The hexo­pyran­osyl ring of the title compound, [Hg(CH3)(C9H15O7S)], adopts the 4C1 chair conformation, and the anomeric configuration of the thio­methyl­mercury linkage is β. The compound exists as two symmetry‐independent conformers, A and B, within the unit cell, and each shows an almost linear S—Hg—C arrangement. Most of the bond distances and angles in A and B are similar, although a marked difference exists in the side‐chain conformation. Weak secondary intramolecular (between Hg and ring O) and intermolecular (between A and B conformers) interactions are documented.  相似文献

A reaction of polyene macrolide antibiotic, lucensomycin, with aromatic aldehydes and hypophosphorous acid results in formation of its hydrophosphoryl derivatives. Physicochemical and biomedical properties of the synthesized lucensomycin derivatives were studied. Biological examination showed that hydrophosphoryl lucensomycin derivatives were less toxic medicines than original antibiotic and they are of higher antifungal and antiviral activity.  相似文献

The antiwear and antitear properties of mycelial wastes from production of antibacterial antibiotics have been studied. The waste mycelium from fucidin production has been shown to exhibit the best antiwear and antitear performance due to a higher percentage content of phosphorus and sulfur as compared to the mycelial wastes from production of other antibacterial antibiotics.  相似文献

Reactions of the polyene macrolide antibiotic pimaricin with aromatic aldehydes and hypophosphorous acid are shown to afford pimaricin hydrophosphoryl derivatives. Physicochemical and biological properties of these compounds are explored. Results of the application of microfine ionites of different classes for sorption methods in the production of versatile drugs are systemized. Kinetic and dynamic parameters of sorption isolation and chemical purification of drugs with participation of ion-exchanger of small graining are discussed; essential advantages of their application allowing intensification of ion-exchange technological processes of drugs production are determined. The review can be useful at elaboration of new sorption methods used for the production of the wide assortment of drugs and, first of all, antibiotics, enzymes, and vitamins.  相似文献
