We report on a study of ρ0, ρ+, ω, \(\bar K^{*0} (892)\) andK *0 (892) inclusive production in π+ p interactions at 250 GeV/c, for ρ+, \(\bar K^{*0} (892)\) for the first time in a π+ p experiment. The data are compared withK + p data in the same experiment, with results of other experiments and with quark-parton models. Interesting differences are found between ρ+,0 and ω production. 相似文献

The class of dynamical systems is considered, which are described by several mutually noncommuting Hamiltonian currents, in particular, relativistic bi-Hamiltonian systems, the evolution of which is described by a pair of 4-momenta p and p The examination is conducted in classical and quantum realizations. The evolution equations are derived of relativistic bi-Hamiltonian systems in the Heisenberg and Schrödinger pictures. It is shown that the quantum theory of relativistic bi-Hamiltonian systems is not compatible with the unitary condition and is nonunitary. The charged particle multiplicity distribution has been studied for non-single-diffractive π+ p andpp collisions at \(\sqrt s = 22\) GeV, for full phase space as well as for intervals in rapidity, azimuthal angle and transverse momentum. In general, the multiplicity distribution is well described by a negative binomial. From comparison of the distribution for negative or positive particles to that of all charged particles, cascading is favoured as an interpretation over stimulated emission. Interesting consequences follow from a comparison of our results to those at collider energies and toe + e ? data at comparable energy. Furthermore, evidence is given that the multiplicity distribution is not exactly of negative binomial type in every (connected or disconnected) phase space region. 相似文献

Forward-backward multiplicity correlations in σ+,K + p andpp collisions at 250 GeV/c ( \(\sqrt s \) =22 GeV) are given for all charges and for the different charge combinations. The correlations are found to be caused predominantly by centrally produced particles. It is demonstrated that this result is an agreement with observations at the ISR and the CERNp \(\bar p\) -Collider. The results are compared to expectations from LUND, DPM and FRITIOF Monte Carlo models and a geometrical picture relating correlations in hadron-hadron collisions toe + e ? data in terms of impact parameters is tested. 相似文献

The internal mobility of fluoride ions and electrophysical characteristics of alkali metal tetrafluoroantimonates(III) (M = Na, K, Rb, and Cs) are studied by 19F NMR and impedance spectroscopies. The types of ion motions in the anionic sublattice of these compounds are determined in the 180-510 K temperature range. The superionic conductivity of the MSbF4 compounds is established above 480 K ( 2.9 × 10-2 to 1.3 × 10-4 S/cm). 相似文献

We present final results on inclusive production ofK *+(890),K *+(1430) andK *?(890) in \(\bar K^ + p\) interactions at 32 GeV/c, based on a statistics of ~27 events/μb. Total cross sections,p T -andx-dependence of inclusive distributions are compared with experiments at other energies and with the Lund fragmentation model. Spin density matrix elements of theK *+(890) are also discussed. The results suggest that “recombination” of both initial state valence quarks \(\bar s\) andu of theK + intoK *+(890), responsible in the Lund model for ~45% of theK *+(890) cross section, is strongly suppressed. 相似文献

The production properties ofK s 0 , \(\bar \Lambda\) andK + p interactions at 32 GeV/c are investigated using the final statistics of the experiment. We present total and semi-inclusive cross sections and aver-age multiplicities. Estimates are given of the diffractive dissociation contributions to total and differential cross sections. Thex-,p T ?, and transverse mass dependence of inclusive and semi-inclusive distributions is discussed as well as properties of “prompt”K s 0 's. The ratio of “prompt”K 890 + (K 890 0 ) to “prompt”K 0 cross sections is measured to be 1.03±0.12 (0.98±0.17). From a comparison of \(\bar \Lambda\) production inK ± p interactions at 32 GeV/c, we estimate a strange sea-quark suppression of 0.26 ±0.02. The double differential cross sections ofK s 0 's is studied as a function of Feynman-x andp T 2 , and a Triple-Regge fit performed. The data are compared in detail to versions of the Lund-model for low-p T hadronic collisions. 相似文献
