[reaction: see text] The stereoselective aldol reaction of 3-silyloxyfurans with aldehydes in the presence of a Lewis acid is described. N-Bromosuccinimide (NBS)-mediated cyclization of the aldol product leads to the formation of the 2,7-dioxa-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-3-one ring system, which represents the formal product of hetero Diels-Alder reaction of the furan with the aldehyde. 相似文献

Enzymatic hydrolysis of commercial crustacean chitosan by barley chitosanases was analyzed by subjecting chitosan to electrophoresis in a 10% w/v polyacrylamide slab gel in the presence of 7 M urea and 5.5% v/v acetic acid. Chitosan migrated as a polycation. Chitosan was stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 or visualized by ultraviolet transillumination after staining with Calcofluor White M2R. Some chitosan molecules were retarded by gel electrophoresis while small chitosan molecules migrated at the bottom of a 10% w/v polyacrylamide gel. Such analysis revealed that 96 h were necessary to convert all chitosan to oligosaccharides under our assay conditions. Chitosan oligosaccharides generated by enzymatic or chemical hydrolysis were further analyzed by electrophoresis in a 33% w/v polyacrylamide gel containing urea and acetic acid. Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 was found to be better than Calcofluor White M2R for staining chitosan oligosaccharides. Chitosan oligomers of four residues (tetramers) or more were easily resolved in such a polyacrylamide gel system. Three practical synthetic entries of functionalized 6-fluoro-7-substituted indole derivatives were developed in connection with the preparation of 7-fluoro-8-substituted-1,3,4,9-tetrahydropyrano[3,4-b]indole-1-acetic acid derivatives 11 . The first route, which permits group modification about position 8 of the pyranoindole skeleton, employs 2-bromo-3-fluoroaniline ( 18 ) as a key intermediate, the preparation of which was achieved by either a novel ortho metalation of 15 or via the intermediacy of 22 . The second route utilizes 32 to append a terminally functionalized three carbon side chain onto the indole template and in addition leads to 43 from 40 . The third route to the 7-fluoro-8-substituted-pyranoindole skeleton complements route two in that the synthetic pathway exploits 32 in a nucleophilic fashion to construct a terminally functionalized two carbon appendage onto the indole nucleus. 相似文献

The atmospheric pressure chemical ionization of the dinitrotoluene isomers in ambient air was studied with a quadrupole mass spectrometer operating in the negative mode. The isomers can be grouped on the basis of the product ions: 2,5-, and 2,6- and 3,5-dinitrotoluene give the molecular anion with little fragmentation; 2,3- and the 3,4-dinitrotoluene behave similarly but with more extensive fragmentation; 2,4-dinitrotoluene gives the quasimolecular [DNT ? Fourier transform infrared spectra of the nu(s) band of the (CH2)(2)S-DF complex have been recorded at 0.1-0.5 cm(-1) resolution in a cooled cell and in a supersonic jet expansion seeded with argon. A sufficient density of (CH(2))(2)S-DF heterodimers is produced by a double injection nozzle device, which limits the possibility of reaction between thiirane and DF before the expansion. The observation of partially resolved PQR branch structures at cell temperatures as high as 252 K indicates relatively small effective line widths, which allow a detailed analysis of the underlying vibrational couplings and of the structural properties of the complex. The analysis of cell and free jet spectra in the temperature range 50-250 K is performed with a software package for the simulation and fitting of multiple hot band progressions in asymmetric rotors. The analysis reveals that the three low frequency hydrogen-bond modes are strongly coupled to the DF stretch with anharmonic coupling constants, which indicates a strengthening of the hydrogen bond upon vibrational excitation of DF. Rovibrational parameters and a reliable upper bound for the homogeneous line width have been extracted. 相似文献

CHFClI is among the more favorable molecules for parity violation (PV) measurements in molecules. Despite the fact that calculated PV effects are two orders of magnitude smaller than in some organometallic compounds, CHFClI displays interesting features which could make possible a new experimental PV test on this molecule. Indeed, ultrahigh resolution spectroscopy using an ultrastable CO(2) laser is favored by several intrinsic properties of this molecule. For example, the high vapor pressure of CHFClI allows investigation by supersonic beam spectroscopy. Indeed, the spectroscopic constants have been accurately determined by microwave and millimetre wave spectroscopy. This is important for the subsequent selection of an appropriate absorption band of CHFClI that could be brought to co?ncide with the absorption of CO(2). Partially resolved (+)- and (-)-CHFClI enantiomers with respectively 63.3 and 20.5% ee's have been recently prepared and analyzed by molecular recognition using chiral hosts called cryptophanes. Finally, the S-(+)/R-(-) absolute configuration was ascertained by vibrational circular dichro?sm (VCD) in the gas phase. 相似文献

ABSTRACTFive ortho and para bands of the ν2 umbrella mode of the NH3–Ar van der Waals complex have been recorded at high resolution using jet-cooled infrared laser spectroscopy. A rovibrational analysis provides accurate band centres and upper state rotational constants for the Πs(j?=?1,k?=?0)?←?Σa(j,k?=?0) and Σs(j?=?1,k?=?0)?←?Σa(j,k?=?0) ortho bands. The puzzling para bands observed in the region of the lower and upper components of the inversion splitting doublet have been assigned by comparison with rovibrational and tunnelling levels and transitions calculated ab initio. The latter calculations are based on the four-dimensional potential energy surface reported by Loreau et al. [J. Chem. Phys. 141, 224303 (2014)], which takes explicitly into account the umbrella motion of the ammonia molecule. The very good agreement found between Πs/a,lower(j?=?1,k?=?1)?←?Σa(j?=?1,k?=?1) and Πs/a,upper(j?=?1,k?=?1)?←?Σs(j?=?1,k?=?1) experimental and calculated transitions has been exploited to determine precisely two different inversion splittings in the ν2 state (32.003(1) and 36.008(1)?cm?1) from extrapolated Q(0) line frequencies and to obtain a qualitative picture of Coriolis couplings present in both the ν2?=?0 and ν2?=?1 states. 相似文献

Methylfurans are methylated aromatic heterocyclic volatile organic compounds and primary or secondary pollutants in the atmosphere due to their capability to form secondary organic aerosols in presence of atmospheric oxidants. There is therefore a significant interest to monitor these molecules in the gas phase. High resolution spectroscopic studies of methylated furan compounds are generally limited to pure rotational spectroscopy in the vibrational ground state. This lack of results might be explained by the difficulties arisen from the internal rotation of the methyl group inducing non-trivial patterns in the rotational spectra. In this study, we discuss the benefits to assign the mm-wave rotational-torsional spectra of methylfuran with the global approach of the BELGI-C code compared to local approaches such as XIAM and ERHAM. The global approach reproduces the observed rotational lines of 2-methylfuran and 3-methylfuran in the mm-wave region at the experimental accuracy for the ground v and the first torsional v states with a unique set of molecular parameters. In addition, the and parameters describing the internal rotation potential barrier may be determined with a high degree of accuracy with the global approach. Finally, a discussion with other heterocyclic compounds enables the study of the influence of the electronic environment on the hindered rotation of the methyl group. 相似文献
