将数字图像处理技术引入到岩石破裂过程分析RFPA2D(Rock Failure Process Analysis)系统,建立了岩石细观结构破坏过程分析方法.首先提取岩石的细观结构图像,再转化成RFPA2D的前处理数据和数值分析网格,然后进行应力求解和破坏分析.以花岗岩细观结构为例,阐述了运用基于数字图像处理技术的RFPA2D方法进行岩石细观结构破坏分析的过程.结果表明,在岩石破裂过程数值模拟分析中引入数字图像处理技术是岩石细观结构破坏力学行为研究的一种方便而有效的方法. 相似文献

Reduced graphene oxide‐supported tungsten carbide composite (WC/RGO) was prepared by program‐controlled reduction‐carburization technique. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) show that WC nanoparticles with a narrow distribution (10–20 nm) are highly dispersed both on the edge and between the layers of RGO. And then it was used as a support to load different low contents (no more than 0.4 wt%) of Pt via sacrificial Cu adlayers. The morphology and the electrocatalytic activity of the prepared catalysts were characterized by TEM and cyclic voltammograms (CV), respectively. The results indicate that a small amount of isolated Pt atoms show low or even no activity for methanol oxidation. With the increasing deposition cycles, the content of Pt and the ensembles of neighboring Pt atoms are increased, which makes the onset potential shift negatively and mass current density increase. The results demonstrate that controllable amount of Pt can be deposited on WC/RGO by galvanic displacement with Cu, and the extent and domain of Pt loading affect the electrochemical performance. Meanwhile, this research also provides another route to prepare a catalyst with ultra low noble metal on WC/RGO for solving the problem of high cost of the catalyst. 相似文献

A new 0.1%Pd‐6%Mn/stainless steel wire mesh catalyst was prepared and used for volatile organic compounds (VOC) elimination. The supported palladium and manganese catalyst over the stainless steel wire mesh was prepared by using an impregnation method. When an anodic oxidation technology was employed, an anodic oxidation membrane appeared on the stainless steel wire mesh. On the 0.1%Pd‐6%Mn/stainless steel wire mesh catalyst calcined at 500°C, the total oxidation of toluene, acetone and ethyl acetate was respectively at 260, 220 and 320°C. The activity could be stable for over 700 h for toluene oxidation. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) investigation of the Pd‐Mn/stainless steel wire mesh catalyst shows that the presence of anodic oxidation membrane on the support surface is important for better dispersion of active phases. 相似文献

分别采用硝酸和空气氧化处理制得具有不同表面性质的粉末活性炭,并以此为催化层材料制成炭基氧气扩散电极,测定了不同电极的极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱. N2物理吸附和He程序升温脱附(He-TPD)研究表明,硝酸处理对活性炭孔结构的影响较小,但可使其表面含氧基团明显增加; 而空气氧化处理则会导致活性炭的中孔面积和孔容显著增大,但对表面含氧基团的影响较小. 极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究发现,当活性炭的孔结构相近时,电极的催化性能随着表面含氧基团的增多而急剧下降; 当活性炭表面含氧基团的量相近时,中孔孔容增大将导致电极催化性能的恶化. 与活性炭表面含氧基团相比,孔结构对氧气扩散电极的电化学性能具有更显著的影响. 相似文献
