This paper reports a systematic study on the preparation, characterization and testing of metallosilicate macrobeads that contain chromium ions as active catalytic centers. In order to obtain hard macrospheres, four metals (Cr, Al, Zr and Zn) were incorporated into the silica matrix using chitosan as a template and shape generator. Metallosilicate macrospheres were synthesized at room temperature using tetraethylorthosilicate as silicon source and chlorohydric acid as catalyst. The size of metallosilicate macrospheres was in the range 0.9 — 1.1 mm. The catalyst was characterised by means of water sorption technique, FTIR spectroscopy and SEM/EDX analyses. FTIR spectra put into evidence the presence of metallic ions within the silica framework. EDX analyses confirmed the efficient incorporation of metals within the silica matrix (the content of metals from the calcined catalyst is almost the same as that from the initial gel mixture). Porous structure of catalyst investigated by water sorption technique and by pycnometric methods (with n-heptan and mercury respectively) proved that the synthesized catalyst had micro, meso and macropores. Catalyst was tested in the esterification reaction of acetic acid with epichlorohydrin. The temperature and the amount of catalyst exerted a marked influence on reaction rate. This work opens new perspectives for heterogeneous catalysis encouraging the replacement of powder catalysts with macrospherical catalysts that are easy to recover and to reuse. 相似文献

AbstractThree iso-quinolinium ylids are studied by visible electron absorption spectroscopy from the point of view of their interactions with solvent molecules. The quantum mechanical calculations with Spartan 14 Program and solvatochromism of the intramolecular charge transfer visible absorption band of the studied molecules emphasized the prevalence of universal orientation-induction interactions in aprotic solvents and additionally the presence of hydrogen bond between the ylid molecules and the hydroxyl groups of the solvent molecules. The contribution of each type of interactions in the studied solutions is finally established by a multilinear regression applied to solvatochromic data. 相似文献

在碱性甘油电氧化反应中,利用电化学傅里叶变换衰减全反射谱红外光谱法,研究了薄膜流动池中滴注硼酸镍催化剂负载量对玻碳电极性能的影响.连续操作的径向流动池包括一个位于内反射元件上方50μm的钻孔电极,可实现红外光谱分析.这是在确定条件下对电催化剂进行简便和可重复筛选的一个适合的方法,同时还提供了对复杂反应(如甘油氧化)产物选择性的检测.通过对泵送电解液进行更耗时的定量高效液相色谱分析,结果表明,衰减全反射红外光谱法可快速鉴定产物.在层流条件下,水中使用0.1 M甘油和1 M KOH,流速为5μL min-1时,甘油转化率较高.转化率和选择性取决于催化剂的负载量,负载量又决定了催化剂层的厚度和粗糙度.由于在更粗糙的膜中停留时间更长有利于再吸附和C-C键断裂,因此当负载量最高达210μg cm-2时,甘油转化率为73%且甲酸选择性接近80%.当最低负载量为13μg cm-2时,甘油转化率达到63%,甲酸选择性降至60%,相应地,C2物种(如乙醇酸盐)选择性较高,为8%.因此,只有催化剂负载量较低时才能形成几微米厚度范围内的薄膜,此时才适合进行优质催化剂的筛选. 相似文献

AbstractDipeptide derivatives from p-aminobenzoyl-phenylglycine and p-aminobenzoyl-phenylalanine were grafted on 1,2,4-triazole heterocycle in order to get new substances with potential biological activity. The compounds synthetized and characterized in this paper have a structure that fits in the antimetabolites category, products used to treat malignant tumors. The presence of several bioactive groups in the same molecule permits us to study the chemical structure - biological activity correlation based on computational analyses using SPARTAN’14 software. A universal nano‐capillary based method for sample deposition on the silicon nitride membrane of liquid‐cell transmission electron microscopy (LCTEM) chips is demonstrated. It is applicable to all substances which can be dispersed in a solvent and are suitable for drop casting, including catalysts, biological samples, and polymers. Most importantly, this method overcomes limitations concerning sample immobilization due to the fragility of the ultra‐thin silicon nitride membrane required for electron transmission. Thus, a straightforward way is presented to widen the research area of LCTEM to encompass any sample which can be externally deposited beforehand. Using this method, NixB nanoparticles are deposited on the μm‐scale working electrode of the LCTEM chip and in situ observation of single catalyst particles during ethanol oxidation is for the first time successfully monitored by means of TEM movies. 相似文献
