We synthesized platelet graphitic-nanofibres (GNFs) directly onto FTO glass and applied this forest of platelet GNFs as a highly porous structural counter-electrode in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). An effective gas-liquid chromatographic separation of thirteen energetic dicyclopentadiene derivatives has been established using OV-17 as the stationary phase. FID was chosen as the favorable detector after comparing its response factors with those of TCD.
