Raman spectroscopy and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) studies were performed on a series of V2O5/TiO2 catalysts prepared by a modified sol-gel method in order to identify the vanadium species. Two species of surface vanadium were identified by Raman measurements, monomeric vanadyls and polymeric vanadates. Monomeric vanadyls are characterized by a narrow Raman band at 1030 cm–1 and polymeric vanadates by two broad bands in the region from 900 to 960 cm–1 and 770 to 850 cm–1. The Raman spectra do not exhibit characteristic peaks of crystalline V2O5. These results are in agreement with those of X-ray Diffractometry (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) previously reported (C.B. Rodella et al., J. Sol-Gel Sci. Techn., submitted). At least three families of V4+ ions were identified by EPR investigations. The analysis of the EPR spectra suggests that isolated V4+ ions are located in sites with octahedral symmetry substituting for Ti4+ ions in the rutile structure. Magnetically interacting V4+ ions are also present as pairs or clusters giving rise to a broad and structureless EPR line. At higher concentration of V2O5, a partial oxidation of V4+ to V5+ is apparent from the EPR results.  相似文献

The Al-MCM-41 molecular sieve with Si/Al = 20 molar ratio was synthesized at room temperature and characterized by X-ray diffractometry, surface area, thermogravimetry, and infrared spectroscopy. The kinetic study was conducted by Vyazovkin and Ozawa method, in order to verify the activation energy during the Hofmann degradation between 130 and 370 °C, in which most of surfactant removal occurs. The results suggest that the activation energy for template removal is close to 80 kJ mol?1 lower in Al-MCM-41 synthesized at room temperature, when compared to results obtained for mesopores Al-MCM-41 and MCM-41 synthesized by hydrothermal method. This lower activation energy may be understood as consequence of textural properties, such as higher pore size.  相似文献

Headphone rendering of nearby virtual sound sources represents to date an open issue in 3-D audio, due to a number of technical challenges and temporal requirements involved in the measurement of individual Head-Related Transfer Functions (HRTFs). In order to tackle this problem, we propose a filter model of near-field effects based on the Distance Variation Function (Kan et al., 2009). Thanks to its simple structure and low order, the model can be applied to any far-field virtual auditory display to yield a realistic and computationally efficient near-field compensation of spectral and binaural effects. The model is subjectively evaluated in two psychophysical experiments where the relative distance of pairs of virtually rendered sound sources is judged. Results show that even though sound intensity overshadows subtler near-field effects when it is available as a cue for distance, the model is capable of offering relative distance information of near lateral virtual sources when intensity cues are removed. Furthermore, performances of the model in relative distance rendering are compared to those of alternative near-field rendering methods available in the literature.  相似文献

A simple, isocratic, high‐resolution and prompt HPLC‐PDA method was developed and validated for the simultaneous quantification of prilocaine (PCL) and lidocaine (LCL) hydrochlorides in in vitro buccal iontophoresis‐driven permeation studies. A reversed‐phase C18 column (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 3μm, 110Å) was used for the chromatographic separation. The mobile phase contained acetonitrile: 0.1M sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.0 (1:1, v/v), plus 0.05% (v/v) diethylamine. The isocratic flow rate was set at 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 203 nm. PCL and LCL eluted in 8.9 min and 13 min, respectively, and the system suitability parameters varied within an acceptable range. The method was selective, sensitive, precise, accurate and robust, producing a linear plot at the concentration range of 0.25 to 10 µg/mL. The application of this method was demonstrated by a significant enhancement of the permeation of PCL and LCL with the application of iontophoresis (1 mA/cm2 per 1 h) through isolated porcine esophageal epithelium. Pentrabromopseudilin and other 2 and 3-arylpyrrole derivatives were synthesized through the Heck–Matsuda reaction involving endocyclic enecarbamates and N-protected 3-pyrrolines, respectively. The overall processes permitted an easy and efficient access to these structural motifs present in several bioactive compounds. Attempts to synthesize the compound isopentabromopseudilin led to a tribromo aryl maleimide. We hypothesize that this latter compound is the putative product arising from the unusual thermal instability of isopentabromopseudilin.  相似文献

It remains unknown if the oxidative stress can be regulated by low‐level laser therapy (LLLT) in lung inflammation induced by intestinal reperfusion (i‐I/R). A study was developed in which rats were irradiated (660 nm, 30 mW, 5.4 J) on the skin over the bronchus and euthanized 2 h after the initial of intestinal reperfusion. Lung edema and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid neutrophils were measured by the Evans blue extravasation and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity respectively. Lung histology was used for analyzing the injury score. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) was measured by fluorescence. Both expression intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM‐1) and peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor‐y (PPARy) were measured by RT‐PCR. The lung immunohistochemical localization of ICAM‐1 was visualized as a brown stain. Both lung HSP70 and glutathione protein were evaluated by ELISA. LLLT reduced neatly the edema, neutrophils influx, MPO activity and ICAM‐1 mRNA expression. LLLT also reduced the ROS formation and oppositely increased GSH concentration in lung from i‐I/R groups. Both HSP70 and PPARy expression also were elevated after laser irradiation. Results indicate that laser effect in attenuating the acute lung inflammation is driven to restore the balance between the pro‐ and antioxidants mediators rising of PPARy expression and consequently the HSP70 production.  相似文献
