Isosorbide and its functionalized derivatives have numerous applications as bio-sourced building blocks. In this context, the synthesis of diols from isosorbide diallyl ether by hydrohydroxymethylation reaction is of extreme interest. This hydrohydroxymethylation, which consists of carbon-carbon double bonds converting into primary alcohol functions, can be obtained by a hydroformylation reaction followed by a hydrogenation reaction. In this study, reductive hydroformylation was achieved using isosorbide diallyl ether as a substrate in a rhodium/amine catalytic system. The highest yield in bis-primary alcohols obtained was equal to 79%.  相似文献

Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) utilizing metal cluster nanoparticle catalysts is commonly used to synthesize carbon nanotubes (CNT), with oxygen-containing species such as water or alcohol included in the feedstock for enhanced yield. However, the etching effect of these additives on the growth mechanism has rarely been investigated, despite evidence suggesting that etching potentially affects the chirality distribution of product CNTs. We used quantum chemical methods to study how water-based etchant radicals (OH and H) may enhance the chiral selectivity during CVD growth using CNT cap models. Chemical reactivities of the caps with the etchant radicals were evaluated using density functional theory (DFT). It was found that the reactivities on the cap edges correlate with the chirality of the caps. These results suggest that proper selection of etchant species can provide opportunities for selective chirality control of the product CNTs. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

A new enantiopure cyclometallated iridium complex bearing a [4]helicenic ‐coordinating and two ‐coordinating dfppy (2‐(2,4‐difluorophenyl)‐pyridyl) ligands was prepared. This complex displayed long‐lived phosphorescence both in solution and in the solid state. Its chiroptical properties, namely electronic circular dichroism and circularly polarized luminescence, were also examined. Comparison with former chiral complexes enabled assignment of the ΔIr‐(?) and ΛIr‐(+) absolute configurations.  相似文献

Atomically precise gold nanoclusters are a fascinating class of nanomaterials that exhibit molecule-like properties and have outstanding photoluminescence (PL). Their ultrasmall size, molecular chemistry, and biocompatibility make them extremely appealing for selective biomolecule labeling in investigations of biological mechanisms at the cellular and anatomical levels. In this work, we report a simple route to incorporate a preformed Au25 nanocluster into a model bovine serum albumin (BSA) protein. A new approach combining small-angle X-ray scattering and molecular modeling provides a clear localization of a single Au25 within the protein to a cysteine residue on the gold nanocluster surface. Attaching Au25 to BSA strikingly modifies the PL properties with enhancement and a redshift in the second near-infrared (NIR-II) window. This study paves the way to conrol the design of selective sensitive probes in biomolecules through a ligand-based strategy to enable the optical detection of biomolecules in a cellular environment by live imaging.  相似文献

Our goal is to study the multifractal properties of functions of a given family which have few non vanishing wavelet coefficients. We compute at each point the pointwise Hölder exponent of these functions and also their local \(L^p\) regularity, computing the so-called \(p\) -exponent. We prove that in the general case the Hölder and \(p\) -exponent are different at each point. We also compute the dimension of the sets where the functions have a given pointwise regularity and prove that these functions are multifractal both from the point of view of Hölder and \(L^p\) local regularity with different spectra of singularities. Furthermore, we check that multifractal formalism type formulas hold for functions in that family.  相似文献

The ultrastructure of somatic cells present in gonadal tubules in male oyster Crassostrea gigas was investigated. These cells, named Intragonadal Somatic Cells (ISCs) have a great role in the organization of the germinal epithelium in the gonad. Immunological detection of α-tubulin tyrosine illustrates their association in columns from the basis to the lumen of the tubule, stabilized by numerous adhesive junctions. This somatic intragonadal organization delimited some different groups of germ cells along the tubule walls. In early stages of gonad development, numerous phagolysosomes were observed in the cytoplasm of ISCs indicating that these cells have in this species an essential role in the removal of waste sperm in the tubules. Variations of lipids droplets content in the cytoplasm of ISCs were also noticed along the spermatogenesis course. ISCs also present some mitochondria with tubullo-lamellar cristae.  相似文献

This second part deals with the global analysis of the boundary of domains . We develop methods for determining the dimensions of the sets where the local behaviors introduced in Part 1 occur.
