The isothermal section at 500 °C of the Sm–Al–Si system has been experimentally investigated by using scanning electron microscopy, electron microprobe analysis and X-ray powder diffraction. Four intermetallic compounds have been confirmed: τ1-SmAl2Si2 (hP5-CaAl2Si2 type), τ2-SmAlxSi1?x (tI12-Th2Si type), τ4-SmAl0.5Si0.5 (oS8-CrB type) and τ5-Sm6Al3Si (tI80-Tb6Al3Si type). A new ternary intermediate has been found: τ3-Sm4Al3Si3 that crystallizes orthorhombic isostructural with Pr4Al3Ge3.  相似文献

A method is described by which alkoxy hydroperoxides, obtained by ozonising cycloalkenes in alcohol solution, can be converted into terminally differentiated products by the action of metal salts. Cyclohexene and cycloheptene were converted to 1,1-dimethoxy-5-chloropentane and 1,1-dimethoxy-6-chlorohexane respectively in 47% yield, using ferric chloride. With ferrous sulphate as reactant salt, cyclooctene was converted into 1,1-dimethoxy-6-heptene. A synthesis of (Z)-4-heptenal from (Z,Z)-1,5-cyclooctadiene is also described. Fragmentation, causing the loss of one carbon atom, is a characteristic of these transformations. Other variations employed the salts as oxidants and reductants simultaneously.  相似文献

Analyses of antioxidant and in vitro antimicrobial and anti-proliferative activities of anthocyanin-rich extracts from purple potatoes, Solanum tuberosum L. cv Vitelotte noire (Solanaceae), were performed by simulating both a domestic cooking process and human digestion. Extracts of crude and cooked purple potato did not exhibit antimicrobial activity against the tester strains: Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The behaviour changed after the simulated gastrointestinal transit, when an inhibition halo was observed against all tester strains used, ranging from 0.53 cm against B. cereus to 0.82 cm against E. coli. In addition antioxidant activity exhibited, before and after the simulated gastrointestinal digestion (5.96 mg/mL ± 0.92; 28 mg/mL ± 0 .13, respectively) and the persistence of anti-proliferative activity against the colon cancer cells Caco-2, SW48 and MCF7, MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells, after the simulated digestion, (EC50 = 0.21; 1.13 μg/mL), suggest that vitelotte consumption might bring tangible benefits for human health.  相似文献

Functionalization with C1-building blocks are key synthetic methods in organic synthesis. The low reactivity of the most abundant C1-molecule, carbon dioxide, makes alternative carboxylation reactions with CO2-surrogates especially important. We report a photoredox-catalyzed protocol for alkene carbamoylations. Readily accessible 4-carboxamido-Hantzsch esters serve as convenient starting materials that generate carbamoyl radicals upon visible light-mediated single-electron transfer. Addition to various alkenes proceeded with high levels of regio- and chemoselectivity.  相似文献

Alkoxy hydroperoxides, obtained by ozonizing olefins in alcoholic solution, were treated with ferrous sulfate. C-C bond scission and radical formation was followed by dimerization of the radicals formed. Ozonides reacted similarly. Acyclic and cyclic olefins, including a cyclic enol ether, gave rise to a range of ,ω-disubstituted products in modest yields. By using ferric chloride, ω-chloro esters were obtained from the alkoxy hydroperoxides derived from olefinic esters.  相似文献

The isothermal section at 500 °C of the Dy–Al–Si system was studied in the whole concentration range. The alloys were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and electron micro-probe analysis. A few samples were analysed by differential thermal analysis. The following intermetallic compounds, some of them showing variable composition, were found: DyAl2Si21), hP5-CaAl2O2 structure type, Dy2Al3Si22) mS14-Y2Al3Si2 structure type, Dy2Al1+x Si2−x 3), 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.25, oI10-W2CoB2 structure type and Dy6Al3Si (τ4), tI80-Tb6Al3Si structure type. A number of binary phases dissolve the third element forming ternary solid solutions: Dy(Al1−x Si x )3, 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5, hP16-Ni3Ti structure type, Dy(Al x Si1−x )2, 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1, oI12-GdSi2 structure type, Dy(Al x Si1−x )1.67, 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.2, oI12-GdSi2 structure type, DyAl x Si1−x , 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.2, oC8-CrB, and Dy5(Al x Si1−x )3, 0 ≤ x ≤0.3, hP16-Mn5Si3 structure type. The effects of the steam-explosion treatment on aqueous fractionation and bioconversion of wheat straw have been investigated. The treatments have been carried out in batch and continuous reactors with capacity of 0.5 Kg/cycle and 150 Kg/h, respectively. The exploded materials have been sequentially extracted with water at 65°C and sodium hydroxide 1.5%. Analytical determinations of liquid fractions and solid residues haveled to the fractionation pattern of the carbohydrates as, monomers, oligomers, and polymers. Evaluations of total acidity, ash content, and lignin recovery have improved understanding of the process. This part of the work has allowed us to derive: the empiric relationship between the batch and the continuous reactors and the yield and availability of pentoses and hexoses in various phases. Selected samples have been tested in enzymatic-hydrolysis experiments, pointing out the effect of treatment severity and reactor used on the saccharification yield.  相似文献
