In case of pollutant segregation, fast mass diffusion is a fundamental criterion in order to achieve improved performance. The rapid mass transport through porous materials can be achieved by availing large open pores followed by easy and complete accessibility of functional sites. Inducing macroporosity into such materials could serve as ideal solution providing access to large macropores that offer unhindered transport of analyte and full exposure to interactive sites. Moreover, the challenge to configure the ionic-functionality with macroporosity could emerge as an unparalleled avenue toward pollutants separation. Herein, we strategized a synthetic protocol for construction of a positively charged hierarchically-porous ordered interconnected macro-structure of organic framework where the size and number of macropores can easily be tuned. The ordered macropores with strong electrostatic interaction synergistically exhibited ultrafast removal efficiency towards various toxic pollutants.  相似文献

We show that the coercivity of electrochemically grown cobalt nanowires (NWs) within the pores of a polycarbonate membrane can be changed to a large extent by tuning their diameters. The face centered cubic crystalline structure of the NWs having diameter in the range of 10 to 200 nm could be retained. Smaller diameter wires (below 30 nm) are found to be single crystalline and oriented in the [110] growth direction, but for higher diameter wires the crystallite size became very small. Magnetization measurements with an applied field parallel to the axis of the NWs show that the nature of the MH loop changes from square to linear as the diameter of the NWs increases. The coercivity was found to be 1700 Oe and 480 Oe at 5 K (1000 Oe and 250 Oe at 300 K) for 10 nm and 100 nm wires, respectively. The observed changes in the nature of the MH loop and in coercivity could be explained following the Stoner–Wohlfarth model and using the fact that the domain size reduces as the diameter of the wires increases.  相似文献

Recently for the first time, a stable compound of He and Na (Na2He) is predicted at high pressure. We explore the pressure-dependent elastic, mechanical and thermodynamic properties of this newly discovered Na2He by using ab initio technique. The calculation presents good accordance between the theoretical and experimental lattice parameters. Though the most stable structure of Na2He is found at 300?GPa, present study ensures the mechanical stability of this compound up to 500?GPa. The study of Cauchy pressure, Pugh's ratio, and Poisson's ratio implies the ductile manner of Na2He up to 500?GPa. According to the value of Poisson's ratio the bonding force exists in Na2He is central. The study of Zener anisotropy factor indicates that Na2He is an anisotropic material but near at 300?GPa approximately isotropic nature of Na2He is revealed. The study of the bulk modulus, shear modulus, Young's modulus and Vickers hardness implies that the hardness of Na2He can be improved by applying external pressure. However, the Debye temperature, melting temperature and minimum thermal conductivity of Na2He are also calculated and discussed at different pressures.  相似文献
