In this paper, a method was described to determine cocaine (COC) and benzoylecgonine (BZE) in human urine samples by GC‐MS detection. The extraction of analytes from urine samples was achieved in an Oasis hydrophilic–lipophilic balance column (20 mm×3.9 mm id, dp=25 μm; Waters, USA), incorporated in a multisyringe flow injection system, used for the sample treatment. Finally, to improve the volatility of the BZE, an in‐line derivatization reaction with N,Obis (trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide with 1% trimethylchlorosilane was made microwave‐assisted in order to reduce the reaction time. The results showed that the proposed method is a good alternative for the analysis of COC and BZE in urine samples because it offers advantages compared with those described in the literature, which include simplicity in the sample treatment, the sensitivity and selectivity necessary to determine the analytes of interest at low levels in the urine and high sample throughput.  相似文献

Photoirradiation of nitrogen-saturated aqueous solutions containing aluminum phthalocyanine tetrasulfonate (AlPcS4) at 675 nm in the presence of 2,5-dichloro-diaziridinyl-1,4-benzoquinone (AZDClQ) and hypoxanthine (HX) produces the oxidized HX derivatives, xanthine (X) and uric acid (UA). Concentrations of the AZDClQ semiquinone, X and UA increase at the expense of HX with an increase in irradiation time. Almost negligible decomposition of HX, as well as very low amounts of X, are detected if photolysis occurs under identical conditions but in the absence of AZDClQ. Addition of calf-thymus DNA produces quinone-DNA covalent adducts after photolysis of anaerobic samples containing quinone, DNA and AlPcS4, in the presence or absence of HX and at pH 5.5. However, larger amounts of quinone-DNA adducts are detected if HX is present. The results presented here could have applications in the photodynamic treatment of hypoxic tissues such as solid tumors, under conditions of high HX concentration, where Type-I pathways could be more important than singlet oxygen generation.  相似文献

Several studies for the synthesis of polycyclic derivatives have been reported; however, there is little information on the preparation of steroid-polycyclic derivatives. In this way, the aim of this study was to synthesize a bismethylsulfanyl-steroid-azetyl butanol derivative (compound 10 ) from 2-nitroestrone. The chemical structure was evaluated through both 1H NMR and 13C NMR or spectroscopic analysis. The results showed a good yielding from 10 . It is noteworthy that the reagents used in this investigation are not expensive and do not require special conditions for handling.  相似文献
