An experimental method for the compensation of the noise originated by the laser ray angular oscillations was proposed and experimentally proved for the Precision Laser Inclinometer (PLI). The PLI noise spectral density was reduced by factor 30× and reached 10–8 rad/Hz1/2 level at the frequency of 5 × 10–5 Hz. The angular noise of a laser ray leaving the one-mode optical fiber in the vacuum and in stabilized temperature conditions has been measured. The amplitude of the oscillations for one-day observation reached 0.46 μrad.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive procedure for the quantification of two commonly abused aryl-propionamide-derived selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs), namely S-4 (GTx-007, andarine) and S-22 (GTx-024, MK-2866, ostarine, enobosarm), has been described. Urine samples were prepared for analysis by means of a dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction using methanol and chloroform as dispersive and extracting solvents, respectively. Factors that might influence the extraction process as well as their optimum conditions were evaluated by Box–Benken and central composite designs. After extraction, the analytes were quantified by UHPLC–MS/MS. The proposed procedure was validated on human urine samples. As a result, for both SARMs the detection limits were observed at 0.05 ng/mL and calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 0.25–50 ng/mL with the coefficient of determination of 0.998.  相似文献

The problem of the flexure of an inhomogeneous plate with a hole may be reduced, by the small-parameter method, to the solution of a series of problems for a homogeneous plate with a hole. These problems are solved using classical complex-potential methods. A method for the determination of catecholamine derivatives in human urine is proposed that includes the derivatization of target compounds on a solid-phase extraction cartridge and determination of the analytes by a UHPLC method with tandem mass-spectrometric detection. 9-Fluorenyl-methoxycarbonyl chloride was used as the derivatization agent. The limits of detection for the analytes were 2.5 ng mL?1 for 9-fluorenyl-methoxycarbonyl-adrenaline, 5 ng mL?1 for 9-fluorenyl-methoxycarbonyl-octopamine, and 25 ng mL?1 for 9-fluorenyl-methoxycarbonyl-dopamine. The proposed procedure was tested on real samples obtained from volunteers.  相似文献

For the Precision Laser Inclinometer (FPI) using the I-20A oil, a high-frequency 4 Hz boundary was determined for reliable detection of the earth’s surface angular vibrations. The proposed method makes use of the microseismic signal and its processing to expand the PLI working interval for signal reception and allows to record the narrow frequency-band signals originated by the Earth surface angular oscillations caused by industrial sources.  相似文献

To reach a sensitivity level of ~10–9 rad for the Precision Laser Inclinometer (PLI) for the registration of the Earth surface angular oscillation in the low frequency band of [10–6 Hz; 1 Hz] the temperature stability of the CERN Transfer Tunnel #1 has been investigated. The daily temperature variation was 0.082°C for the air and 0.005°C for the concrete floor. The last result opened the possibility to observe the Earth surface inclination caused by Moon and Sun if the PLI is thermally stabilized by the massive monolithic concrete floor of the tunnel.  相似文献

A procedure is proposed for determining some narcotic and psychoactive substances (cathinones, tropane alkaloids, derivatives of ?-aminobutyric acid) in urine, including sample preparation and the determination of analytes by HPLC coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. Sample preparation involved acid hydrolysis or the dilution of the sample. The lower limit of quantification is 200 pg/mL; the limit of detection is 100 pg/mL; and the calibration curves are linear in the range 0.2–50 ng/mL. The procedure was tested on real samples provided by the Toxicological Department of the Krasnodar Regional Narcological Dispensary. The high sensitivity of the analytical system ensures its use for the determination of narcotic preparations within a certain time after their intake, which may be of particular importance for forensic examinations.  相似文献

The fundamental possibility of a new method for controlled collective ion acceleration by electron bunches of high-current relativistic picosecond beams has been proved. Dense relativistically rotating electron bunches are formed using a cusp magnetic system by their capture in a special magnetic trap. An electron bunch is filled with ions when it interacts with a preliminarily prepared plasma bunch with a certain density. Then, the effective potential well of the magnetic trap is stepwise shifted synchronously with the motion of ions by means of a system of turns with controlled currents. This ensures the displacement and confinement of electrons in the direction of acceleration. The shift of the center of the well at each step is chosen such that ions are in the region of acceleration by a high self electric field of the electron bunch. In contrast to the known methods for collective acceleration, the proposed method makes it possible to avoid the mismatch of the electron and ion components of bunches, disruption of the acceleration of ions, and development of numerous instabilities, because the duration of the acceleration cycle is in the nanosecond range.  相似文献

The possibility of using picosecond high-current relativistic electron beams for the formation of tubular rotating relativistic electron rings is investigated. Longitudinal compression of a tubular beam in a cusp is simulated numerically disregarding the space charge effects. The behavior of the characteristics of a compressed beam, which determines the tolerances in the initial parameters and magnetic system parameters, is investigated.  相似文献

The Hydrostatic Level System (HLS) data and the Precision Laser Inclinometer (PLI) instruments data have been comparatively analyzed in the event of surface angular oscillations induced by earthquakes. The comparative data analysis has shown an agreement on the arrival and stop time of earthquakes. The data have been analyzed within the instruments sensitivity ranges having an overlap in frequency intervals.  相似文献
