Experimentally measured neutron activation cross sections are presented for the 65Cu(n,0)62mCu,41 K(n,a)38Cl,and 65Cu(n.2n)64Cu reactions with detailed uncertainty propagation.The neutron cross secions were measured at an incident energy of 14.92±0.02 MeV,and the neutrons were based on the(d,n)a fusion reaction.The 27 Al(n,a)24Na reaction was used as a reference reaction for the normalization of the neutron flux.The pre-calib-rated lead-shielded HPGe detector was used to detect the residues'γ-ray spetra.The data from the measured cross sections are compared to the previously measured cross sections from the EXFOR database,theoretically calculated cross sections using the TALYS and EMPIRE codes,and evaluated nuclear data.  相似文献

We study a frustrated spin-S staggered-dimer Heisenberg model on square lattice by using the bond-operator representation for quantum spins, and investigate the emergence of classical magnetic order from the quantum mechanical (staggered-dimer singlet) ground state for increasing S. Using triplon analysis, we find the critical couplings for this quantum phase transition to scale as 1 /S(S + 1). We extend the triplon analysis to include the effect of quintet dimer-states, which proves to be essential for establishing the classical order (Néel or collinear in the present study) for large S, both in the purely Heisenberg case and also in the model with single-ion anisotropy.  相似文献

The effects of breakup reactions on elastic and α-production channels for the ~6Li+~(116)Sn system have been investigated at energies below and near the Coulomb barrier. The angular distributions of α-particle production differential cross sections have been obtained at several projectile energies between 22 and 40 MeV. The measured breakup α-particle differential cross sections and elastic scattering angular distributions have been compared with the predictions of continuum-discretized coupled channels(CDCC) calculations. The influence of breakup coupling has also been investigated by extracting dynamic polarization potentials(DPP) from the CDCC calculations. From the predictions of CDCC calculations the relative importance of the nuclear, Coulomb, and total breakup contributions have also been investigated. The nuclear breakup couplings are observed to play an important role in comparison to the Coulomb breakup for the direct breakup mechanisms associated in the reaction of ~6Li projectile with ~(116)Sn target nuclei. The influence of strong nuclear breakup coupling exhibits suppression in the Coulomb-nuclear interference peak. The direct breakup cross sections from the CDCC calculations under-predict the measured α-particle differential cross sections at all energies. This suggests that the measured α particles may also have contributions from other possible breakup reaction channels.  相似文献

Coating by a mussel inspired polydopamine (PDA) is a simple and promising strategy to modify the hydrophilicity of polymer membrane surfaces. In this work, PDA coating was used to modify polypropylene (PP) ultrafiltration hollow fiber membrane. PDA coating parameters, ie, solution concentration and coating time were varied, and the effect of those parameters on membrane morphology, porosity, water contact angle, and pure water flux was investigated. In addition, air‐assisted PDA coating process was also conducted by channelling the air through PP membrane to avoid pore blocking and prevent water flux decline. The results showed that PDA coating successfully improved the hydrophilicity of PP membrane indicated by the decrease of water contact angle from 110° to 67° after coated by 3 g/L of PDA solution for 3 hours. The addition of air permeation on membrane lumen also increased pure water flux up to 511.2 L/m2.h, a 270% increase from unmodified PP membrane. It might be associated to the pore blocking prevention that has been proven by SEM image and the membrane porosity that was increased about 4%.  相似文献

The heavy cluster knockout reaction (16)O((12)C,2(12)C)(4)He performed for the first time, reveals the true nature of the (12)C-(12)C interaction. The observed cross section is enhanced by almost 2 orders of magnitude over the conventional zero range distorted wave impulse approximation (DWIA) predictions. An attractive (12)C-(12)C optical potential, as obtained in the folding model, does not explain the enhanced cross section in the finite range (FR) DWIA framework. The inclusion of a hard core of fairly long range ~3.65 fm explains the data. The present investigation of (16)O((12)C,2(12)C)(4)He along with the (12)C-(12)C elastic scattering also proves beyond doubt that the folding model's deep attractive heavy ion potentials are unsuitable to describe the highly overlapping heavy ions. The application of FR-DWIA opens up new avenues to use the heavy core knockout for the detailed investigation of heavy as well as Borromean halo nuclei.  相似文献

A linear increase in the size of ethylene-propylene rubber particles with its content in polypropylene matrix at steady mixing in a batch mixer was observed. This type of the dependence is predicted by the theory of dynamic equilibrium between the droplet breakup and coalescence. However, theoretical calculation of droplet radius extrapolated to zero concentration of EPR and slope of the dependence of droplet radius versus concentration, based on the effective shear rate (related to mixing conditions), are in strong disagreement with the experimental results. Reasons for these discrepancies between theories and experimental results are thoroughly elucidated.  相似文献

In this work we give an attempt to introduce a temporal scale for nuclear collisions inspired by the Hubble cosmology and check it for Au+Au collisions at energies of 200 GeV/nucleon characteristic to BRAHMS Collaboration. We also give some correlations with different phenomena.  相似文献
