In this paper, a novel catalyst is introduced based on the immobilization of palladium on modified magnetic graphene oxide nanoparticles. The catalyst is characterized by several methods, including transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray fluorescence, vibrating‐sample magnetometer, Fourier transform‐infrared and dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis. The activity of the catalyst was investigated in the synthesis of 4(3H)‐quinazolinones via Pd‐catalyzed carbonylation‐cyclization of N‐(2‐bromoaryl) benzimidamides by Mo (CO)6. The Mo (CO)6 is used as a carbon monoxide source for performing the reaction under mild conditions. The catalyst showed good reusability, and no change in activity was observed after 10 cycles of recovery.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel series of 2-(4-((1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)2-(2-oxoazetidin-1-yl)acetamide derivatives are synthesized in two steps. The first step involved Ugi multicomponent reaction of β-alanine, o-(propargyl)benzaldehyde and isocyanide derivatives. The product of this step, underwent a click 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction with benzyl azide derivatives. The 2-(4-((1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)2-(2-oxoazetidin-1-yl)acetamide product was characterized and their antibacterial activities were evaluated against various G-positive (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) and G-negative (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli) bacteria, using minimal inhibition concentration. The compounds showed very good antimicrobial activity and a number of products have been more active than ciprofloxacin.  相似文献

In this paper, multicomponent reaction of amine, carbon disulfide and fluoronitrobenzene is reported for the synthesis of nitrophenyl methylcarbamodithioate derivatives. The method is based on the nucleophilic attack of the activated methylcarbamodithioate salt to fluoronitrobenzene. Several starting materials are tested and successfully produced the corresponding nitrophenyl methylcarbamodithioate. A possible mechanism for the reaction is suggested.  相似文献

A novel methodology is presented for the synthesis of 3‐substituted 2‐thioxo‐2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐one derivatives based on an efficient tandem multicomponent reaction using copper bromide as catalyst. This methodology is based on the multicomponent one‐pot reaction of methyl 2‐bromobenzoate, phenylisothiocyanate derivatives and sodium azide in the presence of copper bromide and l ‐proline under basic conditions. To show the generality of the method, various phenylisothiocyanates bearing electron‐donating or electron‐withdrawing functionalities were used and the desired products were obtained in high isolated yields.  相似文献

Hydrophobically modified silica aerogel nanoparticles (H-SiANp) were used for in situ polymerization of methyl methacrylate by reverse atom transfer radical polymerization to synthesize well-defined PMMA nanocomposites. Inherent characteristics of the prepared H-SiANp were evaluated by nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms, SEM, and TEM. Conversion and molecular weight determinations were carried out using GC and SEC, respectively. Addition of 3 mass% of the H-SiANp leads to decrement of conversion from 92 to 74%. Molecular weight of poly (methyl methacrylate) chains also decreases from 19,737 to 15,662 g mol?1 by addition of only 3 mass% H-SiANp; however, PDI values increase from 1.36 to 1.82. Linear increase of ln(M0/M) with time for all the samples shows that polymerization proceeds in a living manner. In addition, suitable agreement between theoretical and experimental molecular weight in combination with low PDI values can appropriately demonstrate the living nature of the polymerization. TG results indicate that by increasing H-SiANp content, improvements in thermal stability of the nanocomposites were obtained. DSC results show a decrease in glass transition temperature from 87.4 to 80.9 °C by addition of 3 mass% H-SiANp.

In this paper, an efficient method is introduced for the synthesis of 7′,9′-disubstituted 6′,9′-dihydro-2H,7′H-spiro[pyrimidine-5,8′-[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-f]quinoline]-2,4,6(1H,3H)-trione derivatives under mild and “green” reaction conditions. The method is based on one-pot multicomponent reaction of an aldehyde, barbituric acid, and benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-amine in ethanol as a green and environmentally friendly solvent. The reaction has given the products in the highest isolated yield in the presence of acetic acid as catalyst under reflux conditions. Various aldehydes, bearing electron-donating or -withdrawing functionalities have been used under the optimized conditions and successfully gave the desired products (13 examples) in high isolated yields.  相似文献

A novel imidazole ionic liquid (IL)-functionalized \(\hbox {silica}@\gamma \)-\(\hbox {Fe}_{2}\hbox {O}_{3}\) (\(\hbox {IL-SiO}_{2}@\hbox {MNP}\)) is prepared by the functionalization of \(\hbox {SiO}_{2}@\hbox {MNP}\) by 1-butyl-3-(3-trimethoxypropyl)-1H-imidazol-3-ium chloride as the IL moiety. The catalyst is characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope, vibrating sample magnetometer, dynamic light scattering and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. \(\hbox {IL-SiO}_{2}@\hbox {MNP}\) showed good activity in the synthesis of 6H-chromeno[4,3-b]quinolin-6-one derivatives via multicomponent reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin, anilines and benzaldehydes. The nanocatalyst is magnetically separable and easily recoverable and showed successful activity up to 10 runs.  相似文献
