Abstract— Flash photolysis experiments on the hydroxylation of lumichrome (L) in aqueous 0.5 M H2SO4 solution in the presence of O2 or Ni2+ as triplet quenchers and quantum yield measurements confirm the assignment of the photoreactive species to the protonated form of the excited singlet state. A mechamism concerning the photochemical step is proposed, accounting for the formation of protonated 9-hydroxy-5,10-dihydrolumichrome (LOH3+). This primary stable photoproduct was characterized by spectral and kinetic data. The dark reactions originating from LOH3+ were investigated, and data regarding the successive steps are presented. The reaction LOH3+ L→ LO + LH3+ is demonstrated to be a two-electron reduction. The rate constant for the reaction of LH2+ with O2 is much larger than that for the oxidation of LH3+ by oxygen.  相似文献

Cationic tetrahydrolumazine radicals and cationic tetrahydropterin radicals were detected by electron spin resonance when 5-alkyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrolumazines and 5-alkyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropterins were oxidized with hydrogen peroxide in formic acid. The hyperfine interactions of both types of radicals are essentially the same.Two consecutive radical species were observed during the oxidation of 3,5,8-trialkyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrolumazines in formic acid. They were identified as cationic tetrahydrolumazine radicals and cationic dihydrolumazine radicals.The ESR spectra of neutral trihydro- and monohydro-lumazine radicals, which have not been obtained before, were recorded during the oxidation of 5-alkyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrolumazines in chloroform. Starting from 5-butyl-1,3-dimethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrolumazine three different radicals were observed.The spectra were interpreted in terms of hyperfine coupling constants and nuclear spins of the atoms involved.  相似文献

Syntheses and NMR Spectroscopic Ivestigations of Salts containing the Novel Anions [PtXn(CF3)6‐n]2— (n = 0 ‐ 5, X = F, OH, Cl, CN) and Crystal Structure of K2[(CF3)2F2Pt(μ‐OH)2PtF2(CF3)2]·2H2O The first syntheses of trifluoromethyl‐complexes of platinum through fluorination of cyanoplatinates are reported. The fluorination of tetracyanoplatinates(II), K2[Pt(CN)4], and hexacyanoplatinates(IV), K2[Pt(CN)6], with ClF in anhydrous HF leads after working up of the products to K2[(CF3)2F2Pt(μ‐OH)2PtF2(CF3)2]·2H2O. The structure of the salt is determined by a X‐ray structure analysis, P21/c (Nr. 14), a = 11.391(2), b = 11.565(2), c = 13.391(3)Å, β = 90.32(3)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0326 (I > 2σ(I)). The reaction of [Bu4N]2[Pt(CN)4] with ClF in CH2Cl2 generates mainly cis‐[Bu4N]2[PtCl2(CF3)4] and fac‐[Bu4N]2[PtCl3(CF3)3], but in contrast that of [Bu4N]2[Pt(CN)6] with ClF in CH2Cl2 results cis‐[Bu4N]2[PtX2(CF3)4], [Bu4N]2[PtX(CF3)5] (X = F, Cl) and [Bu4N]2[Pt(CF3)6]. In the products [Bu4N]2[PtXn(CF3)6‐n] (X = F, Cl, n = 0—3) it is possibel to exchange the fluoro‐ligands into chloro‐ and cyano‐ligands by treatment with (CH3)3SiCl und (CH3)3SiCN at 50 °C. With continuing warming the trifluoromethyl‐ligands are exchanged by chloro‐ and cyano‐ligands, while as intermediates CF2Cl and CF2CN ligands are formed. The identity of the new trifluoromethyl‐platinates is proved by 195Pt‐ and 19F‐NMR‐spectroscopy.  相似文献

The structure 2a proposed by Viscontini and Okada for the autoxidation product of 5-methyl-6,7-diphenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropterin 1 was found to be incorrect. Alternative structures 3a, 3b were deduced from spectroscopic data. X-ray analysis of the acetyl derivative 8 proved the oxidation product to be 2-amino-8-methyl-4,9-dioxo-cis-6,7-diphenyl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-4H-pyrazino(1,2-a)-s-triazine 3a. The mechanism of the rearrangement may involve an intermediate 4a-peroxy-pterin. A similar rearrangement on peroxide-level was observed for the corresponding lumazine 14.  相似文献

The emission spectrum of the chemiluminescent autoxidation of 7-hydroxy-7,8,10-trimethyl-6,7-dihydroisoalloxazine(1) has been determined. The compound showing an identical fluorescence spectrum has been isolated. Structure 2 has been assigned to this emitting species. A number of derivatives are described.  相似文献

The syntheses and molecular structures of the intramolecularly coordinated tin(II) compounds {CH(2)N(Me)CH(Me)CH(Ph)O}(2)SnL (2, L = lone pair; 4, L = W(CO)(5); 5, L = Cr(CO)(5)) and of the related hydroxido-substituted tin(IV) compound [{CH(2)N(Me)CH(Me)CH(Ph)O}(2)Sn(OH)](2)O, 6a, are reported. Also reported are the molecular structures of the enantiopure N,N'-ethylenebis-(1R,2S)-ephedrine, {CH(2)N(Me)CH(Me)CH(Ph)OH}(2) (1), and its hydrobromide {CH(2)N(Me)CH(Me)CH(Ph)OH}(2)·HBr (1a).  相似文献

In this paper previous calculations of radiative corrections to μ-pair production and Bhabha scattering are extended to the case where a resonance is present. In contrast to other investigations of radiative corrections to a narrow resonance this paper gives a complete discussion of Bhabha scattering and discusses both for μ-pair production and Bhabha scattering hard photon bremsstrahlung taking into account specific experimental conditions.  相似文献
