We present first observations of the transversity parton distribution based on an analysis of pion-pair production in deep-inelastic scattering off transversely polarized targets. The extraction of transversity relies on the knowledge of dihadron fragmentation functions, which we take from electron-positron annihilation measurements. This is the first attempt to determine the transversity distribution in the framework of collinear factorization.  相似文献

Models of hadron structure are associated with a hadronic scale which allows by perturbative evolution to calculate observables in the deep inelastic region. The resolution of Dyson-Schwinger equations leads to the freezing of the QCD running coupling (effective charge) in the infrared, which is best understood as a dynamical generation of a gluon mass function, giving rise to a momentum dependence which is free from infrared divergences. We use this new development to understand why perturbative treatments are working reasonably well despite the smallness of the hadronic scale.  相似文献

Abstract— Gemmae of Marchantia polymorpha L. were grown in artificial light (16 hr, 4000 lx), aseptic conditions, at the Phytotron of Liège. It was shown that:
(1) Two distinct phases are obvious in growth and development of the gemmae:
(a) A juvenile phase with a minimum length of 15 days in any kind of light quality, on a mineral nutrient medium.
(b) An inductive phase , during which the inception of primordia occurs in incandescent light.
(2) When 1% sucrose is added to the mineral nutrient medium, the length of the juvenile phase is reduced to 5 days; however, sucrose has no action when it is provided in the dark.
It is assumed that the inductive incandescent light may promote a high energy reaction which is required for sexual induction.  相似文献

The 1001-0000 bands of 12C34S2 and 13C34S2 have been measured with a resolution of 0.03 cm?1. The following “hot” bands associated with this transition were also measured and analyzed: 1111-0110, 2001–1000 for both isotopic forms. For 12C34S2, the Δ-Δ transition 1221–0220 has also been observed. In addition, the 1001-0000 bands of the isotopic species 12C32S34S and 12C33S34S were measured.  相似文献

The ν3 fundamental of OCS has been measured with a resolution of about 0.03 cm?1 for the isotopic species 16O12C34S and 16O13C34S. The associated transition 0111-0110 has also been measured. The transition 1001-0000 is also reported for the 16O12C34S species.  相似文献

By using a “dual-grille” spectrometer, twelve transitions of 13CS2 have been observed between 1400 and 3000 cm?1. The position of eleven vibration levels have been fixed accurately. The molecular constants of 13CS2 determined by vibrational and vibrorotational analysis are in good agreement with the constants issued from the 12CS2 analysis.  相似文献

The infrared absorption spectra of C2H3D is recorded between 3270 and 2830 cm?1 with a resolution better than 0.030 cm?1. Five absorption bands are observed and a number of local perturbations interpreted. Recent results concern the ν1 and ν2 + ν12 Fermi doublet, the ν5 which is badly overlapped by the ν9 band, and the ν2 + ν3 weaker band. From the present work and the previously published ground-state parameters it is now possible to draw a precise picture of all this region and to determine the magnitude of some kijk and ζijα constants.  相似文献
