红外用CVD ZnS多晶材料的研制

论述了制备红外用CVD ZnS多晶材料的化学气相沉积工艺和热等静压处理工艺。针对CVD ZnS多晶材料具备优良的光学和力学性能,采用化学气相沉积工艺和热等静压处理技术成功研制出大尺寸多晶材料,其最大尺寸达到250mm×15mm。测试了CVD ZnS样品的各项光学、力学性能指标。样品的全波段透过率均接近ZnS材料的本征水平,折射指数均匀性优于2×10^-5,在1.06μm的吸收系数为2×10^-3cm^-1,抗弯强度达到104MPa。     

The Photochemistry of Acetone: The Primary Decomposition of Acetone and Biacetyl Yields

In the photolysis of acetone at 265nm at 27°C the quantum yield of biacetyl has been determined to be 0.34 and the primary decomposition yield is evaluated to be about 0.68. The fraction of triplet acetone decomposed into methyl and acetyl radicals is estimated to be 0.14 at 313nm. The acetyl radicals undergo reaction to form biacetyl 50 times faster than decomposition to methyl radicals and carbon monoxide.     

A facile synthesis of functionally complex isoxazole derivatives

Metalation of 2(4′-Isoxazolyl)-Δ²-oxazolines takes place initially and selectively on the C-5′-alkyl group. Subsequent metalation also proceeds at this position. Selective deprotection of the oxazoline was accomplished without disturbing the isoxazole ring.     

Iridium complex-catalyzed reaction of 1,6-enynes: cycloaddition and cycloisomerization

[reaction: see text] 1,6-Enynes reacted with monoynes to give cyclohexadiene derivatives in the presence of a catalytic amount of [Ir(cod)Cl](2)/ligand. DPPE was most suitable for cycloaddition. Diastereoselective cycloaddition was also possible. In the absence of monoynes, 1,6-enynes cycloisomerized to (Z)-1-alkylidene-2-methylenecyclopentane derivatives. DPPF was most suitable for cycloisomerization. These results are the first examples of highly Z-selective cycloisomerization.
