沐浴海绵Spongia zimocca aubspecles irregularia(Lendenfeld)中的含氮化合物

从沐浴海绵Spongia zimocca aubspecles irregularia(Lendenfeld)分离和处理得到3种含氮化合物,通过波谱法鉴定化学结构,化合物1为新的神经酰胺N-2-(1,3-二羟基-十五烷基)-2′,20′-二十一酰胺,2为神经酰胺(E)-N-2-(1,3-二羟基-4-十八烯基)-十六酰胺,3为醋酸胍.     

圆裂短足软珊瑚Cladiella krempfi中的甾醇苷

石松碱的合成方法综述

石松碱是第一个被发现的石松生物碱类化合物, 其较好的生物活性引起了合成工作者的兴趣. 较全面地介绍了石松碱的各种合成路线, 并对其做了简单分析.     

Two new compounds from <Emphasis Type="Italic">Phyllanthus niruri</Emphasis>

Three compounds were isolated from Phyllanthus niruri Linn. One effective method, improved dry column liquid chromatography for isolating these compounds, was applied on a silica gel column. It is a combination of conventional dry column chromatographic and flash chromatographic techniques. Structures of those obtained compounds were elucidated by means of spectral techniques including IR, MS, and 1D NMR and 2D NMR. Compound 1 was elucidated as 2,3,5,6-tetrahydroxybenzyl acetate. Compound 2 , 2,4,5-trihydroxy-3-(4,6,7-trihydroxy-3-oxo-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-5-yl)-benzoic acid methyl ester, was given the name phyllangin, and compound 3 was named corilagin. Synthesis and Crystal Structure of （E）-N,N＇- dicyclohexyl- 1-（3-（3,4-dihydroxyphenyl）acryloyl）urea

The title compound, (E)-N,N′-dicyclohexyl-1-(3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)acryloyl)- urea (DDA), has been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy, ESI- MS, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Its crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 20.483(12), b = 11.153(6), c = 21.134(12) , β = 117.098(7), V = 4298(4) 3, Z = 8, F(000) = 1664, Dc = 1.195 Mg/m3, Mr = 386.48, μ= 0.082 mm-1, the final R = 0.0474 and wR = 0.1370 for 4853 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).     

南中国海星骨海绵Stelletta sp.中的三萜化合物

最近,我们又从采自广西涠洲岛海域的星骨海绵Stelletta sp.中分离得到3个黄色三萜色素1,2和3(见下式).通过IR,UV,MS和1D NMR,2D NMR等方法测定了它们的结构,并对化合物1的所有C和H进行了指认.同时,通过X射线单晶衍射分析测定了化合物1的立体化学结构.初步的药理实验表明,这3个化合物对P388肿瘤细胞均有很强的抑制活性,ED₅₀值依次为0.01,0.5和1.0μg/mL,提示Stelletta属海绵中的这类三萜具有很好的药用开发前景.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Supramolecular Complex: [Co(2-Me-3,4-qudc)(Phen)<Subscript>2</Subscript>(H<Subscript>2</Subscript>O)]·4.5H<Subscript>2</Subscript>O

Abstract  

A novel 3D supramolecular complex, [Co(2-Me-3,4-qudc)(Phen)₂(H₂O)] 4.5H₂O (2-Me-3,4-qudc = 2-methylquinoline-3,4-dicarboxylate dianion, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), has been synthesized under mild condition and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2₍₁₎ /n with unit cell parameters a = 13.1701(12) ?, b = 18.6728(19) ?, c = 15.0683(16) ?, β = 13.617(2), V = 3395.3(6) ?³, Z = 4. The 3D framework of the title compound is formed via O–H⋯O hydrogen-bonds and π–π stacking interactions. The lattice waters are stable at room temperature, but when thermally decomposed, the water loss is irreversible.     

A highly efficient synthesis of 22-deoxy-OSW-1 by utilizing the intact skeleton of diosgenin

22-Deoxy-OSW-1 (1), an analogue of OSW-1 with the potent anticancer activity, was synthesized by utilizing the intact skeleton of diosgenin in 11 steps in 13.7% overall yield. This synthesis demonstrated an effective and reasonable synthetic strategy for bioactive steroids with side chains.     

双卟啉化合物的构象平衡及π-π作用研究

制备并表征了一系列以柔韧烷氧化相连的自由双卟啉及其锌配合物,以＾１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ考察了烷氧链长度及锌离子对双卟啉构象平衡的影响。结果表明,双卟啉存在开放式及闭合式构象平衡,随烷氧链的增长,构象平衡由开放式向闭合式移动,当链上碳原子数为４时最有利于双卟啉形成闭合式构象。     

新的醚链双生物碱尖叶唐松草阿原碱的结构测定

从尖叶唐松草〔Thalictrumacutifolium(Hand.Mazz.)Boivin〕根分离得到一种新生物碱(尖叶唐松草阿原碱).通过IR,MS,¹HNMR,¹³CNMR,2DNMR(包括¹H-¹HCOSY,¹³C-¹HCOSY,NOESY和HMBC)测定了其化学结构,发现由阿朴菲和原小蘖碱通过醚链连接.对多种肿瘤细胞的生长有抑制作用,并有凋亡现象出现,而且对正常细胞的毒性较小
