The semiclassical relationships for the complex refractive index are used to find the regions of integration of the Kramers-Kronig dispersion relation required to yield the spectral dependence of the optical properties of semiconducting materials in the vicinity of the plasma resonance of the charge carriers with a prescribed accuracy. The refractive index n and the absorption coefficient of heavily doped Si in the vicinity of the plasma resonance of the charge carriers are determined by the Kramers-Kronig method and by the method of two media. An approach to the synthesis of 1-alkyl-5-((di)alkylamino)tetrazoles by nucleophilic substitution in 1-alkyl-5-sulfonyltetrazoles with anions generated from the primary or secondary amines was developed. Tolerance of the method to the presence of some functional groups (i.e., protected amine) in both components of the reaction was demonstrated. Obtained tetrazoles are promising building blocks for the design of peptide surrogates, in particular, for replacement approaches of alkyl urea derivatives. 相似文献

We have developed a family of high-performance capillary DNA sequencing instruments based on a novel multicolor fluorescent detection technology. This technology is based on two technical innovations: the multilaser excitation of fluorescence of labeled DNA fragments and the "color-blind" single-photon detection of modulated fluorescence. Our machines employ modern digital and broadband techniques that are essential for achieving superior instrument performance.
