Montgomery Multiplication in GF(2k) 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
We show that the multiplication operation c=a · b · r-1 in the field GF(2k can be implemented significantly faster in software than the standard multiplication, where r is a special fixed element of the field. This operation is the finite field analogue of the Montgomery multiplication for modular multiplication of integers. We give the bit-level and word-level algorithms for computing the product, perform a thorough performance analysis, and compare the algorithm to the standard multiplication algorithm in GF(2k. The Montgomery multiplication can be used to obtain fast software implementations of the discrete exponentiation operation, and is particularly suitable for cryptographic applications where k is large. 相似文献

5-Furan-2-yl[1,3,4]oxadiazole-2-thiol (Ia) and 5-furan-2-yl-4H-[1,2,4]-triazole-3-thiol (Ib) were synthesized from furan-2-carboxylic acid hydrazide. In this article, we introduced a novel electrochemical biosensor for the detection of microRNA-126. The biosensor utilizes a hybridization assay combined with multi-walled carbon nanotubes and gold nanorod-decorated screen-printed carbon electrodes. For electrode preparation, gold nanorods were first immobilized onto the surface of bare and multi-walled carbon nanotube-modified screen-printed carbon electrodes, and the thiol tagged-capture probe was immobilized on the electrode surface through gold and thiol group interaction. After the immobilization, thiol tagged-capture probe hybridized with the target sequence. Under optimum conditions, we determined limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) as high as 11 nM and 36 nM, respectively. 相似文献

In the present study, controlled protein adsorption on a rigid silica microparticle is investigated numerically using classical Langmuir and two-state models under electrokinetic flow conditions. The instantaneous particle locations are simulated along a straight microchannel using an arbitrary Lagrangian−Eulerian framework in the finite element method for the electrophoretic motion of the charged particle. Within the scope of the parametric study, the strength of the external electric field (E), particle diameter (Dp), the zeta potential of the particle (ζp), and the location of the microparticle away from the channel wall (H) are systematically varied. The results are also compared to the data of pressure-driven flow having a parabolic flow profile at the inlet whose maximum magnitude is set to the particle's electrophoretic velocity magnitude. The validation studies reveal that the code developed for the particle motion in the present simulations agrees well with the experimental results. It is observed that protein adsorption can be controlled using electrokinetic phenomena. The plug-like flow profile in electrokinetics is beneficial for a microparticle at every spatial location in the microchannel, whereas it is not valid for the pressure-driven flow. The electric field strength and the zeta potential of the particle accelerate the protein adsorption. The wall shear stress and shear rate are good indicators to predict the adsorption process for electrokinetic flow. 相似文献

This study is interested in the effect of lithium carbonate on the formation of hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) by means of the available experimental methods including TGA, XRD, FTIR, SEM and HR‐TEM. hBN samples were synthesized at the 1450 °C with different molar ratios of lithium carbonate by modified O'Connor routine. The crystalline hBN formation tended to improve with the increment of the Li2CO3 concentration level (especially after more 20 %). The dopant quantity decreased the residual stresses due to the presence of possible relaxation mechanisms along with the nanocrystal structure, even favored by XRD experimental findings regarding the enhancement of crystal plane alignments, crystallite sizes and lattice parameters. As for the FTIR surveys, the Li2CO3 foreign impurities strengthened more and more the covalent bonds between boron and nitrogen atoms. At the same time, the samples with 40 % lithium carbonate were annealed at the varied temperatures of 1000, 1150, 1300 and 1450 °C to determine the optimum annealing temperature. The XRD+FTIR investigations indicated that the degree of hexagonality improved with the increased annealing temperature. Similarly, the surface morphology confirmed not only the formation of regularity and flaky hexagonal BN structures, but also the strengthening of covalent bonds between the atoms. 相似文献

The authors report on a robust method for the synthesis of gold nanorods (AuNRs) with tunable dimensions and longitudinal surface plasmon resonance. The method relies on seed-mediated particle growth in the presence of benzalkonium chloride (BAC) in place of the widely used surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). Uniform AuNRs were obtained by particle growth in solution, and BAC is found to stabilize the AuNRs for >1 year. The SERS activity of the resulting AuNRs is essentially identical to that of CTAB-protected nanorods. The SERS activity of the BAC protected nanorods was applied to the quantitative analysis of potato virus X (PVX). The calibration plot for PVX is linear in the 10 to 750 ng?mL?1 concentration range, and the detection limit is 2.2 ng?mL?1. 相似文献

We analyze the underlying economic forces of the stock markets in Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. Identifying a number of variables evincing return predictability, we follow a partial least‐squares (PLS) approach to combine these observables into a few latent factors. Conditional on European markets, our findings indicate (i) superior prediction performance of PLS‐based schemes in comparison with both, a random walk and a first‐order autoregressive benchmark model, (ii) consistent profitable trading on the German and British market, (iii) profitable linear forecast combinations, (iv) the U.S. stock market is diagnosed as informationally efficient.
