Two new mononuclear coordination compounds, bis{4‐[(hydroxyimino)methyl]pyridinium} diaquabis(pyridine‐2,5‐dicarboxylato‐κ2N,O2)zincate(II), (C6H7N2O)2[Zn(C7H3NO4)2(H2O)2], (1), and (pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O2,N,O6)bis[N‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethylidene‐κN)hydroxylamine]zinc(II), [Zn(C7H3NO4)(C6H6N2O)2], (2), have been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffractometry. The centrosymmetric ZnII cation in (1) is octahedrally coordinated by two chelating pyridine‐2,5‐dicarboxylate ligands and by two water molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. In (2), the ZnII cation is coordinated by a tridentate pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate dianion and by two N‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethylidene)hydroxylamine molecules in a distorted C2‐symmetric trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry.  相似文献

Derivatives of 2‐methylidene‐1,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐4‐ones 2a , 2b , 2c , 2d , 2e , 2f , 2g were synthesized by interaction of 6‐methyl‐2‐thiouracil and 6‐phenyl‐2‐thiouracil 1a , 1b with some activated halogenides: diethyl bromomalonate, ethyl 2‐chloro‐3‐oxobutanoate, ethyl 2‐bromocyanoacetate, 2‐bromo‐5,5‐dimethylcyclohexan‐1,3‐dione, and bromomalononitrile. The boiling of 1a with ethyl 2‐bromocyanoacetate in mixture of ethanol and EtONa results in intramolecular cyclization and formation of thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidin‐5‐one 3 . Interaction of 1a with 3‐chloropentane‐2,4‐dione and 2‐bromo‐1,3‐diphenylpropane‐1,3‐dione yielded corresponding S‐substituted thiopyrimidines 4a , 4b . In general, the products of 1b S‐alkylation are less prone to sulfur extrusion. Reaction of 1b with diethyl bromomalonate in the absence of EtONa stops at the S‐alkylation step, while in the presence of EtONa in ethanol or PPh3 in dioxane 2‐(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)thio‐6‐phenyl‐1,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one 6 is formed exclusively. Molecular structure and crystal structure of 2‐(1,1‐diethoxycarbonylmethyliden)‐6‐methyl‐1,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one 2a are discussed.  相似文献

Three mononuclear different-ligand Zn(II) complexes, [Zn(CH3COO)2(PaoH)2] (I), [Zn(PaoH)2(DMSO)2][BF4]2 (II), and [Zn(NCS)2(PaoH)2] (III) (DMSO = dimethylsulfoxide) were prepared by the reaction of zinc acetate and tetrafluoroborate with pyridine-2-aldoxime (PaoH). The composition and structure of the complexes were confirmed by IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. All compounds crystallize in the monoclinic system, compounds I and II have space group P21/n, while compound III has space group C2/c. In all compounds, the Zn coordination polyhedron is a distorted octahedron, which is formed by the N4O2 sets of donor atoms in I and II and by N6 in III. Complex I in the optimal concentration of 5–10 mg/L was found to stimulate the biosynthesis of standard (pH 4.7) amylases by the micromycete Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Cu2(DfH)4(4,4′-Bipy)] · 2DMF prepared by the reaction of copper(II) acetate with diphenylglyoxime (DfH2) and 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-Bipy) was established by X-ray diffraction. The crystals are monoclinic; a = 15.5192(9) Å, b = 16.2427(11) Å, c = 14.0753(7) Å, β = 101.36(3)°, V = 3478.5(5) Å3, Z = 2, and sp. gr. P21/c. The crystal structure is composed of discrete dinuclear molecules [Cu2(DfH)4(4,4′-Bipy)] and dimethylformamide (DMF) molecules. The coordination polyhedron of the Cu atom (the coordination number is 5) is a tetragonal bipyramid formed by the nitrogen atoms of two monodeprotonated bidentate oxime groups and the bidentate bridging 4,4′-Bipy ligand. The DMF molecules occupy the cavities formed by the dinuclear molecules [Cu2(DfH)4(4,4′-Bipy)]. The compound was characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Based on solvothermal synthesis, self-assembly of the heptadentate 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(nicotinoylhydrazone) Schiff base ligand (H2L) and Zn(II) and/or Cd(II) salts has led to the formation of three homometallic [CdL]n (1), {[CdL]∙0.5dmf∙H2O}n (2) and {[ZnL]∙0.5dmf∙1.5H2O}n (3), as well as two heterometallic {[Zn0.75Cd1.25L2]∙dmf∙0.5H2O}n (4) and {[MnZnL2]∙dmf∙3H2O}n coordination polymers. Compound 1 represents a 1D chain, whereas 2–5 are isostructural and isomorphous two-dimensional structures. The entire series was characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and emission measurements. 2D coordination polymers accommodate water and dmf molecules in their cage-shaped interlayer spaces, which are released when the samples are heated. Thus, three solvated crystals were degassed at two temperatures and their photoluminescent and adsorption–desorption properties were recorded in order to validate this assumption. Solvent-free samples reveal an increase in volume pore, adsorption specific surface area and photoluminescence with regard to synthesized crystals.  相似文献
