Separation of negatively charged carbohydrates by capillary electrophoresis   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Capillary electrophoresis (CE) has recently emerged as a highly promising technique consuming an extremely small amount of sample and capable of the rapid, high-resolution separation, characterization, and quantitation of analytes. CE has been used for the separation of biopolymers, including acidic carbohydrates. Since CE is basically an analytical method for ions, acidic carbohydrates that give anions in weakly acid, neutral, or alkaline media are often the direct objects of this method. The scope of this review is limited to the use of CE for the analysis of carbohydrates containing carboxylate, sulfate, and phosphate groups as well as neutral carbohydrates that have been derivatized to incorporate strongly acidic functionality, such as sulfonate groups.  相似文献

The main compounds in both extracts were gluconasturtiin, 4-methoxyglucobrassicin and rutoside, the amounts of which were, respectively, determined as 182.93, 58.86 and 23.24 mg/100 g dry weight (DW) in biomass extracts and 640.94, 23.47 and 7.20 mg/100 g DW in plant herb extracts. The antioxidant potential of all the studied extracts evaluated using CUPRAC (CUPric Reducing Antioxidant Activity), FRAP (Ferric Reducing Ability of Plasma), and DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) assays was comparable. The anti-inflammatory activity of the extracts was tested based on the inhibition of 15-lipoxygenase, cyclooxygenase-1, cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and phospholipase A2. The results demonstrate significantly higher inhibition of COX-2 for in vitro cultured biomass compared with the herb extracts (75.4 and 41.1%, respectively). Moreover, all the studied extracts showed almost similar antibacterial and antifungal potential. Based on these findings, and due to the fact that the growth of in vitro microshoots is independent of environmental conditions and unaffected by environmental pollution, we propose that biomass that can be rapidly grown in RITA® bioreactors can serve as an alternative source of bioactive compounds with valuable biological properties.  相似文献

The retention behaviour of a number of 16,17-secoestrone derivatives has been studied by LC and HPTLC on a polar cyanopropyl-bonded stationary phase using non-aqueous and aqueous-organic mobile phases. The retention behaviour has been discussed in terms of nature of the solute, eluent and stationary phase. The correlation between retention constants of 16,17-secoestrone derivatives obtained from reversed-phases and commercially available ACD log P software (Advanced Chemistry, Toronto, Canada) has also been examined.

<正>In this work,we describe a new strategy for the electrochemical determination of captopril(CA) using ferrocenemonocarboxylic acid as a mediator and multiwall carbon nanotubes as sensors in aqueous solution at pH 7.0.The diffusion coefficient(D),and the kinetic parameters such as electron transfer coefficient(α).and heterogeneous rate constant(k_h),for CA were also determined using electrochemical approaches.Under the optimized conditions,the electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of captopril showed two linear dynamic ranges with a detection limit of 0.3×10~(-6) mol L~(-1) captopril.The linear calibration range was 0.8×10~(-6) to 65×10~(-6) mol L~(-1) using cyclic voltammetry.Finally,this modified electrode was also examined as a selective,simple and precise new electrochemical sensor for the determination of captopril in real samples such as drug and patient human urine.  相似文献

Servo-valves or variable displacement pumps are typically used to control conventional hydraulic injection molding machines (IMMs). Recent developments in electrical drive technology allow to utilize servo-motor driven pumps instead, which is beneficial due to their higher energy efficiency. Their dynamic behavior, however, is significantly different compared to the conventional setup. Thus, currently used mathematical models and control concepts cannot be directly applied. This paper presents a computationally efficient and scalable mathematical model of the injection process for these servo-pump driven IMMs. A first-principles model of the injection machine is combined with a phenomenological model describing the injection process, i.e. the compression of the melt and the polymer flow into the mold. The proposed model is tailored to real-time applications and serves as an ideal basis for the design of model-based control strategies. The feasibility of the proposed model is demonstrated by a number of different experiments. They confirm a high model accuracy over the whole operating range for different mold geometries.  相似文献

Due to the light-weight construction of modern large-scale manipulators used, e.g., in mobile concrete pumps, the elasticity of the construction elements plays a significant role in the dynamic behaviour of the system. Therefore, current research is concerned with control strategies for active damping of elastic vibrations and trajectory planning. For this purpose, tailored mathematical models are required. Apart from the mathematical modelling, the identification of the model parameters constitutes a challenging task. This is mainly due to the large number of parameters to be identified and, considering the large scale, due to the fact that the boom movement cannot be measured by means of standard sensors. This paper presents a systematic approach for the mathematical modelling and identification of hydraulically actuated large-scale manipulators. The feasibility of the overall approach is demonstrated by means of measurement results of a mobile concrete pump.  相似文献

This contribution is devoted to a new feedforward control concept for the thickness control in a hot rolling mill. The core of this concept is an accurate forward slip model for the calculation of the entry thickness profile. This forward slip is derived by means of the fundamental equations of hydrodynamics for a viscoplastic material in the roll gap. The proposed control strategy advantageously uses the additional information of the rolled plate in form of this entry thickness profile. The mathematical models of hydraulic actuators are known to be non‐linear. Therefore, in order to increase the dynamic performance of the closed‐loop system, we have to take into account the significant non‐linearities of the hydraulic plant in the controller design. In this contribution, we deal with so‐called valve‐controlled translational piston actuators. In general, they have the pleasing property to be exact input‐to‐state linearizable in the sense of the differential geometric control synthesis approach. However, in practical applications it often turns out that those controllers, which have to rely on the knowledge of the piston velocity, have problems in the case of noisy measurements. This is why, we propose an approach where the non‐linear controller is designed in such a way that the control law is independent of the piston velocity. It can be even proven that the closed‐loop system is globally asymptotically stable.  相似文献

The trajectory planning and feedforward tracking control problem is considered for a boundary controlled diffusion-reaction system with a spatially and time varying reaction parameter defined on a 3-dimensional parallelepiped. For this, an implicit state and input parametrization in terms of a basic output via a Volterra-type integral equation with operator kernel is determined, which is solved recursively by means of a series ansatz. The absolute and uniform convergence of the resulting series is verified by restricting the reaction parameter and the basic output to a certain but broad Gevrey class. Hence, assigning an admissible desired trajectory for the basic output directly yields the respective feedforward control, which is required to realize a desired spatio-temporal transition path. This paper presents a flatness-based approach for the solution of the feedforward control problem for a boundary controlled semilinear wave equation. The solution to a given piecewise analytical desired output trajectory is shown to be piecewise analytical, which allows the application of a formal power series approach on suitable subregions in adequate coordinates. The subregions are determined by the characteristic curves of the system passing through the non-analyticity points of the desired trajectory.
