An efficient, straightforward and environmentally benign process has been developed for the synthesis of fluorenone and 1-tetralone derivatives using cyclic 1,3-dione, malononitrile and dialkylacetylenedicarboxylate as starting materials in aqueous medium. The reaction is favoured in presence of resorcin[4]arene which is effective as a reusable organocatalyst. The catalyst has been easily synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, IR, XRD and HRMS analyses. Resorcin[4]arene afforded the resulted products in a shorter time and in good yields. The recyclability of the catalyst was established up to 6th cycle by FT-IR and SEM images.  相似文献

Knoevenagel condensation of aromatic, aliphatic, and heteroaromatic aldehydes with active methylene compounds such as ethylcyanoacetate, malononitrile, and cyanoacetamide proceed very smoothly at room temperature by simply mixing the ingredients together under solvent-free conditions in the presence of N-methylpiperazine in excellent yields of the E-configured products.  相似文献

An enhanced one-pot synthesis of new functionalized 5,6-dihydro-5,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-2H-pyridazino[3,4,5-kl]acridin-1(4H)-one derivatives with different substituted patterns by using mesoporous MCM-41 catalyst via a ring opening/ring closure reaction process has been established. This MCM-41 silica catalyst has been synthesized and characterized using an array of sophisticated analytical techniques like BET, XRD, UHRTEM, etc. This reaction could be conducted from inexpensive substrates within short period under neat reflux conditions. Compared with the usual methods, the remarkable advantages of this method are milder reaction conditions, operational simplicity, higher yields, short reaction times and an environmentally friendly procedure.  相似文献

In this review, pseudorotaxanes and rotaxanes structured out of simple crown ethers and linear organic molecules with positively charged nitrogen centres (i.e., quaternary pyridinium groups, viologens like paraquat and also extended viologens, imidazolium groups, benzimidazolium groups, bis-benzimidazolium groups and their derivatives) are described. Multicomponent synthesis of 1,3-diaryl-hexahydropyrimidines by a one-pot reaction of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, amines and formaldehyde catalysed by FeCl3 in dichloromethane at room temperature (25-30 °C) has been reported. Double amino methylation occurs at the α-position of the 1,3-dicabonyl compounds/β-keto esters. The same methodology leads to spiro compounds with indane-1,3-dione. In this reaction, six molecules condense in one pot to form six new covalent bonds, thus, creating high atom economy. This is the first report of the synthesis of the substituted hexahydropyrimidines involving β-keto esters and its spiro analogues with indane-1,3-dione.  相似文献

In this study, a tubular radon removal device and a movable one were prepared and investigated. The tubular radon removal device in an air conditioning return air system reduced the radon progeny by more than 84%. The radon progeny concentration reached equilibrium after 4 h when it was used only for a ventilation at the rate of 10 h−1. Radon progeny removal efficiency was above 95% for the movable radon removal device, when the ventilation rate was 17 h−1. The results showed that the radon removal devices can effectively remove the radon progeny in the air.

The essential aspect of contemporary physics is to understand properties of nucleonic matter that constitutes the world around us. Over the years research in nuclear physics has provided strong guidance in understanding the basic principles of nuclear interactions. But, the scenario of nuclear physics changed drastically as the new generation of accelerators started providing more and more rare isotopes, which are away from the line of stability. These weakly bound nuclei are found to exhibit new forms of nuclear matter and unprecedented exotic behaviour. The low breakup thresholds of these rare nuclei are posing new challenges to both theory and experiments. Fortunately, nature has provided a few loosely bound stable nuclei that have been studied thoroughly for decades Attempts are being made to find a consistent picture for the unstable nuclei starting from their stable counterparts.
