Nickel-promoted ligand-free palladium-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction

Summary A Ni-promoted ligand free palladium catalyst system for Suzuki coupling of aryl bromides has been developed in high efficiency under mild reaction conditions. It was obtained in situ by introducing NiCl₂ to PdCl₂/PVP using a parallel high-throughput screening technique. A wide range of aryl bromides bearing a variety of functional groups was evaluated.     

Rhodium‐Catalyzed Cyclization of Diynes with Nitrones: A Formal [2+2+5] Approach to Bridged Eight‐Membered Heterocycles

N‐aryl‐substituted nitrones were employed as five‐atom coupling partners in the rhodium‐catalyzed cyclization with diynes. In this reaction, the nitrone moiety served as a directing group for the catalytic C? H activation of the N‐aryl ring. This formal [2+2+5] approach allows rapid access to bridged eight‐membered heterocycles with broad substrate scope. The results of this study may provide new insight into the chemistry of nitrones and find applications in the synthesis of other heterocycles.     

Enantioselective Alkynylzinc Addition to Carbonyl Compounds by Tf-based Sulfamide-amine Alcohol Catalysis

The new Tf‐based sulfamide‐amine alcohol 3a was found to be very effective in catalyzing the enantioselective alkynylzinc addition to both aromatic aldehydes and unactivated aromatic ketones without using another metal species under mild condition, providing up to 92% ee and 90% ee for aldehydes and ketones, respectively.     

A new type of bis(sulfonamide)-diamine ligand for a Cu(OTf)2-catalyzed asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction of indoles with nitroalkenes

Chiral bis(sulfonamide)-diamine served as new type of ligand for a Cu(OTf)(2)-catalyzed asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction of indoles with nitroalkenes. The desired products were obtained with up to 99% yield and 97% ee.

填充函数方法是一种寻找全局极小解的有效方法.本文首先对现有的填充函数进行研究分析,然后构造出一类新的填充函数,设计算法,并通过数值试验验证了该函数和算法的有效性.     

一个求解半正定规划问题的新原始-对偶内点算法

在原始对偶内点算法的设计和分析中,障碍函数对算法的搜索方法和复杂性起着重要的作用.本文由核函数来确定障碍函数,设计了一个求解半正定规划问题的原始-对偶内点算法.这个障碍函数即可以定义算法新的搜索方向,又度量迭代点与中心路径的距离,同时对算法的复杂性分析起着关键的作用.我们计算了算法的迭代界,得出了关于大步校正法和小步校正法的迭代界,它们分别是O(√n log n 10g n/ε)和O(√n log n/ε),这里n是半正定规划问题的维数.最后,我们根据一个算例,说明了算法的有效性以及对核函数的参数的敏感性.     

Rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric conjugate addition of arylboronic acids to nitroalkenes using olefin-sulfoxide ligands

An efficient rhodium/olefin-sulfoxide catalyzed asymmetric conjugate addition of organoboronic acids to a variety of nitroalkenes has been developed, where 2-methoxy-1-naphthyl sulfinyl functionalized olefin ligands have shown to be highly effective and are applicable to a broad scope of aryl, alkyl, and heteroaryl nitroalkenes.

Silver-catalyzed [3+2+1] annulation of aryl amidines with benzyl isocyanide

A silver-catalyzed [3+2+1] annulation of amidines with benzyl isocyanide toward 2,4-diaryl-1,3,5-triazines was developed. A variety of symmetrical and unsymmetrical products were obtained in moderate to good yields. This work also features an oxidant-free approach to 2,4-disubstituted triazines.
