An investigation of the reaction of 1-lithio-1,3-diynes, generated in situ, with nitriles has been carried out. In the case
of aromatic nitriles 1-arylalk-1-ene-3,5-diynylamines are formed, which undergo dimerization and cyclization on isolation,
giving 3-(alka-1,3-diynyl)-4-(alk-2-ynyl)-2,6-diarylpyridines. The effect of the nature of the substituent in the benzonitrile
molecule on the selectivity of the reaction and the yield of the products has been determined. A scheme is proposed for the
conversions and the structures of the intermediates have been established.

Cu-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of methyl 2-azidoacetate to iodobuta-1,3-diynes and subsequent Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling were used to synthesize new triazoles derivatives: 5-aryl-4-arylethynyl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles. Investigation of their optical properties by using UV absorption and fluorescence emission spectroscopies revealed that all molecules possess fluorescence properties with the values of the Stokes shift more than 100 nm. The photophysical behavior of the two most promising triazoles in polar and non-polar solvents was also studied. 相似文献

The results of experimental and theoretical investigation of the electronic absorption spectra of substituted phenyldiacethylenes
are presented. The bands in the experimental spectra were assigned in detail using quantum chemical calculations of the electronic
structures and spectra of the molecules. The influence of the interaction of the substituents on the spectral parameters of
the systems under study was analyzed.

A short and efficient synthesis of cinnoline-fused cyclic enediyne is reported. Richter cyclization of o-(1,3-butadiynyl)phenyltriazene produced 3-alkynyl-4-bromocinnoline. The Sonogashira coupling of the latter with 5-hexyn-1-ol was employed for the introduction of a second acetylenic moiety. The crucial cyclization step was achieved under Nozaki-Hiyama-Kishi conditions. Cinnoline-fused 10-membered ring enediyne is more reactive than corresponding carbocyclic analog and produces good yield of the Bergman cyclization product upon mild heating. This enediyne induces single-strand dDNA scissions upon incubation at 40 °C. 相似文献

Cyclocondensation of N-prop-2-ynyl-o-phenylenediamine with phenyl isothiocyanate leads to the formation of 1-(3-arylprop-2-ynyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzimidazole-2-thiones.
In the reactions of diacetylene derivatives — N-penta-2,4-diynyl-o-phenylenediamine — with phenyl isothiocyanate the formation
of two heterocyclic nuclei occurs simultaneously to form [1,3]thiazolidino[3,2-a]benzimidazoles.

The use of infrared laser-assisted fluorination to release oxygen from milligram quantities of silicates or other oxide mineral grains is a well-established technique. However, relatively few studies have reported the optimisation of this procedure for oxygen-17 isotope measurements. We describe here details of an analytical system using infrared (10 μm) laser-assisted fluorination, in conjunction with a dual inlet mass spectrometer of high resolving power ( approximately 250) to provide (17)O and (18)O oxygen isotope measurements from 0.5-2 mg of silicates or other oxide mineral grains. Respective precisions (1) of typically 0.08 and 0.04 per thousand are obtained for the complete analytical procedure. Departures from the mass-dependent oxygen isotope fractionation line are quantified by Delta(17)O; our precision (1) of such measurements on individual samples is shown to be +/-0.024 per thousand. In turn, this permits the offset between parallel, mass-dependent fractionation lines to be characterised to substantially greater precision than has been possible hitherto. Application of this system to investigate the (17)O versus (18)O relationship for numerous terrestrial whole-rock and mineral samples, of diverse geological origins and age, indicates that the complete data set may be described by a single, mass-dependent fractionation line of slope 0.5244+/- 0.00038 (standard error). A new type of fluorogenic and fluorochromic probe based on the reduction of weakly fluorescent 4-azido-6-(4-cyanophenyl)cinnoline to the corresponding fluorescent cinnoline-4-amine was developed. We found that the fluorescence of 6-(4-cyanophenyl)cinnoline-4-amine is strongly affected by the nature of the solvent. The fluorogenic effect for the amine was detected in polar solvents with the strongest fluorescence increase in water. The environment-sensitive fluorogenic properties of cinnoline-4-amine in water were explained as a combination of two types of fluorescence mechanisms: aggregation-induced emission (AIE) and excited state intermolecular proton transfer (ESPT). The suitability of an azide–amine pair as a fluorogenic probe was tested using a HepG2 hepatic cancer cell line with detection by fluorescent microscopy, flow cytometry, and HPLC analysis of cells lysates. The results obtained confirm the possibility of the transformation of the azide to amine in cells and the potential applicability of the discovered fluorogenic and fluorochromic probe for different analytical and biological applications in aqueous medium. 相似文献

This review analyses the principal approaches to the synthesis of the cinnoline nucleus, used as synthetic precursors of arenediazonium
salts, arylhydrazones, and arylhydrazines, and also reductive methods for the synthesis of polycondensed derivatives of cinnoline.
The mechanisms of the transformations and the possibilities and limitations of the various methods are discussed. Special
attention is paid to methods based on the cyclization of derivatives of arenediazonium salts, which have been developed substantially
in recent years.
