ZnSe films were deposited on glass substrates keeping the substrate temperatures, at room temperature (RT), 75, 150 and 250 °C. The films have exhibited cubic structure oriented along the (111) direction. Both the crystallinity and the grain size increased with increasing deposition temperature. A very high value of absorption co‐efficient (104 cm‐1) is observed. The band gap values decrease from a value of 2.94 eV to 2.69 eV with increasing substrate temperature. The average refractive index value is in the range of 2.39 – 2.41 for the films deposited at different substrate temperatures. The conductivity values increases continuously with temperature. Laser Raman spectra showed peaks at 140.8 cm‐1, 246.7 cm‐1and 204.5 cm‐1which are attributable to 2TA LO phonon and TO phonon respectively. (© 2010 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. A new iminocoumarin based receptor L (C(27)H(26)N(4)OS) is synthesized with pyridyl and benzothiazolyl functionality. Synthesis of L is easy and it is isolated in good yield. L shows a selective and distinct color change from yellow to orange with Cu(2+) over Li(+), Na(+), Ca(2+), Mg(2+), Cr(2+), Mn(2+), Fe(2+), Co(2+), Ni(2+), Cu(2+), Zn(2+), Cd(2+), Pb(2+), and Ag(+) whereas a slight change in color is also observed in the case of Hg(2+) but L shows selective fluorescent quenching only in the presence of Cu(2+) in aqueous HEPES buffer (pH 7.0). The naked eye detection limit of Cu(2+) is determined at 2 μM whereas an emission experiment shows a lower detection limit at 200 nM. Selectivity studies of L in presence of 50 equivalents of other ion(s) by emission experiment show no interference toward the detection of 1 equivalent of Cu(2+). Both UV-Vis and fluorescence studies in the presence of Cu(2+)-salts of different counter anions with various sizes and shapes (Cl(-), ClO(4)(-), NO(3)(-), CF(3)SO(3)(-), SO(4)(2-) and BF(4)(-)) show almost similar spectral output in buffer media irrespective of the nature of the counter anions. The detailed UV-Vis and fluorescence titration experiments suggest the existence of both 1:1 and 2:1 (L:Cu(2+)) complexation stoichiometry and EPR study shows d(x(2)-y(2)) ground state of the Cu(II) centre in the complex. Furthermore the formation of a mononuclear [Cu(L)(CH(3)CN)].2ClO(4) complex and the flexible conformation of L in the solid state are confirmed by the single-crystal X-ray structural study.  相似文献

Concurrent construction of five and six membered fused N-heretocyclic ring was achieved via a conceptually new three-component reaction affording 6,6a-dihydroisoindolo[2,1-a]quinazoline-5,11-diones as novel inhibitors of TNF-αin vitro. Control interventions and farming knowledge are equally important for plant disease control. In this article, a mathematical model has been derived using saturated response functions (nonlinear infection rate) for studying the dynamics of mosaic disease with farming awareness based roguing (removal of infected plants) and insecticide spraying . It is assumed that the use of roguing and spraying depend on the level of awareness about the disease. The model possesses three equilibria namely the trivial, which is always unstable, the disease-free equilibrium which is stable if the basic reproduction number is below unity and the coexisting which may be stable or can exhibit Hopf-bifurcation under certain condition. Finally, we have opted an optimal control problem introducing three control parameters for determining the optimal level of roguing, spraying and cost regarding media awareness for cost-effective control of mosaic disease. Numerical simulations establish the main results suggesting that the awareness campaigns through radio, TV advertisement are important for eradication of the disease. Also, awareness campaign, roguing and spraying should be incorporated with optimal level for cost effective control of mosaic disease.

In this paper, we consider the multi-Galerkin and multi-collocation methods for solving the Urysohn integral equation with a smooth kernel, using Legendre polynomial basis functions. Superconvergence results for the approximate and iterated approximate solutions of the proposed methods are obtained in both infinity and \(L^2\)-norm. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

A novel and simple approach for the efficient and rapid synthesis of pyrano[2,3‐c]‐pyrazoleshas been accomplished via the four‐component condensation reaction of malononitrile, hydrazine hydrate, ethyl acetoacetate, and substituted aldehydes using MIL‐53(Fe) metal–organic framework (MOF) as a catalyst in ethanol at room temperature. Recycling studies have shown that the MIL‐53(Fe) can be readily recovered and reused six times without significant loss of its activity. The present protocol offers the advantages including short reaction times, simple workup, high yields, elimination of toxic solvents, no chromatographic purification and recoverability of the catalyst. Also, the catalyst was fully characterized by SEM, EDX, FT‐IR, XRD, TGA and TEM analysis.  相似文献

The leaves of Cinnamomum iners (Reinw. ex Blume-Lauraceae) have been refluxed successively with chloroform and alcohol to get chloroform extract and alcoholic extract. Both the extracts have been assayed for cytotoxicity against human colorectal tumour cells. The chloroform extract exhibited significant cytotoxicity with IC(50) 31?μg mL(-1) (p??200?μg mL(-1). The chloroform extract has been further proceeded for chemical analysis by GC-TOFMS and 178 components were identified including acids, amines, amides, aldehydes, alcohols, esters, benzene derivatives, bicyclic compounds, terpenes, hydrocarbons, naphthalene derivatives, furan derivatives, azulenes, etc. Nine components representing 51.73% of the total chloroform extract were detected as major components. Caryophyllene (14.41%) and Eicosanoic acid ethyl ester (12.17%) are the most prominent components of the chloroform extract. β-Caryophyllene (14.41%) as most abundant compound supports potent cytotoxicity as shown by chloroform extract.  相似文献

Using pyronin B and crystal violet dye mixture, the characteristics of energy transfer distributed feedback dye laser (ETDFDL) pumped by 532 nm Nd:YAG laser were investigated. The characteristics of donor DFDL and acceptor DFDL as well as the dependence of their pulse widths and output powers on pump power and acceptor concentrations were studied. The output energy of DFDL was measured at the emission peaks of donor and acceptor dyes for different pump powers and acceptor concentrations, and tunability was observed from 570 to 645 nm using prism dye cell arrangement.  相似文献
