increase in AEAP‐POSS content, and reaches the maximum, 107°C, when the molar ratio (Ns) of amino group to epoxy group is 0.5. The nanocomposites containing a higher percentage of AEAP‐POSS exhibited a higher thermostability. The AEAP‐POSS can effectively increase the mechanical properties of epoxy resin, and the tensile and impact strengths are 2.84 MPa and 143.25 kJ m?2, respectively, when Ns is 0.5. The dielectric constant (ε), dielectric loss factor (tan δ), volume resistivity (ρv), and surface resistivity (ρs) are 4.98, 3.11 × 10?4, 3.17 × 1012 Ω cm3, and 1.41 × 1012 Ω cm2, respectively, similarly at Ns 0.5. A new polyanionic cathode material, Li3V2(PO4)3·LiMn0.33Fe0.67PO4/C for lithium-ion batteries, was synthesized using a sol-gel method and with N,N-dimethyl formamide as a dispersion agent. The analysis of electron transmission spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction revealed that the composite contained two phases. The material has high crystallinity with a grain size of 20–50 nm. The valence states of Mn, V, and Fe in the composite were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The electrochemical kinetics in Li3V2(PO4)3 is effectively enhanced by the incorporation of LiMnPO4 and LiFePO4, via structure modification and reduced Li diffusion length. The Li3V2(PO4)3·LiMn0.33Fe0.67PO4/C materials displayed high rate capacity and steady cycle performance with discharge capacity remained 148 mAh g?1 after 50 cycles at the rate of 0.2C. In particular, the composite exhibited excellent reversible capacities, with the values of 157, 134, 120, 102, and 94 mAh g?1 at charge/discharge 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, and 5C rates, respectively.  相似文献

比较了两种版本QuEChERS方法(即发表于2003年未加缓冲盐的原创QuEChERS方法及加乙酸盐缓冲液的AOAC 2007.01方法)提取蔬菜中66种有机磷农药(OPPS)的有效性;考察了乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)及C18吸附剂对66种OPPS的吸附作用;以提取后添加法评估了青花菜、番茄、枝豆、萝卜、大葱基质中各目标物液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)分析的基质效应。结果表明,加入乙酸盐缓冲液的QuEChERS方法对一些OPPS有较高及较稳定的回收率;PSA及C18吸附剂可吸附二溴磷,QuEChERS样品前处理方法不适于二溴磷分析;5种样品基质中青花菜的基质效应最大。据此采用AOAC 2007.01方法并优化LC-MS/MS分析参数,一次进样监测132对离子对(每个化合物2对离子对)分析蔬菜中66种OPPS残留量,除二溴磷外,65种OPPS在5种基质(青花菜、番茄、枝豆、萝卜、大葱)、3个添加水平(10、40、80 μg/kg)的回收率为55%~122%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~18%,定量限(以信噪比(S/N)≥10计)为0.1~8 μg/kg。以上结果说明该法有效、耐用、灵敏,符合法规残留限量监测要求。  相似文献
