A new reforming process was studied using Ni/SiO2 with a hydrogen-permeating membrane reactor. Nickel catalyst supported on SiO2 is highly active for CH4?H2O?O2 reaction in membrane reactor and the reaction close to CH4+0.35O2+1.3H2O→CO2+3.3H2 proceeds at 873 K. Since the selectivity to carbon and CO2 increased and decreased with decreasing contact time respectively, it is considered that the reaction was started by decomposition of CH4 followed by oxidation of C and water shift reaction. Therefore, the reaction mechanism was different from so-called autothermal reforming (ATR) reaction.  相似文献

Acoustic Emission (AE) was investigated in order to monitor in real time the Mullins effect. Cyclic uniaxial tensile tests were carried out on two different natural rubbers. Different behaviour is revealed depending on whether or not the material undergoes the Mullins effect. The acoustic emission activity is very important during the first cycle, but decreases gradually with increasing number of cycles, when the Mullins effect is observed. On the contrary, when there is no Mullins effect no significant AE activity is recorded.  相似文献

Abstract

Single crystals of MoS x Se2?x (x=0, 1, 2) have been grown by direct vapour transport method. Pressure-dependent d.c. electrical resistivity measurements have been carried out on the grown crystals to check the possibility of phase transition up to 8 GPa. However, no such transition is observed in the present case but a decrease in resistivity is found with increase in pressure. The observed results have been analysed and discussed on the basis of band structure.  相似文献

The S1 electronic state of 7,7,8,8-Tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) has been investigated by laser induced fluorescence (LIF), dispersed fluorescence (DF) spectroscopy, and lifetime measurements under jet-cooled conditions in the gas-phase. The LIF spectrum showed a weak origin band at 412.13 nm (24262 cm−1) with prominent progression and combination bands involving vibrations of 327, 1098, and 2430 cm−1. In addition, very strong bands appeared at ∼363.6 nm (3300 cm−1 above the origin). Both the LIF and DF spectra indicate considerable geometric change in the S1 state. The fluorescence lifetime of S1 at zero-point level was obtained to be 220 ns. This lifetime is 40 times longer than the radiative lifetime estimated from the S1−S0 oscillator strength. Furthermore, the lifetimes of the vibronic bands exhibited drastic energy dependence, indicating a strong mixing with the triplet (T1) or intramolecular charge-transfer (CT) state. This study is thought to disclose intrinsic nature of TCNQ, which has been well known as a component of organic semiconductors and a versatile p-type dopant.  相似文献

The channelling of 3 MeV protons in the 〈110〉 direction of silicon has been simulated using Vineyard model taking into account thermally vibrating nuclei and energy loss due to ion-electron interactions. A beam made up of constant energy particles but with spatial divergence has been simulated for the purpose. The values of the minimum scattering yield and half width of the channelling dip are shown to be depth sensitive and agree well with the measured values. The dependence of yield on the angle of incidence has been found to give information of all three types of channelling. The critical angles for the three types of channelling and wavelength of planar oscillations are consistent with the previous calculations.  相似文献

Charge transfer (CT) complexes of aniline blue (AB) were prepared with standard organic acceptors such as TCNQ, TCNE, DDQ, and chloranil and studied with UV-VIS-NIR spectra showing σ→π* and π→π* transitions along with free-carrier absorption due to scattering of light particles which has been found involving phonon–photon, electron–photon, and electron–electron scattering. Infrared spectra contain half power beta density due to hopping conduction and an asymmetric band corresponding to A(k) = A0k exp(?bk) as absorption associated with diffraction of IR light from the crystalline particles.  相似文献
